Told me an hour and 45 minutes for someone to come change my flat, was stuck sitting in my car the whole time. After two hours I called back, and he told me it’d be 10 minutes for him to contact the driver & he’d call me right back. After 30 minutes I tried calling back once more and was hung up on. After calling again after that it said the number was disconnected. Do not use this business, use literally anyone else.
Called them due to locking my keys in my truck. The driver was wonderful and dispatch was professional and quick to get somebody to me. Pricing is fair in my book. Highly recommend when you need help!
Called them at 7:45pm to request towing services VERIFIED they were able to provide it they said and confirmed YES stated i would get a call right away and a tower was being dispatched it is 8:45 pm i called and called NO ANSWER at the end seems as if they blocked the number and now im here having to start this all over looking for another tow company wasted time for no reason next time say a damm NO if you cant do the services dont waste peoples time
