I drive a 40 year old rig. Even taking that into account, more often than not, they'll have the part I need to keep her rolling. If they don't have it, they can usually point me in the right direction. Their prices are usually significantly lower than the competition. As a one man one truck outfit, that really helps.
They don't treat customers well, they get very confused about the parts they send you and when you complain to them, it offends you and not only me but the mechanic and also when you return parts to them, even though they get confused, they charge you 20%, they are quite racist. I know we are in America but they can be more flexible.
Have no customer service did not feel the need to help a customer with the hose sent him in the back to figure it out, then wanted to hang the phone up when someone called in questioned I would not take anything or buy anything from this place
Always friendly, informative and usually always have parts we need in stock! Only bad thing is they are located far west of Odessa and it’s hard to talk to them on the phone
Sold us incorrect part even after being given specific specifications. Team wasted half a day installing the part that was incorrect. Had it removed and returned. They stated, “well that was the longest one we had, so we just sold it to you anyway”. They didn’t accept the return due to a small dent from the removal process. Clearly not concerned with their customer. Removed from our vendor’s list. Recommend you do the same.
These guys know there parts and also have the knowledge of working on the trucks , tons of help from them no matter what the case ,super friendly and good folk
The Trux N Parts team are very professional and great knowledge about of many mechanical systems. All time great experience. Recommend this truck parts store 1000%.
They have a very good inventory of parts. They have expanded the store and almost all of their staff take great care of you. For truck parts it is a must shop.
Employees are friendly and helpful, their prices are fair and they mostly have everything you need in stock and if they don't, they can get it here ASAP
This place has everything you need. Even if they don't they still provide excellent customer service!! This is one of the top 3 stores I check with first to see if they have a part I need!
these guys are the best there us .. helpful past the line if duty and will do almost anything including funding another business that has what u need if they dont! i cannot say enough to even come close to how good these people are!!and years pater they still the se great guys and women
Have been doing business with them for almost twenty years. Always friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have never tried selling me something I don’t need and prices are fair not only for parts but especially for their services.
BEST SHOP IN THR PERMIAN BY FAR THE PEOPLE HERE ARE PROFESSIONAL AND WILL ANSWER THE PHONE AND CALL U BACK THIS IS UNHEARD OF IN THE PERMIAN PLUS THEY HAVE A GREAT MACHINE SHOP WITH JAMES WHICH IS HIGHLY SKILLED FOR AXLES TRANSMISSIONS VERY POLITE AND AWESOME PEOPLE HERE!!
Horrible people that feel as if they're doing you a favor the moment you step in this place. Overpriced items compare with others in Odessa. If you need genuine and reasonable price for parts, try Fleet Pride, Napa, Diamond Fleet, O'reilly, Tractor Supply, West Side Radiators for condensers and Radiators. Truck Pro for drive shafts, PTOs. Ogburn. Chrome shop for chrome bumpers and other parts. Even Freightliner, Kenworth and Volvo are way reasonable in some parts. Stay away from Truck & Parts.
