Had such a good experience! Raul did an AMAZING job fixing my car. He went above and beyond and made it look nearly brand new. He even went as far as to clean the inside for me, which meant so much to me!! I came here because of insurance but will be coming back in the future!

Brent and the team at Quality are second to none. They handled everything from the tow to the point our vehicle was ready for pickup. I’ve dealt with several body shops in the past, from custom jobs to collision repair, and the experience with the Quality team surpasses everyone. We live in Tomball, so it’s a bit of a trek, and I can promise you our vehicles will go nowhere else from now on. Brent and the team were excellent after I got in a car accident. They met me at the rental car place with a tow truck to take my vehicle back to their shop. Very knowledgeable with dealing with the insurance and kept me updated every step of the way. My car looked like I had just picked it up off the lot when they were finished!

Honest and very nice genuine people to work with. My wife was in a big collision and totaled her car. Carlos was called by the police to tow and he was honest and very accomodating. He helped us to avoid all the cost and made sure our insurance paid for it. He helped my wife - who was distraught and handled everything that HELPED US and not them as most tow companies try to do to make more money. I cannot say enough and will call this company ANYTIME I need repairs or towing!

This Body Shop is one where I would take my vehicle to again. They did a fantastic job in restoring our car to new. They even sent a mechanic out to our house to clear up some minor issues. Thank you Nancy and Daniel. Great job.

I was referred to this shop to repair my side view mirror that I broke as I was backing out of my garage. I was met by Raul with a bid smile. When I told him the situation, he told me that he would see if he could locate my part. This was on a Monday and by Tuesday morning he called me with great news that he had found my part. I went in Tuesday afternoon and the part was installed within 30 minutes. I was very pleased and this repair didn’t cost me an arm and leg. Thanks again Raul.

I have had two vehicles worked on here after accidents and I have to say the quality of work is fantastic and the pricing is always fair.The staff provide excellent updates, and when I get my vehicle back it always looks brand new. Words can't describe how great Raul and the team at Quality Paint & Body are. After an unfortunate incident which messed up my brand new car's door. I took the car to Quality Paint & Body and didn't have to worry about a thing afterwards. From the second I stepped into their impeccably clean office, to the when I saw my repaired car, I knew I had made the right decision in deciding to business with them. My wife can't stop going on about how happy she is with the work that the team at Quality did! They did such a great job cleaning and prepping the car that it looks better than it did when I picked it up from the dealer. Every nook and cranny was cleaned, it looks better than new. My second time around with Quality Paint and Body Shop. Service is top notch. Nancy and team made it so easy to drop my 2024 Honda car off and have them fixed the car from an accident. They worked directly with the insurance company and fought for us to get the critical things covered like replacing the door, side trimming and recalibrating the sensors. When it was time to pick up, they had me sign, inspect the gorgeous job (like brand new from the dealer) and walk right out painlessly. Just like my first visit, they are very details and make sure their customers are totally satisfied. You want it done right, this is the shop to visit to get your car repaired.

If you are looking for a paint and body shop, no need to look any further. Quality Paint and Body shop is outstanding. We recently had our 2022 Acura in for some hood damage. Raul assessed the damage and told us 2-3 days to get it repaired. Two days later, it was ready and when we picked it up, we were both amazed. It actually looked brand new. During pick up Raul and Nancy took time with us looking over the work. Such a quality….pun intended….place to get your car looked after. These guys do it right! If I could give more than five stars, I would. Again , if you are looking, stop, and give these guys a try, you will not regret it.

I highly recommend this body shop if you are looking for any body repair. They kept me informed through the entire process and more than happy to answer any questions. I had my driver side windows replaced as well as fixed the quarter panel. All came out spotless! When I picked up my car, it was 31 degrees, but they still hand washed my car also. The office/waiting area and the restroom are extremely clean and well kept. Thanks Raul!

Quality Paint & Body went above and beyond for us. We were originally told the work would take 2 weeks, and they were finished in one. If you’re looking for A-1 Quality work, great customer service, with a fast turn around time, look no further this is definitely your place! Raul and his staff were great! They will take care of you and have your vehicle looking brand new!

