Pedro got my car out of a ditch without any damages or scratches. He assessed the situation thoroughly and used the best method to get the job done. It was late at night and he arrived within 15 minutes. Very professional company and crew.

Pedro (and crew) got our vehicle/home out of a bind when we got stuck in feet of clay on the local beach. He was out of town and came to us with good communication along the way, arriving just before dark and when the tide would be coming in. I was a little nervous about the process but he really knew what he was doing. He was no nonsense and a good guy. Cost was steep but we were able to recover a 3rd of it from our Ford premium care roadside assistance. Pedro and his wife helped us navigate the clerical side of things in the days following. They are good people and made us feel we were supported and not alone during the entire process.
Pedro was extremely helpful with getting us out of a bind at a very reasonable rate! Best on the peninsula, I will definitely be using them again and would recommend them to anyone!
This place is horrible! They're contracted with AAA and have repeatedly ignored calls and emails from customer (me) and AAA! Thankfully a great Samaritan stopped and helped us!! Frank's Towing will never get my business!!
Tow truck broke down before he even got to me and wants to charge me 49.00 to return my money they charged me..will never use them again..on top of wanting 300.00 to charge for 3 miles
My family SUV would not start to exit the Galveston/Boliver Ferry on the Boliver side at around 9pm. We were tourists to the area and I was with my daughter and 5 year old granddaughter. We contacted the only tow truck in town and he answered right away! Frank came and saved the day!! Very nice and professional. He towed us off the ferry and to his shop. He was able to fix vehicle quickly and we were on our way. As a grandmother I know our safety was in the hands of a stranger, I will always be thankful for our angel from Franks towing!! Frank made all of us feel comfortable and safe. In the world we live in today I know he was a Godsend and I will always remember this experience!! Thank you Frank from my whole family!!
Pedro and his employees went above and beyond my expectations by towing my vehicle to his shop late in the day, and then replacing a failed fuel pump after dark !

I was stuck on the beach with my 3 year old in my truck. I called Frank's towing to pull me out And Frank was in his personal vehicle when he saw me and pulled over to help us. He successfully got us out of the sand and onto the highway again. All he asked was to spread the word of Frank's towing!
