DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!!! Zero Stars!!! I called at 8:51 p.m. and was told that it would be 90 minutes from the time I called. I received an email to pay up front and my transaction went through at 9:41 p.m. I called to confirm that they received my transaction, and then I was told that the driver was 10 minutes away. After 40 minutes, I called back because I hadn't heard from the driver, and the agent told me it was going to be two more hours! This is the worst service that I ever initiated and I called back to cancel and was told that they were going to charge me a $50 cancellation fee! I will be disputing that with my credit card as well. Horrible Horrible HORRIBLE!!

He informed me that someone would give me a call and I’ve been sitting here for about 40 mins. I still haven’t received a call to let me know approximately how long or anything.

I do have to say that Dispatch should clearly state that there is a service fee one and a separate hooking plus miles charge when I spoke to the phone it made it seem that I was going to pay less than $100. The tow truck driver was awesome he gave me a jump when my battery was messing up earlier so He’s the only reason I’m giving five stars

I gave them a 1 because ultimately they got my truck to the shop. I’ll help y’all out on the time conversion: if they say 30 min it means 3 hours, if you call for an update and they say 40 min it means 2 hours, and if they say they just talked to the driver and he’s 25 min away that means an hour. Then there’s the driver who couldn’t find his way out of a wet paper bag and took three times as long as it should have to get to the shop because he didn’t have a toll tag. If you value your time, don’t waste it with this company.

Do not use this company. My insurance agent contacted them to get someone out to me as soon as possible. I was stuck on the side of the road with my two small children. They ask my make and model and told me the one time payment would be 170. I was then told they would be to me within 20 minutes. After a lot of back and forth they canceled on me because I ask the name of the towing company. Their reasoning was I would leave a bad review. I needed to know who was towing my car. 3 hours later they finally got someone to me. Then they wanted to charge another 50 dollars because the type of vehicle I drive can only be towed on a flat bed. After speaking. To George he told me that my car should only be towed that way. I told him from the beginning you k ew what my vehicle was so I should be charged accordingly. He then stated he had all of our conversation recorded and he could prove I didn’t tell him what I was driving. I had to tell him to go listen to the recording because they had to know what my car was when he asked my location and what vehicle to look for. I told him I was reporting him and calling my bank to cancel the payment and I was sending his tow truck driver away. He then freaked out and told him to tow my vehicle for the price I paid. The tow truck driver was really nice and understood through out it all. This company is getting exactly what they were afraid of a bad review.

I had the pleasure of Byron being my tower. I had to have my car picked up from another location without the key and brought to me at my house. My driveway is hard to backup in but Byron rocked it. He was able to get my car up to the garage and missed the house by inches. He definitely takes pride in his work. So when I need a tow again I will definitely call 360 and ask for Byron. Thank you.

Alot of people think towing is a negative experience, that tow truck drivers are just there to make money. Sadly i was one of those people, but after the wonderful service i received from 360 towing solutions I've changed my mind. Their fast, affordable service, and general knowledge of vehicles saved me a tow home, and a tow to the mechanic. As soon as the driver arrived, they asked what was wrong with my vehicle, and were able to find a quick fix that solved my trucks issue, making sure i could make my way home, and avoid the mechanic shop. By the end of the day, i only had to pay the reasonable 60 dollar fee, and was now prepared for when my vehicle had the issue again. If any of my other vehicles breaks down again, i know who I'm calling.

Dispatcher was rude, short not informative and forgot to tell me about all the hidden fees when wrecker showed up. On top of that they were 45 mins late so I declined service and they refused a refund. Crooks dont deserve buisness from hard working people.

Just like most wrecker services, they try to screw you! Told the guy exactly where I was at my home and wanted it towed to mechanic 5 miles away and he kept quoting $59 surcharge and $35-$75 for towing. Asked why there was a $40 difference if he knew exactly what and where he was going? He couldn't answer and when I asked again, he hung up on me!!! Stay away from the place!!

The tower was great and friendly. Only downside is they took over 3 hours while me and my family were stranded on the road. They were also more expensive than other towers.

Do not call the price they give you is one fee I was told $75 for a 2 mile tow and when the tow truck called told me a different price $150 plus the call $59 I did not use them and still paid the $59 lucky I found another tow truck company that charged what they said in the phone call NOT RECOMMENDED DONT EVEN CALL THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR THAT SERVICE.
