I’ve came to Roy’s a few times to have my car fixed and every time I go I get great service for a great price. Roy won’t beat around the bush when it comes to repairs. He’ll tell you exactly what you need, and won’t try to throw repairs at you that are not needed. Highly recommended from me?

Roy and his team are fair and trustworthy. We all got that bad experience from an 'upsell' that made us lose trust. Roy focuses on the problem at hand and gets it fixed. He will remember your name and treat you with the best service you could imagine. Give them the time and flexibility to solve your problem and they will. Can't recommend Roy's Auto enough.

Roy and his staff went over and beyond to help my mother and I when our rental car became dysfunctional, on Hyw 59 on our way to Houston. They were concerned for our safety and took care of the problem and got us on our way back to Houston!

First and foremost, thank you. There is not enough words that I can express how truly grateful I am. I had been to about four mechanics because I had my car overheating and everyone I went to was charging me some exorbitant cost to do the repair. I was told I needed a cooling fan assembly or a pump, and the cost was almost as high as $2, 000. I am in the middle of a divorce, and without a home right now.... And there is only so much a person can take. So to go here and have honest mechanics is refreshing. We live in an age where everybody is just trying to earn a buck by any means necessary... not everybody can see that some people are out here struggling... To keep it together. This gentleman who looked at my car... I'm not trying to be disrespectful but he was tall and had a big beard, he just reminded me of Paul Bunyan... He took a look at my car and came back and told me "I think your car is going to be fine" ... It just had a situation of a hose not connected properly... He told me that my fan was working properly and I did not need to change my fan. With tears in my eyes I hugged that man even though he did not want me to hug him because I was so grateful... I have found a new home for my car to be repaired... To anyone looking for car repair, no matter how far you are, go and visit these people they are honest and will give you good service. Thank you so much. To top it off they did not even charge me for connecting back the hose. I have renewed hope that they're still good people in this world.

I started going to Roy’s Automotive about 2 years ago when I became dissatisfied with the shop I had been using. I actually went on Nextdoor for recommendations, I got 11 responses and 8 recommended Roy’s. I’ve never been happier. I trust them, I don’t feel like I’m being gouged. They’ve been in business in Rosenberg for many years, and word travels fast in our ever growing community, they are a busy shop. Roy is a very nice man, and his employees know what they are doing. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Roy is probably one of the most honest mechanics you will find. I had another mechanic mess up my Audi and Roy diagnosed it. Although they didnt do this type of repair, he diagnosed it and just a pleasure to work with.

The tow truck came quickly, with a friendly driver. We had the work done at Roy's so we weren't charged extra for the tow! Great turn around time for repairs!!

We have worked with Roy for many years on all our cars. He has always been great, fair, and gave us all the information we needed to see if we wanted to put money into extensive repairs or invest in another used vehicle. Don't always communicate in a timely manner, but you can always call them.

Highly recommend! I went to Roy's based on the review and I was greeted by a very down to earth owner. Honest, upfront, and very skilled staff that is quick to tell you the work that needs to be done without being pressured to complete the transaction on spot. I went in to get my brakes and rotars repaired / installed. It took an hour and half and they ensured everything worked properly and explained why I had issues in the first place (the previous mechanic didn't install calipers with the brakes, so they were literally dangling on the wheel). I needed new rotars after they took a looked at my car, so they picked them up from down the street and didn't charge me an arm and a leg for the parts or labor. I am very satisfied and will be back for all auto needs.

Roy the owner is a honest business man. When it comes to used cars or car repair, seems like everyone wants to take advantage, I appreciate the honesty Roy has, its hard to find that nowadays. Definitely will be back!

THIS IS A GREAT AND HONEST PLACE!! I've only had to go twice, once for my A/C and another time for an oil leak. And everything works great! I don't know who would have anything bad to say about Roy's Auto repair shop. Thank y'all for reasuring me that there are still honest mechanics in this area.

Roy and his team are the most honest shop around. He is always helpful and tells you straight up what is needed. He has had my trust for more than 10 years when his shop a tiny one on hwy 36.

I took my 2008 Nissan quest minivan for coolant leak. They quickly found the problem. Radiator had a big crack and needed to be replaced. They took care of it the same day. He even went out of his way to fix a small but annoying noise. Prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend his shop .

Absolutely amazing service. I cannot recommend this place enough. I thought I was about to break the bank for my car, but to check all my fluids (even with the difficulty of finding the transmission due to the model of my car) and top everything off and make sure everything was good cost barely anything compared to other places. This place is awesome!

A great shop that did quality work at a more than reasonable price. This is a busy place but they made time to greet me and let me know what my cost would be upfront. Roy and his mechanics made this my new place to get work completed on my trucks when I have a need. Thanks for a great experience. If you were not happy with the last place you went for automotive work then I recommend you give Roy's a chance to earn your business.

I can't say enough about how AMAZING Roy and his mechanic shop is. My family and I have used Roy's for years. He is honest and always goes above and beyond. All his staff have always been so good to me. My sister will drive from Baytown just to visit this mechanic shop. They always find a way to get me back on the road fast. I’m so glad I listened to my brother. He told me to take my truck to Roys and I am so happy with the whole experience. From the very beginning I was greeted nicely and Then Roy came out and was a true gentleman. So respectful, honest and caring guy. He truly is a man of his word. He took care of my truck and got her running in less than 2 days. I’m one of the naive ones when it comes to cars but he made me feel comfortable when he explained everything. He is totally 5 Stars and I’m going to keep recommending him.

It's becoming increasingly rare for me to be able to say that I am exceptionally satisfied with any purchased service and where auto repair is concerned.... Nearly impossible.... Until recently, when I took my late model Buick Regal Turbo into Roy's for service. About a month prior I got a check engine light and a very reduced level of engine performance. Before finally going to Roy's I took my Turbo Regal to to at least 6 other places including independent repair shops, auto parts stores and GM dealerships in an attempt to get the issue diagnosed and quoted. None of them including the GM dealership could give me an accurate or even a semi confident diagnosis so I kept looking. I decided to try Roy's next due in large part to the excellent Google reviews. I called on Friday evening and Lacy told me to bring it in first thing next morning. They opened right on time at 8am and by 8:20am Mike and Lacy had the issue accurately diagnosed. By 9am they had the correct replacement part and by 9:30am Mike had the part installed, tested and 100% fixed! The cost was beyond responsible (Probably 1/3 of what the dealership would have charged to Not get it right) So if your like I was, having reached a point of trusting no auto repair operation, rest assured, there is at least 1 good one left.

Always excellent service, been going to Roy's for years and he always takes care of us. He put in new tranny on my auto, new a/c on the truck and inspections, etc. GREAT job and help from all associates. Roy is always willing to talk to you and explain or offer help!

I've used Roy's auto repair for the past 5yrs from rebuilding my 94 Camaro to my newer 99-2013 vehicles, his team has always been on point. Never has he tried taking short cuts nor try and rob your wallet. Very honest & dependable. All around great mechanic shop, also does wash & detailing of vehicles of all kinds that is also on point!!

My son was stranded in Rosenberg, 2.5 hours from home, and I had a tow truck take his car to Roy's. (It was the closest to where he were stranded and looked as good as any other option.) I was well aware that getting his car towed to an auto shop was putting us at their mercy...it's not like he could just drive it to a different shop. As it turned out, all he needed was an $86 thermostat and my son was on his way again. Thank you Roy for being fast, friendly and, above all, honest!