From the moment that they picked up my car at the scene of the accident to the day I got my car back, the experience was absolutely outstanding. Raul promised me that my car would be ready by 02/15/24, but to my surprise it was ready by 02/02/24. When I got the car back, it was as if nothing happened. The car looked perfect. Then, after a day or two, I noticed that my blind spot sensors weren't working properly. They came TO MY WORK to pick up the car and try to correct it. It turned out that I needed new sensors. They ordered them for me, came back to my work to pick up my car and have the new sensors installed. No inconvenience for me at all! They brought it back to me and over apologized for the back and forth. They took ownership of the problem and got it fixed. The owner himself, Brent, came in and dropped off my keys and apologized again. They really felt bad about it, but I was perfectly happy with everything. I hope I never have another wreck, but if I do, Quality will be there for her. Thank you guys for everything!

First and foremost I want to point out what an outstanding job Quality and Paint did with repairing my wifes car. My wife was worried the car wouldn't look the same even after the repair but after seeing it when we picked up, it was better than expected (see picture for reference). I know it depends on the damage how long repairs will take but they said 1 week and we picked up in 1 week precisely. They kept us updated on the process and everything was just smooth sailing. Lastly, I want to commend Raul for helping us with the entire process. He was very informative and quick to respond to any questions we had. As a multi business owner myself, I can't say enough how great of customer service was provided by Raul and Quality Paint & Body.

If you’re looking for a quality auto body shop, look no further. The team at Quality Paint & Body Shop are absolutely amazing and work magic. I unfortunately was hit and was really frustrated having to get my car repaired. However, because of the high standard of customer service Quality Paint & Body Shop possess, they made the process easy going. They helped me get a rental car as well with an enterprise company they specifically work with that picked me up or can drop you off. They even detailed the inside of my car and removed stubborn dog hair that I’ve never been able to get out! Their communication is top tier, updating you daily on the status of your vehicle, which I really appreciate. The best part of all, is their understanding and compassion for your vehicle. I had a several scratches on my car that I was unaware of and they graciously removed them immediately. I just honestly can’t say enough amazing things about this place. I love all the way in Cypress, TX and will travel to Fresno to have my car services, because they are truly the best in the business. I had my car repaired there twice so far, and I am beyond satisfied. They are detailed, quick and efficient in getting the job done. Paint matches perfectly and absolutely no sign of damage every time. They take care of everything, from obtaining the rental, working with the insurance and repairing the car. They literally go over and beyond. The customer service is absolutely amazing. You are always greeted with smiles and your concerns are always heard. I can not say enough amazing things about this body shop. Just incredible!!!! They were super responsive from start to finish. The turn over time was also amazing especially being smacked in the middle of holiday season. My representative was Ms.Nancy and she was incredible. My car looked like it was brand new. I took my vw golf there to have some body work done. Was taken care of really well by Raul. Great communication and advocated for me with my insurance Geico to get quality parts. They did a fantastic job repairing everything. No one can tell that it was damaged. They also went above and beyond and helped fix a paint scrape mark in the front bumper without me asking. Thank you very much, team. I will definitely come back if I ever need any body work done.

I have a new 2021 BMW X5 that was repaired from Quality Paint and Body Shop. JUST WOW! They did an amazing job, on top of that they updated me every step of the way, from the shipping of the parts, to the final pick-up, Nancy let me know exactly what was going on. You can tell Nancy cares about what she does and it shows! Raul, the manager was also very knowledgeable about my car which put my mind at ease, and he was very nice. Came outside one morning to find someone had backed into my car, no info no note. Called these guys and they were nothing but helpful. They even took the time to walk me through what to do when you're dealing with a hit and run. They did a fantastic job. Can't even tell I had any work done to my door. Update: A few months later I clipped a curb and cracked my front bumper along with a little road rash. They were able to get me fixed up and back on the road quickly. Again, I can't even tell where the crack used to be if it weren't for the photos. I'm a strong believer in getting what you pay for and these guys do great work at a fair price. I will forever be a customer. Can't recommend them enough.

I had an excellent experience at Quality recently. I got into a fender bender and a good friend recommended Raul's work. The process was seamless, I got updates and reassurance that recommended parts were used on my vehicle. It was detailed and sparkling when I picked it up. I'm very happy with the quality and efficiency behind their work. I highly recommend!!

Whenever my car was hit by an irresponsible driver everybody was okay throughout the whole accident but once my car was towed to quality paint and body and they started working on it and found more damage, they also fix that too they did a very wonderful job. my mechanic was also the most respectful man ever he did not speak to me condescendingly because I don't know much about vehicles and he was very informative as to what all he worked on and what all should be worked on and What needs the car will need in the near future . they're very comprehensive and I would recommend this establishment to everybody
