I got the oil filter I needed quickly and the associate (female) was very knowledgeable and helpful as this was the first time I was buying one, since I usually take it to El Paso or Tucson for servicing. But why pay more when we have competent mechanics and the parts we need here in Fabens?
God BLESS ALL OF THE ANGELS at this store!!! My husband and I were just making it back to Texas from the west coast when we broke down on the highway! We make the decision to get towed to the store verses a mechanic because our funds were extremely low!!! When we arrived at the store we were greeted and assisted beyond anything we had experienced!!! Ana and Alexis were so amazingly friendly, professional and kind!! They helped us find products that would but work on our issues and price constraints!!! We were still there even after they left but they made sure we were good before leaving !!! We were in that parking lot overnight due to waiting on a part and trying varied products to dry, set etc… When the morning crew came in they picked up where Ana and Alexis left off they gave us tool to use, guidance and patience!!
We were there so long Ana and Alexis came back to work!! Ana immediately asked us did our part come, if we had eaten which we had not but ANA brought us TACOS ? even tho we originally declined, she made sure that we ate and were more than okay the whole time we were there!!!
Edgar and his team are ANGELS and my husband and I will forever be grateful for them and all of the love and support they gave us!!! There was a mural across from the building that said “ All gave some, some gave all” Ana ,Edgar and his TEAM gave ALL to 2 stranded cargo van owner operators that were on the verge of giving up!! Ana even hugged me as I cried from exhaustion and gave word of encouragement!!! 5 stars isn’t CLOSE to what we were given at this O’Reilys!!! May God forever bless your building and each of you, you all forever in our hearts and prayers!!! Thank you a MILLION TIMES!!!!!
Our idler pulley went put taking the serpentine belt with it but thanks to Cesar and Roberto for staying to make sure that we got our parts so that we weren't stranded for the night would definitely recommend this oriellys.
I called for a price, was placed on hold for 20 mins, then they hung up on me! Very rude and unprofessional. But that’s what you get when you hire spoiled bratty kids.
Great place to buy your automotive parts. Autozone's customer service has gone down . Oriely's has better customer service. Stay away from the AutoZone in San Eli, the worst!
