These people are beyond kind and honest. They go out of their way to explain everything to you, and make sure to show kindness and friendliness to everyone who walks in. Mr. Steve and Mr. Wesley are awesome, they threw a discount on my oil change just because. Every repair on multiple vehicles has been completely satisfactory. This will be the auto-repair and maintenance place I go to from now on.

I brought my car in for just an overall 55 to 65,000 mile inspection and I feel very comfortable with the results and the repairs completed. The most important thing is they were able to work me in and get my car done the next day. I had some pressing travel to make and wanted to make sure my car was in good running condition. I do believe the price was very reasonable and the quality of work was very good. I will bring my car back here every time I need work done that includes oil changes and any other automotive issues.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Steven. I came in for a headlight repair. He was very professional and handled me with care. 5 star highly recommend and a 10/10 experience.

Just went here the other day! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. This is definitely where I will go for everything. Had to get an inspection for my car registration. And this is the first time I went to have something done on my vehicle that someone didn’t come in with a list of other things I needed to have done. Actually the gentleman told me everything looked good on my car. I was so impressed. Also I was in and out fast. I appreciate the friendly service and honesty. I’m just mad at myself for going down the street to get my oil change from NTW who ripped me off and tried to get me to purchase several unneeded items. I will be coming here for now on……and letting everyone (especially females) know about this place!

I’ve been here a few times now, once for a state inspection, another time for brake work, and again today when I was in a pinch and needed help swapping out the grille on my Infiniti QX80. That last request wasn’t even technically within their scope, but they still jumped in and took care of it, and they did an amazing job. The customer service has been outstanding every time. They’re quick, helpful, and genuinely make the whole process easy. As a woman, walking into an automotive shop can sometimes feel uncomfortable or intimidating, but this place is the complete opposite. They’re respectful, honest, and make you feel taken care of without any pressure or attitude. 10 out of 10. I’ll absolutely be back without hesitation and will recommend them to everyone. They’ve officially made me a customer for life.

Steve took good care of me and my 2005 Toyota Corolla! The services are not cheap but you get what you pay for—the people here really care about quality work and customer service, and understand the importance of reliable transportation. When there was an unexpected delay Steve went out of his way to make sure I had a loaned vehicle to keep an important appointment. They even fixed a problem that a previous mechanic had botched. When I got my car back it had passed inspection and had been washed. I’d give ten stars if I could!

I brought my husband’s truck for an oil change last week due to schedules (he usually handles vehicle maintenance items by so I wasn’t sure what to expect) and it was such a positive experience, I have to leave a positive thank you note. I felt very comfortable to safely sit and wait while the work was being done. The timeline for my walk in oil change was very reasonable, they did a great job communicating what the turnaround time to expect would be, had very friendly service, and charged very reasonable prices. The car wash at the end of the service was a great touch, it had the raptor feeling brand new again! Thank you guys, we will be back!

My wife and I have Been here several times, And we are very pleased with the service. Prices are exactly what was quoted, and work is done right. The after hours key drop is extremely helpful too. Oh- and our cars are sparkly clean when we pick it up! Definitely recommend

Excellent shop! I dealt with Steve and the shop foreman and was treated very well. There was an issue that wasn't quite right after my car was fixed and they rectified it and went above and beyond. Great communication and they stick by their word and service! Will be using them in the future 👍

We’ve used this shop several times and felt like we’ve always been treated fairly. They’ve addressed our needs and quite honestly, our last repair job was awesome. My truck has not run this good in a long time.

This is a great place to take your vehicle for service. Always a great experience. Everyone makes sure you are taken care of. Great atmosphere and Teddy and Brownie the resident pups are there to greet you and keep you company while you wait. They offer rides and also free car wash.

We have been servicing our vehicles with Moe the last few years and every time his team provides the absolute best service at great prices. Most recently I brought in our classic Bronco that was having some difficult to track down electrical glitches in the lighting/brake system. They were able to track down the issue other mechanics would have clocked out on. Highly recommend Texas Complete Auto!

I took my vehicle in for inspection, brakes and oil change. They thoroughly checked my vehicle and sent me an estimate of costs before proceeding. Their communication was very thorough and service was fairly fast. I also used their shuttle service to get me to home from the shop and back for pick up which was a major convenience.

This was my first visit to Texas Complete auto repair, lube, and car wash. I was there for a vehicle inspection and from arrival to departure I was there maybe 30 minutes and that included a car wash. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. The waiting area was comfortable and included coffee and other beverage choices. There was even an outdoor waiting area with comfortable chairs. I will definitely be using this place again for future car needs!

I go to them every year for emissions testing They are quick and very friendly! When I got there this last time, a gentlemen met me in the lot and took my keys, then walked with me to the office just to open the door for me! The other guy at the front desk took care of me right away. I love how they interact with their customers. I recommend them.

Recommend this place to anyone. They helped me out with dealing with my warranty company and even helped me figure out that the tire shop i just bought brand new tires at screwed me over and got a different set of even better tires put on because of what they found. They are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and these guys are worth every penny. They even cleaned my truck for me.

I work at Kemah PD and found such an amazing car repair shop that I could trust and went beyond my expectations for my Tahoe! Very professional very knowledgeable and most of all great customer service!!!! I had a quote for 10k-13k at another shop, took it to TEXAS COMPLETE and they were able to work on it right away believe it or not the repair on the REAL AND ACTUAL my Tahoe needed with labor and all came out to be $1k!!! Took my truck for a second opinion on the suspension ball joints that I was informed need changing. They took the truck in (no appointment) and checked everything that had been raised by other garage and found nothing wrong. As my rotors were recommended for change also, we discussed, upgraded and replaced same day as I had just showed up. On further checking of the service history, they noted that the transfer cases had not had oil change. They quoted me for everything and did it all without appointment even though they were busy. Unfortunately the manager/owner made a mistake on the quote for the oil and under charged. He took the hit and never even asked me to pay the difference. That’s what I call customer service satisfaction. I will definitely be returning for future service.

Always great service when I go to this location. From getting my car fixed to oil changes to car washes, this is a one stop shop for most of your vehicular needs. The team there are very friendly and it’s never a dreadfully long wait to get my vehicle back. If you’re more of a walk-in type of person, this is the perfect location, because they always make time to help with your needs.

I was driving by and notice the new shop had opened so went in for just an oil change and got so much more. The shop is brand new and so clean. The crew is very friendly and the owner Moe is helpful and understanding. Respectfully he recommended a brake job and gave me a great price of $199 included service my rotors .. Whenever I went to dealership they quoted me over $600 just for brakes. I paid little over $300 with the oil change, I got my brakes done professionally full synthetic oil change and a free auto detail wash interior and exterior. I would definitely be coming back and recommending them to everyone I know
