Showed up 5 minutes to closing with a dead battery I had bought from them. Had me in and out in 3 minutes. Shane was helpful with no hassles. Great service.
The store needs to help their employees who ride motorcycles to work not to ride a couple of feet behind the vehicle in front of them so that they’re hidden by the mass of the vehicle and then when you don’t see them and almost pull out into them the employee shakes their employee shakes their head at you. Maybe that employee should be taught not to tailgate so that they can be seen!
I was told my 2018 highlander needed an expensive "negative port sensor" replaced because when the dealership replaced my start-stop battery, they were unable to get that port to tighten on the post. I felt the dealership was trying to uncharged me so I went straight from there to Autozone in Kemah. ISAAC G helped me. He was able to tighten it with just tools. He also informed me of two other viable options, under $20, if I kept having difficulty with it. Autozobe and there employees are lifesavers.
Jonas was so helpful. Came on a Friday and needed to come back on Monday. He went out his way to help me with several issues with my vehicle. Really appreciated the time he too to resolve issues and offered advise as to getting resolved.
Very experienced and helpful staff. Had a check engine light on and he hooked it up then plugged it in the computer and not only discussed it with me but gave me a print out and a price on a new part too. Thank you!

Wish I had the name of the taller thin guy who assisted me. He was knowledgeable, honest and awesome!! He read the diagnostic codes and was so generous with answering my questions. When I go back in I'll definitely get his name to give him a well deserved shout-out. Thanks.
I called ahead to see if an item was in stock, I was told it was. I drove there and the guy didn't have it. I also had a check engine light on and they got a code to check on the issue with but their computer system couldn't tell me what it was.
No help at all and a complete waste of time. I left knowing I would never enter that store again.
Jonas helped me and my wife with our car! our check engine light had come on, he helped us solve our problem, checked the battery, and showed us what oil we needed and also put it in for us! when we had trouble popping the hood he also helped genuinely an amazing employee who wanted to help us!!

I am in home health and had a sudden battery “malfunction”. I got my car jumped and came by for a battery. The associate, Michael, helped me clean the terminals, change the battery out and it was a bit of an ordeal due to corrosion. This man WAS AWESOME. I highly recommend them for professionalism and courtesy! They have my money for life!
I am not pleased with the customer service here at all. Went in because I needed a headlight bulb for my car and I had been driving around with only one headlight. Keep in mind I leave for work everyday at 5 a.m. and so it's always dark when I head to work. Well I told the cashier the make and model of my car, he gets me the light, and I head home. Didn't have time that day to mess with the light, but the next evening u went to change my light out and it was the wrong bulb. I had to wait till the following day to get another light and take that one back. But on my way to work that morning I got pulled over and got a ticket. Thanks guy at autozone who didn't care to make sure he gave me the correct light..

My name is Giovanni and I am in business for myself and I keep customer service to my clients at a very high standard. I’m really not the type to leave bad reviews but I got to give bad credit where it’s due. So 3 weeks ago I purchased wipers $84 and today when it was raining they are just rubbing all over my windshield so I went over to this auto zone to tell them about my wipers clearly told me there is nothing they can do without my receipt and I said but I bought them with my card the guy in back of the cash register said there is nothing we can do he even spoke with the manager that’s what they said to tell me. The moral of the fact is bad customer service, I go above and beyond for my clients and it’s just not here at this auto zone. This guy was rude in the process also I’ll just go to oriellys from now and on. When I left I did speak to the manager by phone he told me to bring my bank statements and the card I used and the cash register I used to purchase my wipers to me the people just don’t want to work!
