Very poor customer service! Brought in a bad battery to be tested and replaced. Super Start with 3 year warranty, was less than 2 years old. Having changed/replaced batteries many times from different vehicles, I stopped at a different store to get it tested also, 11.9v. The manager at the O Reillys "checked" it and said it was within their standards, yet it wouldn't start my car.
I finally just gave up and bought a battery from another store. No problems so far. Hoping no one else has to go through this situation.
Spoke with a lady named pixie for 3 hours, trying to teach down a part I purchased from their store less than a year ago. And the part and purchase has like vanished from the system. I tried calling customer support and they told me cause I punched it under my mechanics account, and they won't do anything for me this is bs
So I went in today with a battery from my truck.That was dead.I needed it charged and tested.They tested the battery.Told me it was bad and that it was not under warranty that it had been replaced numerous times before. The battery was a super start, extreme the battery was over $200. Also was not 3 years old yet. Keeping in mind warranty expires after three years. This location did not uphold their warranty on the car battery. We will not be using o'reilly auto parts again.
I would suggest not going in if you are a woman alone because they literally ignored me for 15 minutes.
Took any and and everyone else and mine was already paid for and I was just picking up. Back to texas city because these guys will never get my business again!!!@
Went in for a can of freon first thing I heard can I help you, Miss, in Spanish. I said yes sir let him know what I was looking for and just like that he took me to it. There is bad customer service and then there is amazing customer service. He for the info I needed to point me in the right direction. He asked do I knew how to do it I said no he said YouTube video it's fast and easy. I said thank you, sir. He also mentioned removing the hose it is reusable when you need to purchase another can in the long run. If he had not said that I would have thrown the whole thing. I'm sorry I didn't get a name, but he was an older gentleman. Thank you
Slowly been going down hill for a while now. We have ordered 125 cans of wd40 every month for the past 5 + years. #1 I can get it cheaper purchasing it through several other retailers. I called and held for almost 25 minutes after the associate said we could get a better deal on it because we purchase so much, for her to come back on and tell me they can't offer a better rate on it. Today was the last straw, I waited on hold for 45 minutes to walk next door and find noone in the store, me still on hold ... we're done. We will never use you again.
Becky was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I showed up 3 minutes before they closed! and Ms. Becky stayed back almost half and hour after they closed. She helped me select the right battery and even held my phone light over my engine bay as she directed me on how to remove and install a new battery. She was the sweetest for doing all that and I am truly satisfied.
I’ll be going back to Becky at O’Reily’s over their nextdoor competitor any day!
Pete and Daryl are always willing to help and give great customer service! Highly recommend this place for all car parts. They are very knowledgeable and friendly!
Dylan at O’Reilly on Hwy 3 in Dickinson, Tx, took the extra time to change out the windshield wiper on the back of my GMC Acadia. This required a special tool. He went above and beyond to help me out. This prevented me from paying a mechanic or dealership from performing the change.
Bad battery, big occasion. Brandon sensed my pain and was soooooo nice/helpful. These guys just have a great culture. There is still good in this world! Thanks Brandon!
Brandon changed my battery and cleaned terminals he is a really nice guy who went above and beyond to help a customer! You don’t get that kind of service these days he can help u with all your automotive needs go say hi!!!!
Amazing customer service! Everyone there has been so incredibly helpful, and I think I have dealt with most of the staff. Shout out to Brandon for his amazing attitude and willingness to go above and beyond!
I have stopped by this store several times on my way home from work and each time I do I am provided exceptional service. My normal location in Texas City is no different. I don't go anywhere else but O'Reilly because between these two locations I know I will get the help I'm looking for.
The service I got was beyond incredible. The manager on duty helped out more then I imagined from this company. I’m a manager at Walmart so cant stop myself from criticizing service. And I have to say one of the best service in from any store I been too.
Thank you Heather for being so professional and friendly! I needed oil and did not have a clue. Heather showed me what to look for and then she stepped outside and actually poured the oil in. To those who can do this- great! For the rest of of us- thank you Heather. Yes. I will be back.
Compared to any O'Reilly's I've visited this one exceeds in customer service. The manager Scott really has a tight grip on this store and through his staff it shows. Dylan, Heather, and Sierra are the ones to look for for Great Customer service!!
This is by far the best store I have went to. I'm from Houston and got stuck here and they tried there hardest to help. Kudos guys keep up the good work!!!
Paul the Assistant Manager saved our day. When we arrived at the DMV for my 16 year old son to take his driving text, the DMV said we had a blinker out & we could not test... unless we got it fixed in the next 20 minutes. Paul to the rescue! He had our blinker light changed in only a few minutes and we were back at the DMV just before the deadline. Thank you Paul... my son passed the test and smiled all the way home thanks to you!
I went to pick up some handles for my dad's s10. They had them both; however, one of them was opened and incomplete. It got ordered and will be in tomorrow. Good service though.
Moron Freddy claims it's illegal to clear codes then rescan vehicle to see what is causing my issue. Also says they're not mechanics and can't do it even if it were legal Went next door to autozone store manager laughed and smiled and came out and did what I needed and subsequently gave me a discount on my cranknposition sensor. Cars running great thanks autozone!
The guys here are fantastic! They helped my sister put a headlight in her car for us. I am a terminally ill cancer patient and was sick and they went above and beyond to provide us excellent service and wouldn't let u pay them for helping us!
