Horrible, got the run arounds from Alex. Basically lied to me they had the parts. Called numerous time dont answer. Already without delivery of item. Later he said would refund me. Still no refund after 6 to 8 business days as he said.
This place was amazing! They found a part at a good price for me that I had been looking for for months! Great service and it was shipped quickly, Im so glad I found them!
SCAM ALERT!!!!!! Save yourself the headache and DO NOT order anything from this dishonest, lying, unprofessional company(?) on 8/1/2025. I called to check on the availability on a part for my 1979 Lincoln. I was told they have the part and then asked me for my credit card number after a breakdown of charges. I was then told it would be 4-5 business days before I received the part. On 8/18/2025, I called the same number that I ordered the part from because I haven't received the part, no call, no email from them. The person that I talked to verified the part, probably got that information from my phone number, then proceeded to tell me that I must have ordered it from another company!!! I told him I called the same number I used to order the part and that he just confirmed the part I was calling about. He then transferred me to someone else, which was also difficult to understand. This person told me that the part was not in stock. Not one email or phone call from these clowns. All I got was an I'm sorry. Lying, dishonest, unprofessional, non-communicating business(?). Save yourself the aggravation, I know at times its hard to locate parts for our classics, but this place is a joke..
Unprofessional, total scam. I ordered a transfer case for my truck, three days later they sent me a picture of an incomplete unit without the actuator. The actuator is internally mounted and cannot be serviced or changed without disassembling the transfer case. They sent me a pic of a different part. Rusty, corroded, broken electrical connectors, stripped bolts, and the actuator obviously taken apart. He assured me it came off a truck with only 87k miles on it - absolute lie. Still charged me a 20% restocking fee on a part that never left wherever it came from. They are obviously just reselling used parts they buy over the internet for a profit. Have no idea what they are doing, not trustworthy.
delivery quick. easy to purchase. They do use PayPal as their point of sale so you should know that. No problem, just not disclosed. I will use them again.
Great Business. bought a 2008 f450 driver seat, competitive price, quick delivery, good follow thru with phone calls, seat was in above average condition-near new I was pleasantly surprised for a 17 year old seat. You will like this operation.
Torque Auto Parts sales reps took care of all my needs for a great price. They sent pictures of the parts I needed and they were exactly as described. Delivery was super fast. I ordered on Monday and arrived at my door Tuesday morning. I would definitely do business with them in the future.
Finally received my “A1” Jeep Grand Cherokee door after multiple phone calls and delays. Door was dented and had broken window upon arrival. Refund refused unless I pay to return ship this worthless door at MY cost from nearest depot which is 70 miles away. Very crooked outfit.
Whoever Alex is calls 45 times, no matter whose number he's calling even if it's a wrong number he keeps calling over and over again had to block his number from my phone. Do not know what kind of business you're running, but it is not legit.
They said they had a wheel in stock that I was looking for. “Grade A” they said.

They charged my card and waited the week. When it didn’t show I called them and they said they didn’t have the wheel they said they had.
Now I can’t get my refund!
Appears they are lying, not sure you can trust them, addresses they post are not businesses, one is a church and the other is a house. Why people come to our country and have businesses that appear deceptive. They talk a good game in broken English I almost. Feel for it.
Wrong rearend shipped and after over 50 emails back and forth the rearend was never picked back up and money was never refunded. The reason given by torque auto parts was “it’s too expensive to ship the rearend back and without the rearend being returned the refund is being held up”. And now no response from the seller. Alex went out of his way to get me a window for my mercedes in arizona. UPS won't ship glass se he sent it to me via 18 wheeler semi to get it here. Great Job.
Would not recommend! They gave me an incredible hassle and kept giving me new dates over the course of two weeks where they said they would deliver, after I called them to bother them that my gas tank hadn't been delivered, no tracking number, very fishy all around and I never received my order. I ended up canceling the payment with my bank. Save yourself some time and stress and find another auto parts store. Not good customer service even if they are honest, which I'm not sure that they are. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, and I gave these guys multiple chances to fulfill.
Bought a frame for my sons truck… Excellent condition. There was some misunderstanding with shipping costs, but it was settled relatively easy. Good customer service, and the frame was delivered very quickly, and in great shape, there was little to no rust, you can see there is clay in the picture, though… Which is nothing if you live in upstate New York lol.
I highly recommend Torque Auto Parts! I have a used 1999 Mercedes and could not find a replacement back windshield. I just stumbled across their site and thank God they had one. I received the replacement windshield and it was in great shape and very reasonably priced. Thanks Alex!
Just want people to know what a difficult time I'm having with this company. Ordered a jeep front seat nearly a month ago. Waited several weeks then sent two different e-mails, no response. Called and talked to Sam who said that I needed to ok some photos of the seat, that he would send an e-mail - have not received any e-mail. This was three work days ago.
I am trying to be understanding since we are dealing with the weekends and then Thanksgiving. But I don't like getting this runaround. Read the other reviews and it seams to be a hit or miss deal. If I am unable to resolve soon will probably file complaints with the BBB, credit card company and the pay service used. Would not use this company again.

I have spent almost 1 week dealing with a salesperson by the name of Mike to purchase a GMC tailgate.( if you get him hang up)
He won't return phone calls, he won't call you back when he says he will. He won't return emails or texts.
He, in the beginning said he he had the tailgate I was looking for and in the correct color in A1 condition and gave me the price with shipping.
I asked for photos and that is when this sale went bad!!! To date, still no photos!!!
Stay away from this company unless you like broken promises and being frustrated and your blood pressure to go up!!!
We were extremely pleased with our encounter. When you buy a used part for the older, discontinued car, like Saab, you always worry that it may not be a right part, or wrong fit, and then we would have to return it etc.
Peter was courteous, efficient, and after a couple of iterations, found us the right used car. And after he said that they can ensure the right part by matching VIN of their car to that of mine, I felt very reassured.
Part came in very quickly, much sooner that expected, and was successfully installed.
Your company is now in my Rolodex as a source for future parts.

If I could give a 0 I would have. These people are shady. After 14 days of waiting they called to tell me no part. I asked for a refund and they said give them 2 more days to get it. After 5 days with no contact, I called them and again asked for a refund. They assured me the part would be mailed the next day. Well guess WHAT. NO PART. The original price $500. Now they will only refund $466.40. I got a 3rd brake light from them and they told me the cost for it was $111.00. I could have bought a BRAND NEW one online for $50. These people are rip-off artist!!!!
STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. I ordered a gas tank and after waiting for 4 weeks I called them because they never bothered to contact me; they then tell me somebody drove through it with a forklift. They claim they will refund me and several weeks later I still haven’t received a dime. When I called nobody even picked up. STAY AWAY
If anyone ever thinks these people are not honest I’ll tell you your wrong! I live in Bristol, CT, and was very sceptical about purchasing two Prius doors. Texas is a long distance away and a great opportunity to scam someone. They did just the opposite. I got the doors two days after I ordered them, and in perfect shape. They were the exact same color of my car. If I ever need their services again I will come here for sure. I am truly happy.
