My car was pick up by Tony & Bros Towing and dropped off at a Collision Place but my purse shaped like a Banana with over $100.00 was Missing.Icalled and Spoke to a very rude lady and asked if Tony could return my call and Tomy NEVER returned my call i called today 7/40/25
Spoked to the Rude Lady again who wanted to address the problem but i wanted to speak to Tony. I asked if Tony got the message she said yes do i ask to leave another message for Tony. And she Hung Up on ME.
SO MY PURSE AND MONEY IS GONE. THAT'S NOT HONEST BUSINESS. TONY IF U READ THIS PLEASE CALL ME. I have NO Money I'm 62 handicapped woman homeless STAYING UNDER A BRIDGE. How Sad this ridiculous I would like my purse and Money back Please!!
It's ridiculous in 2024 that the business hangs up on a customer twice who is willing to pay $900+ dollars mostly storage fees.
We are a rental business 1900 miles away and we can't pay cash since we sent a transportation company to pickup our car.
He wouldn't share bank information to deposit cash in their account, and they won't take zelle or any other form of secure payment.
It's a shame that such an attitude is in business in order to take over our car.
They also scammed us for a $30 fee to jump the car where we had remote access to the car showing the 12v battery being healthy. They denied and said it needed a jump, such theives
The rudest customer service I have ever encountered. I just needed some clarification on the charges, which are VERY confusing the way they document it, the lady was so obnoxious. I had to tell her to calm down I wasn't disputing the charges I was trying to understand them. She went on to tell me (very abruptly like I was calling her a liar) that she's been there for 93 years (yea with) and she personally checks every invoice she sends out. Besides the point it was there less than 2 days and was charged for 3...which I get thats their policy. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
They are very bad and talk rudely to other companies and customers. We do not recommend them and their prices are outrageous. They created an invoice for $650 to tow my truck 2 miles and they do not want to work with me or serve me.
I'm honestly shocked at the number of positive reviews this place has gotten. I can say with all sincerity that I have never had worse customer service than I have had here. The people here were totally unwilling to work with me at all in spite of their breaking my car door. When I complained, they basically told me I was a liar and to get lost. This company is so unbelievably rude it boggles my mind.
These people been in business for so many years, company and people that you can rely upon, saved me couple times , they have all types of equipment, experience, and prices are not that high

VERY RUDE PEOPLE! Called a few months ago and the guy who answered said "I don't have the time to talk to you. You'll need to call me back" and then he proceeded to hang up. Called again today, only because the company I work for forced me too! The woman who answered the phone was just as rude as the man. She proceeded to hang up on me when I asked "are Tony or the Brothers available to speak with me?" USE ANYONE ELSE!
Broke down today and Harley from Tony’s brothers arrived in ten minutes with a flatbed. He assessed the vehicle and towed it home for me. Made a stressful situation better quickly.
My experience with the person that answered the phone when I called the office inquiring what I needed to do to retrieve my vehicle from their storage lot was not good. The customer service that I received was zero however, I understand everybody has bad days so I just sucked it up and went with it. She told me that she could not stay on the phone with me that I was holding up the phone lines. I was trying to verify that I had the right email. I asked her did she receive my driving license that I had sent to her yes, she received it but she did not receive my insurance card. I said it would be on the way. I called the insurance company and they emailed me a copy of my insurance card. However, it was the one starting for 11/01/2023 she said she needed the current one not the one from the future understandable. She was absolutely brutal. She was rude. She was not helpful It was like it was her first day on the job and I know it wasn’t. She’s been there for years. She’s the owner however, I did get to speak with the son and I told him what happened to me and that I had went on Google, and everyone else was having the same experience that I had had so I didn’t feel special she treats everybody that way rude, rude, rude and rude! When you’re in a business where you have people backed into a corner, I guess you can be that way.
Very racists receptionist lady. When calling about my car that was towed she was automatically rude. Slurring words as if she were drunk. Then proceeded to repeat the same sentence in 4 different ways. When I asked about where I take my information she yelled and told me to “listen to her”. Then when I explain we were from out of town she said she didn’t care and proceeded to hang up on us. Had to call again to get the address and before hanging up she told me I sucked. I came with two others to get my car and she wouldn’t allow me in the building because she was upset about the phone conversation. Then threatened to call the police because I was pacing outside in the heat waiting for my car. Debby or Debra whatever her name is, she’s a total B and was never prepared for customer service. Even the other workers said she doesn’t have a hospitality. She is definitely not mentally fit to be running a company.
These guys are criminals and tried to back me into a corner with their pricing. When they mentioned bringing another rig, I asked about the price and they gave me an outrageous cost when we were in dire need. I wouldn't use these turkeys if they were the last towing company on the planet!
That was OK because afterall we found another company who gave us great service at a better price even under emergency circumstances.
Wrecker driver was very rude. Came on location and from jump had a bad attitude. The receptionist/ dispatch was equally rude the next day. WORST company I have ever used since my time out of the military.
I called to get information about a family members car.
Before I could ask my question I was told I was “playing games”, by some receptionist woman.
I understand her frustration but she didn’t even give me two seconds to explain before I was treated like garbage.

