I don’t think I have ever had service from a towing company as great as 3rd coast wrecker. The eta given was an hour but 10 minutes later the driver ahmed had arrived. I had so many questions about my car and what was wrong with it and he answered all my questions and took the time to explain everything in detail then he was able to get my car picked up safely and dropped off at my house . Great service! I needed a tow and a driver responded in a reasonable timeframe and even tried to jump start my car to avoid an unnecessary tow. When I realized the jump start was not good enough, driver returned promptly to complete the tow.

Great service. I had less than an hour to get my car towed, me dropped off at the rental office and get back to pick up my kid from practice. These guys made it happen. Also they sent me a text after dropping my vehicle at my mechanic. Brought a difficult situation to an improbably great outcome.
Gralin was very informative and helpful. He knew that I loved my car and did everything in his power to ensure it didn’t sustain any more damage than it had.
