He was very specific about an E.T.A and he sent me a message from his personal number in case I needed to reach him directly I could call him and he was so nice. Thank goodness for Sammy being in the right place at the right time! I was an hour into a 5 hour road trip in a rental car when an object on the highway was ran over by several cars, ours included. So many 800 #s and no people were reachable. It was getting late and I was trying to keep it together. Sammy came through with enough time for me to get to a tire shop before closing and get back on the road. His calm demeanor and reassurance were as needed as his professional services. I can’t thank this company enough. Ted was extremely helpful in a difficult situation on our way into Houston from Louisiana for my wife’s doctors appointments on a Sunday. After hitting a pothole on I 10 and having a blowout, he was there in 20 minutes and was very professional and courteous. Even stopped to help a woman move her car out of the way who was blocking our exit off the highway. While we were at the hospital the next morning, he picked up the car from the hotel and brought it to the shop, making everything easy on us. Thanks again Ted!

One of the drivers had the gall to make me walk 6 different routes to “test the ground”, in order for us to get to my vehicle stuck in the mud, for about an hour, then told me he couldn’t do the job, and CHARGED ME $225 for the time spent- with zero services rendered. Unbelievable.

Awful experience yesterday. On the phone the driver asked if there was enough room for a flatbed. An hour and half later when the driver arrives, he wastes an hour of time attempting to move the car out of the parking spot for some reason, instead of just backing the flat bed up.He tries to move break opening the center console so he can get the car in neutral. The accidently locks the steering wheel. All of this effort for nothing, as he ends up backing up the flatbed anyway. On the way to the destination we see him driving so fast over a bump that the bumper of my car bounced into the bed of his truck 4 times. He then attempts to charge me 500$ for a tow 30 minutes away because of all his wasted labor when he could've just backed up the tow truck immediately. This guy was stealing my time and money.

Sammy made it happen when 2 other tow trucks stopped by and said it couldn’t be done. He had to work his butt off to make it happen. He hooked and rehooked from several different angles but he was able to pull off the job that “couldn’t be done”. I was happy to pay him bc nobody else would take the job. Give this guy a call. He is also great to work with
