Stay away from Williams shop. He is a complete scammer. I took my truck in 2024 and he told me "it's easy work, I fix these trucks all the time". His job was to rebuild my transmission. I paid him in cash and he returned my truck back in three days. My truck wasn't fixed. It was leaking oil and the transmission was still slipping the minute I left the shop. I had meineke take a look at my truck and it was confirmed he never worked on it. The court ruled he did no work to my truck. I attached photos of the court ruling, my truck damage. He didn't answer my phone calls after I left the shop for a long time, so I took him to small claims court. I hope you guys stay away from him for your own sake. My son's truck wouldn't start this week... tried everything we could but to no avail. Had it towed here and spoke with Cliff about the issues we were having. He told me what he would do and get to the root of the problem. My son's truck was fixed within 24 hrs and Cliff didn't charge me a huge outrageous amount either. He was nice, friendly, and professional with a ol school swag. I definitely know who to call if needed now. Thanks Cliff!!
I was quoted $2,500 for a transmission rebuild on a 2003 Ford Explorer. After several weeks I was told that the transmission could not be rebuilt and a new transmission would cost $3,500. I declined the service and was told I had to pay $600 to get my car back. I told the repair shop that at no time was I quoted a fee, orally or in writing, to look at the vehicle. The shop will not release the car back to me without payment of $600. The shop also said they called me several times but there are no calls registered on my phone from the shop. I called them several times asking for the status and could have been told at that time there was a diagnostic fee. They are not registered with the BBB.
William is a very good mechanic. I've always have brought my trucks to him when I have time or I'm in town. Also he doesn't try to get rich off of u. His prices are very low, just depending on what u need. I recommend him to everybody that needs a mechanic.
I have driven by so many times. I stopped in explained what I needed told me to come the next day. Fernando called me with the cost and my son's car was fixed the same day. You are now our repair shop.
Buddy bought a boat motor from William and he said it “ran perfect”. Took it home and to a mechanic and the motor needed to be rebuilt before it could run. Complete scammer
