Worst towing company ever. I ordered to get my car tolled around 3:30 pm. Now it is 5:30. I called for ETA status about multiple times and first delay was because supposedly the driver caught a flat. Then I waited. After waiting for another 40 mins driver still haven’t reached me yet. So I called again, guy told me the same thing. “Driver will be out to you 15-25 mins”. After waiting still nothing yet. I called back and he said the exact same thing. I might be here all day. I ain’t never spending a dime with these guys again.

Used them to tow my company vehicle. When they towed it since we had used a company card they needed to get a picture of the ID as well as the card info before they ran the card. Ended up wasting 2 hours after we got to the mechanic shop due to this process. If I had known this was the process then I would have not used their service, but the ironic thing is they don't do the authorization to put a card on file and charge the nonrefundable 190. And due to their process we were almost charged 50 every 30 minutes we had to wait on their system. Horrible experience do not recommend unless u r paying in person with your card or cash.

My Car broke down on Sunday afternoon, the tow truck driver from Towing Sugar Land Company was great. In order to tow my truck, he had to take off the drive train. No complaints, greatly friendly and the tow costs very reasonable. Strongly Recommend them to the people of Sugar Land, TX!!!

I requested a tow truck to move my vehicle from one service shop to another. There was miscommunication, but I called them back at around 2 p.m. When I called the office at 5 pm to confirm if they had picked up my car, the tow truck was just arriving to pick it up at 5 pm - after the shop had closed. The shop locked the truck up. When I called back to make further arrangements for transport for the next day, no answer. Not only did they not transport the vehicle, didn’t answer phone BUT also charged me $165. FAIL

Called Towing Sugar Land to have my old school car removed from front lawn and backed into my garage maybe 15ft or so back. They dispatched a tow truck company called “Wreckamended Towing.” The guy Alex literally picked up the front end of the car with his wheel lift and backed up the car into the garage, no wench or chain or hook used. The dispatcher quoted $40 + $89 for service. Once the car was in the garage and I was ready to pay, Alex told me it would be over $300 for his service. Which mind you, was way more than quoted over the phone. After a little bit of back and them threatening to impound my car if we did not pay, they discounted $50. I payed a total of $265. I received my receipt by email and come to find out the charge was for the car being wenched. I didn’t know wheel lift and wench services where the same thing. Alex told me he took pictures of my car prior to lifting the car but yet those pictures were not included in the work order he submitted. Little did he know I took Live Photos of the car before he got here as well as when he had it picked up and you see no wench used. I do not recommend Towing Sugar Land if these are the kind of companies they do business with and I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND Wreckamended Towing due to him being dirty to make an extra buck. And that’s how he expects me to call him for side work or tire services?! Definitely won’t be!!!!

So when i called the place the guy tells me there is a 90 dollar non refundable fee in case im not there when the driver shows up. I didnt think much about it just figured the driver was going to probably charge 100 when he got there. First it took the driver over an hour to get there when i was half a mile from their location. The driver shows up and tells me its a 250 dollar hook up fee but he doesnt think he can tow it without possible messing up the transmission. I should have just called someone else at this point and been out the 90 dollar service charge. When i told him ok so i need to call someone else who can tow my car without ruining it he said oh no i can just use my dollie wheels but thats going to be another 150 and he is going to have to charge me mileage because its 20 miles away. The total bill was over 500 dollars to have my car towed from a parking lot to a dealership. I told the driver i wasnt paying that much and he said everyones insurance covers the cost. Guess what, my full coverage doesnt cover it. Total scam. It shouldnt have cost more than 200 dollars. Stay away from this place and their shady people.
