Wonderful customer service, the store staff created me on entrance and helped me find everything I needed and even installed my battery in less than ideal weather. I am so thankful for them!
The customer service at this store was amazing in a very high stress situation. Johnathan helped us a great deal, for hours! All employees were so kind and we were laughing and making jokes, etc. I recommend this store. Very knowledgeable not only in engines but tools needed and the process and risks, etc. Above and beyond because of the true concern (I have bolts stuck in my block) and he even researched outside of the norm to make sure I knew what I was getting myself into. They're professional and give you all the disclaimers of responsibilities - there were no "rules" broken for me, just genuine legit crazy good customer service.
Won’t even accept legal American currency wouldn’t accept my payment because they couldn’t make change this is America where cash is the legal currency shouldn’t even have the doors unlocked if you can’t manage your store correctly. 0/0 one star not deserved will drive to Santa Fe from now on
I would like to recommend this establishment for its exceptional customer service. Specifically, I experienced a dead battery issue, which was promptly addressed by Jonathan. He conducted a thorough inspection and subsequently recommended a replacement battery that aligned with my budgetary constraints. The replacement was then efficiently performed on-site.
Sam and Johnathan were extremely helpful I was having battery problems and these guys helped me out when I needed it most

Kenny recently helped me find the correct taillight bulbs for my car and replaced them for me. He was incredibly helpful and so very kind. It truly meant a lot to be able to go to an auto parts store and not feel intimidated or made fun of for lack of knowledge/experience. He ensured me that it’s a core value to help everyone, especially women, learn and feel comfortable at this store. He was also really funny! I will certainly be a customer for as long as Kenny is there. :)
The Assistant Manager, Kenny was a HUGE help!!! Went in for my check engine light, everything was alright, went next door to the Smoothie place and grabbed smoothies, but my car wouldn't start. Kenny rushed over, checked my jump started my battery, and helped me pick a new one and replace it before the smoothies melted!!! A real MVP ?
Kenny helped me today with my battery. He checked it, found the replacement for it, and replaced it for me. He was fun, helpful, and kind. What an actual gem you have on staff. I appreciate his help immensely and enjoy chatting with the rest of the staff. Thank you guys!
Jay are was so nice. So professional. My battery was bad and stuck in my car and he didnt give up until he got it out. He really helped me out and I could tell he truly cared. Would highly recommend him
Folks are nice but they have a HUGE PROBLEM... you CAN NOT SEE THEIR DRIVEWAY.! It seems like they could afford to put a couple of solar lights out there so people will at least know where it is.
Shout out to Robert, who went above and beyond for me when my radiator gave out. He helped me find the right bolts after I managed to snap both thermostat housing bolts clean in half. He helped me with that oops, and got the rest of the bolt out for me. He made sure I wasn't gonna be stranded in their parking lot all night.
