O'Reilly's on Main Street is great! I went to get a new battery yesterday and they were very helpful and efficient. The manager, Ever changed the battery for me and took the old one. It only tood about 10 minutes! Even though you can find a lower price for a battery elsewhere, the little extra you pay for the service included at O'Reilly's is worth it!

I have often come to Oreilys since auto zone is further away but Oreilys employee Jeffery made me reconsider visiting auto zone again. When I arrived, he took 2 phone calls before acknowledging me. I asked about an issue with my windshield wiper being damaged and he mentioned he couldn’t help… and when I asked him to come see it seemed like a huge inconvenience for him by his expression. I get it, you are busy but he obviously didn’t want to be there or help me. I am a reasonable businessman but when someone gives me an attitude, then I will gladly find someone or somewhere who doesn’t. I just opened a business account for Autozone which has really helped my business. Oreilys lost a lot of money as I have many cars coming in and out that need parts. Autozone has no issues showing respect and they actually take time to listen and help me if I am not familiar with something :)

Custer service here sucks, they don’t try to do they’re job to help out customers. Bought a battery 4 months ago and it has been giving me issues, since it’s under warranty i decided to come here to get a new one since its close to my home. They told me i didn’t have a warranty and didnt bother to go thru their system to see when it was bought. It took me to drive to another location to deal with my own race. They pulled up my purchase within a few clicks and got me taken care of free of charge since they were able to locate my purchase which my warranty was still active. I’ll never come back to this Main St location due to how they treated me as a young black male.

Brian was my hero today! He took the time to actually care and try and fix the problem I was having with my car. He was patient as my kids were noisy from the backseat and he resolved the issue. Great customer service! Great place!

I had the most horrible experience at Auto Zone as I needed help with purchasing a new battery for my car. I called O’Reilly’s and spoke with Eric and he said if I can get my car jump started and down to their store, they would be glad to help me. I ended up calling back and talking to Brian and he ended up coming out to where I was (at Auto Zone) and jump starting my car so I could follow him back to his store. I purchased my new battery and Eric put it in for me. Never was I treated so good and I told them all that Auto Zone will never get another dime of my money again. O’Rielly’s Corporate needs to know that they sure have an awesome group in their store, and I cannot say thank you enough.

The manager and assistant manager of this store are Awesome! They are friendly, knowledgable, and the store was the cleanest and most organized auto parts store I have seen. I have made a couple of small purchases there to date but this is definitely my "go to" store for everything automotive!

I went to get parts from this store. I asked the gentleman (Brian) to price some parts for my car and he had an attitude. I ended up buying some of what I needed here but I went elsewhere for the rest of my parts. Not sure what the guy had going on but his customer service skills were not there at all. I would not go to this store. I recommend the other League City location or just go to a different auto parts store. I personally will not go back to this location after the attitude Brian gave me.

What to get a belt for a 1991 Jeep Wrangler told the salesperson needed one for six cylinder with no AC and she turned the monitor toward me and said which one do you want she should be working at McDonald's and asking if you want cheese on your burger stay away till they get better people

They had what I needed while another local Auto Parts store had nothing for my vechicle. The ladies were very polite and very efficient. I did not know for sure which transmission I had, the Lady attendant walked out and looked and gave the the correct answer. They also worked to lower my cost by selecting a package deal, rather than having to make several separate costlier buys. Good people and knowledgeable! They are now my "go to" Auto Parts Store! The other one I was loyal to for 7 years.

I have a 97 F250 7.3 ! Went in the store last night and the manager Becky was great, she is old school and very Knowledgeable with the 7.3 Diesel engine witch is good for looking up parts that are had to Identify with the younger generation employees!! Great job Becky Would also like to recognize the morning manager she has been with O’Reilly I think around 13 years and was very helpful in assisting me find antiquated parts for this 7.3 engine!!

Excellent customer service. Every employee there is very friendly and helpful. The store is very clean as well. My husband goes there on a daily basis as he is a mobile mechanic and he has nothing but positive things to say about this League city store. Keep up the good work!

Half the staff in the store not wearing a mask. Just shows me that they don’t care about my safety while I was wearing a mask to protect them. Till this Covid thing is over it’s ridiculous for any store not to be wearing a masks No matter what our governor says. It’s just common sense. On top of that the gentleman went out of his way to project his voice loudly while dealing with my purchase. I won’t be back.

I have been going to AutoZone down the street for years and decided to give this O'reilly's location a chance to earn my business. The staff there hit a home run! They were knowledgeable and actually helped me find what I was looking for. They didn't try to upsell me on the headlight bulbs I was looking for but instead gave me honest advice on what was best in my 2016 f-150. I will be a repeat customer without a doubt.

Thankful for the amazing customer service offered by this store. Brian helped me to replace an old battery in my truck that was very difficult to pull out because of the rusted connection ports. He spent the better part of 30 mins helping me avoid having to take it into a shop to get replaced. Thankful for Brain and the great customer service!

The staff and service at this store is definitely 5 star. I am an independent contractor for a mobile auto repair service, and this is my go-to store. They always have the parts I need at a great price! Ask for any of the employees. You will not be let down. Satisfaction is guaranteed!

Called to see if they had a battery for a 2017 Hyundai. First visit and the guys were fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Got a new battery for my daughters car. They had it in stock and ready when I walked in the door. Great experience! Mike White

I wish u could leave less one. I'm mobile mechanic stopped here to get a hose warrantied. Manager waited on me he was rude wouldn't let me use restroom to wash my hands use bathroom. Made big deal out of loading my account so he could warranty my part. I will never stop here again ever.

I stopped here on my way home today to get a light bulb for my tail light on my van. The employee who waited on me left me waiting while he watched another employee unwrap a box for another customer. Then he acted surprised that I needed help. When I told him what I needed he kept asking me questions that I did not know the answer to. When I would say I am not sure he acted like it was to much trouble to help me. He never once asked if he could see on my vehicle to see which light was out. I guess you have to know the exact part you need before you go into the store to get help. I left without the light bulb and will go somewhere else to get my part.
