I have never seen employees of a company that was non-interested in their job as at Love's in Odessa. This was the most ridiculous experience. I've had five freaking hours waiting for two flats to be fixed. They kept John playing little games. Ethan in the office in the air condition the whole time so uncalled for so unprofessional and what's bad is there's cameras in there and they've had it been seen doing this at times and apparently nobody does nothing about it. Good job speedco
The worst place. I stood waiting for an hour to lubricate my tractor. There was no line. They said they would take the tractor to work now. And no one came. Although they saw that I was waiting. Then they said they were very busy, but there was not a single tractor. I had to leave. Be prepared for bad service. 0 stars
Mechanics take forever. 1 trailer tire had to wait 3 hrs. All bays were empty when I got here. They told me 1 truck ahead of me. I sat and waited for 30 minutes, and no truck pulled in. I showered , and finally, they changed 1 tire on a truck. They finished. Waited another 30mins. I had to get off and told them something finally got a bay. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOVES
I would never go there because the girl works in the front. She has a crazy attitude problem. I don’t even know why she working there management has to do something about it or they gonna keep losing
Sense of urgency with these people is non-existent. They are more interested in socializing with each other than helping the customer and getting them on their way.
I had a trailer tire that went flat. I checked in and was able to get in immediately. I needed check the tire to find the leak. Due to the location of the nail, I had to scrap the tire. I was able to get a new one and back on the road again.
Highway robbery. Don't even waste your time. Quoted 600+$ for a simple plug/patch on an outside drive tire. Embarrassing charging such a price knowing they would show up and take forever and add more time to your bill. Find local mobile guys in the area. Cheaper and actually show up in a reasonable time and don't screw you on the price.
Came in on Christmas Eve with a severely damaged trailer tire. They fixed me up within an hour, and I couldn't be more pleased. AWESOME! They saved my on-time delivery.
Loves are supposed to be clean, it's a decent loves, bathrooms are mediocre at best, no garbage cans outside for over half the parking, got trash everywhere outside. Other than that it's not so bad, just not a overall great loves.
No water in Odessa today. Unable to flush toilets so all are full.. no urinals. McDonalds is closed but Subway is open??? Wonder how employees handling food and $ are washing their hands???
and it happens again. It happened to me in Mattew MO and now in Odessa Tx. I think that loves does not understand that they are not the only ones that can offer free refills and shower for the money we spend buying their diesel (more than 2,000 gql per month ).Once again an employee assures me very convinced that it was not a refill, that I used a new cup when I brought mine and the only thing I used new was the lid. I think they should use better criteria before accusing me in front of other clients to steal a cup. How much does a cup cost?
