The lady who helped me pick the parts for my Jeep that had a cylinder misfire in the middle of nowhere, Texas, was so kind. Got lucky and a mechanic she vouched for (Juan) was also there, able to help me get back on the road in a few hours. I'll never forget y'all. Thank you.
I went to auto zone today and I ask for help and nobody wants to help me I think they need to hire people with experience with customer service and they give you wrong parts or they only say I don’t know what you talking about

Ok, now that Omar is not there to fight the customer on refunds with receipt. I stopped going for a while as it was such a hassle to deal with Omar. But now the crew there is ok.
Helpful people, sometimes very unhelpful when unknowledgeable folks "helping". Usually always busy as they do try and answer questions. For the most part have been fine visiting and buying items.
Roy and Victor were incredible. I bought a car from Houston and drove it back to Phoenix. Lost all but two of my wheel studs between Odessa and El Paso. They went out of their way and through their entire inventory to find me sizes that worked so I could get back on the road. Really appreciate the time and effort guys.

Need a fuse to fix the 12V outlet in my wife’s car while on a road trip and the worker was very helpful. I am so sorry I forgot the name of the worker who helped me. He helped me figure out which fuse box and fuse needed to be replaced and even replaced it for me.
It was closing time. Staff accommodated me after hours to permit an emergency purchase of a gas can. I Commend this place and staff for their dedication to their customers.
Guy sold me a an expensive had filter without showing me the less expensive option, they only care about sales, and they sell you extra oil packets when you don't pay attention and without your consent, so beware of this practices, especially when you buy spark plugs, brake pads, new battery, they charge you extra the small oil lubricants without you asking for the product, I always stop then on the act.
Great place found everything I was looking for and more. The sales man was very helpful and knowledgeable, he made sure I got the right parts for my car. I will go there for all my automotive needs.
You can find what you need here as long as you know what you are looking for because some of the employees don't seem to be very knowledgeable. My advice Look it up online and take a part number.
