Had to get a battery ,I always go to O'Reilly. Good price great service .today a young man Grant took care of me so kind explained all my options and happily installed the battery for me!! That's why I will always come here!
Except for one store in particular, I hate this place. Every single one I have gone too other people was rude as hell, and so unhelpful. Seemed like they are annoyed with any question about anything. And just gives off bad energy.
I had the pleasure of visiting my local O'Reilly Auto Parts recently. For reference, I am 66 and a female. I received excellent professional service. I went in for their FREE, yes, Free, diagnostic service. The Check Engine light came on in my car and I wanted to know what actually caused the light to come on. The technician gathered his equipment and came out to the car. Ultimately, the diagnostic test revealed the culprit was a leaking worn gas cap! Easiest automotive repair EVER! The technician even removed the old cap and installed my newly purchased gas cap! They told me it would take about 50 miles for the alarm to clear. Like clock work, 50 miles rolled around and No Alarm! Great experience
I had an absolutely great experience thanks to James! I came in with a tail light out, fully expecting to have to figure it out myself. Before I could even ask, he grabbed his tools and immediately came outside to help me change it — no questions asked. He was friendly, fast, and clearly knows what he’s doing. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days, and I truly appreciated it.

I fix cars in my free time and of all the local parts stores I've used, the Oreilly on Main Street in League City is the best. They mainly have the parts I need in stock and when I have to order parts, they always come super quick. The employees are great and James has gone above and beyond on several occasions for me to help with parts and honoring warranties without any hassle at all. It feels like seeing friends whenever I visit.
Had a battery that wouldn't hold a charge. Found my receipt from a different location. The 2 year warranty was close. I was expecting to pay at least something. These particular batteries are a couple hundred dollars. They exchanged me a brand new one for $0. Made my day.
I want to give a big thank you to James at O’Reilly’s for his outstanding customer service. My grandson’s AC had stopped working on his 2011 Ford Escape, and James went above and beyond to help us. He met us right out front of the store, walked us through testing the refrigerant level, and explained things in a way we could easily understand. His knowledge, patience, and willingness to take the time made all the difference. With his help, we were able to get the AC working again. It’s rare to find someone so helpful and genuinely caring these days. James is an excellent representative of O’Reilly Auto Parts, and we truly appreciate his assistance. Highly recommended!!!
Battery under warranty, but manager miss diagnosed for a bad starter. Called back to tell them about the misdiagnosis, but I apperantly I heard it wrong.
Question: why did you not offer me to replace the battery under warranty?
James and Travis are AMAZING! I Have had problems with all the locations in our area from Bay Area to Texas City. As a local car business..Im so blessed that they were there to help me with all my concerns and solved my problem! Very professional and knowledgeable. We will only do business with this location from now on and look forward to our future purchases with great customer service care from these employees!
I do not like to post negative reviews, but customer service at this location today was not okay. We wanted to just pick up seafoam and get a code read that our car threw on yesterday. The manager? Andrea, gave my husband the code reader because she said she did not have time to come out. My husband said there were two other workers also behind the counter and only one customer in the store at the time. My husband said whatever, took the reader to our car and plugged it up. Took it back inside all for her to tell us it’s not throwing a code, when clearly the light is on but she would not come back out to do it again. So we left and went to Autozone down the street. The customer service there was quick, efficient and this location for O’Reilleys left a sour taste in our mouth. Andrea was just super rude and I hope the next customer she helps is much better. I understand everyone has bad days but that was not okay.
I came in with car battery problems and ended up getting a new one. James was more than helpful with picking out the right battery and offering to help with installation. I took care of it with the loaner sockets they had on site that James provided. Awesome customer service and automotive experience!
I stopped by this morning with scratches on my rental, and Crispina and Christie were absolutely amazing! They recommended the best products to purchase and even went outside to show me exactly how to fix the issue. I was blown away by their kindness and expertise. They went above and beyond, providing top-notch, personable customer service. Highly recommend!

Went and got a new PCV Valve for my Nissan, nice lady was able to quickly identify the part and they even sell the tubing by the foot which I didn’t know and it definitely all works better then the old valve and tubing. Less than $20 for everything.
Team was great, great senses of humor. They had my parts and scanned my truck for codes. Very pleased with the pricing. Store was clean and staff was courteous; it was a pleasure doing business at this OReilly.
After a bad experience with Bacliffe store, I switched. Sierra got my drums turned like new, brake job is done, I'm happy. Did everything she could to make up for Bacliffe's complete eff ups. This is my new O'Reilly's, hands down. Another few minutes of driving for a LOT better service. Plus the store is clean and well-stocked. Nice job, guys.
Always the best and joy of a trip. Jason is by far the sweetest one of all and goes out of his way to help me or send me to the right place for the help. Jason knows what he's talking about and will speak about how to do things when asked and patience to explain them.
So helpful! And absolutely wonderful! I was helped but a young gentleman with glasses and never quite got his name but he went above and beyond with service and knowledge! I really appreciated that. And will definitely be back.
These guys are awesome! Was looking g for a battery and it wasn’t showing in the system here or any other auto part store. But they called the battery distributor to find out exactly what I needed and got me the right battery. They definitely went above and beyond!
The Staff is Super friendly and very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend to stop in and get your check engine light read. New wiper blades are always good for your vehicle and they're very reasonably priced. A++
This is the best O'Reilly location around with the most knowledgeable staff. The staff also went above and beyond to get a part warranted that was obviously their part. Another location did a simple search for the warranty look up and turned us away. It was worth the extra drive to get great customer service!
I have always had good luck finding exactly the parts I need and getting good advice on how I can solve a problem. Suggest you join their member club as it does a great job of keeping track of what the parts were that you had bought and the status of the warranty. Also this was a story that was a great distance from my home however they still had all the information on their computer and were able to help me easily.
This by FAR the best parts store in the Clear Lake/ League City area..They guys behind the counter are very knowledgeable and very professional. Plus, the 2 employees that I met (Chris & Ronnie) are very friendly and are very customer service driven. They go above and beyond for my husband, who is a Mobile Mechanic and for myself, anything I ever need they give it to me or find it. My daughter just got her first car and we will be taking her for he first Automotive Store Shopping trip.... Thanks again for always making us feel happy at your store.