Called for quote and the guy was very rude , said he doesn't have anyone available and hung up in my face. Be careful who u spend your money with these business do not care about customer service or satisfaction. Will never call again and encourage others to be careful if u decide to do business with these people
Needed to have my disabled car towed to a mechanic. I received several calls letting me know how much longer. They were there 30 minutes sooner than estimated. Once there very quick service
These guys are a total joke my car got towed they told me if I can get there by midnight then I can get it out for $208 I called him at 11:15 PM and they told me that they’re already home and are not going to come out for me to get my car that I can wait until the next day and I will also be paying the next day storage fee! I have never in my life talk to anyone so unprofessional on the phone Absolutely worst customer service experience ever and definitely would never use this wrecker service or repair service on this island. When driving the axle of our car broke and we had to pull into a parking lot. We called the tow truck, the guy came and only spoke about 3 words to us. Then he proceeded to start towing our vehicle but did not take into account the broken axle, then proceeded to almost rip of the front bumper. We told him to stop because we didn't want anymore damage so he got on his phone, called someone, then told us he couldn't do it and left. I thought that he would understand how to properly do his job but he only caused more damage.
These guys are awesome, fuel pump stopped working on my jeep. They sent out their truck and took it to their shop, turned out it was a bad connection. They were upfront with me, and did not try to sell me parts that were not needed. I would recommend this shop to any of my friends.
I can not say enough good things about this company! I lost my key fab on the ferry and had to be towed off. They were there immediately when the boat docked. Then offered to keep my truck in their garage because my windows were stuck down
After all that he gave us a ride to a hotel and offered to meet us anytime if we were able to find a solution!

If I could give it a zero I would! It may be the worst experience ever dealing with another human being in my life! The tow truck drivers were decent, but the owner and other lady in the office were the most rude, inconsiderate, nasty people I have ever had to deal with (And I am an ER nurse, that says a lot!!) . If you have an option, do NOT have anything to do with this absolutely horrific company, you will regret it!
Tailgated me even though there was a vehicle in front of me and besides me keeping me from moving out of the way. When I did move he swerved in front of me like he was going to hit me. My three children were inside of the car with me.
I hate giving this company 1 star, because they absolutely do not deserve it. They kicked out my customer and me when we were trying to get his truck out of their yard. This company tonight was called to preform a pull out and instead of doing what was asked they towed to the yard and impounded the vehicle. Driver was cleared by pd to drive and vehicle was drivable. Horrible company, they break the laws and do what they want to do, so they can charge more money. Bullies don’t care about you just a check!!!! We were on vacation and my wife's vehicle broke down. This family owned business not only towed and repaired her truck, the owner had his drivers take us back to our condo and picked us, and all our stuff up after the repair was done. The estimated price for the repair was exactly the price we paid when the job was done. These guys are highly skilled professionals. We were in a real jam, the owner and his team did a superb job and got us on our way back home. If you are in Galveston and need a tow, call this company. They can handle everyday tow jobs with skill and ease, but they also offer heavy duty service as well.
The dispatcher handle the call and the driver arrived as promised. They took my wife's brand new CRV to my neighborhood safely during Harvey.

On our way to a cruise, the drive belt broke. We were close enough to see the boat and had about 2 hours before it would sail without us. It turned out to be plenty of time. They towed our car, fixed it while we were on vacation, and then met us on their day off so we could get our car for the return trip home. The price was as good as the service.
Not having any experiencing asking for a tow truck, I called once to get a GENERAL quote from the receptionist who seemed to wake up from the wrong side of the bed this morning. She asked me to call back with a physical address instead of just being able to use her noggin to give me a guesstimate of what I was looking at spending. Okay I thought... my fault... I'll call back. I did, with the info she said she needed the first time. After giving her the physicall address, she still couldn't give me a guesstimate and because I'm doing this for a friend (trying to send help anonymously as a nice gesture) I was obviously not prepared for more questions about the type of vehicle. When I told her it was just a pick up truck (think it's a Chevy), she then told me to "call back when you get yourself together". Screw you... I got a general quote from 2 other tow companies in 5 seconds and was able to do this good deed using a company who didn't hire Kreula Devil as their receprinsit. Mean people suck.
Front axle went out while driving in the beach and after searching online for a tow service Tony & Bros came up as the closest towing company to us. They also had some of the best reviews.
Pros:
- Friendliness. From the initial phone call to the driver picking us up and dripping us off we were treated as humans and not just "another" customer.
- Time: These guys are on point. From start to finish it did not take no more than about 45 minutes. Our driver was on location within 15 minutes after we made the initial call.
Cons:
- I honestly can not think of a single negative thing with our experience.

My mother Consuella and I were in a desperate situation. Our gears in our car completely gave out, and we needed help immediately. Within a matter of minutes Tony and his crew were at our location and we got the assistance we needed. He fixed our car in a days notice. His prices were reasonable and affordable, and gave us different options on how we could continue on in the best way possible. I would definitely recommend his shop to anyone in need of immediate help.
