Our alternator went out on a late Sunday afternoon. They got us to the shop, drove over 2 hours to pick up a new alternator and swapped them out in the dark to make sure we got on the road safely. His exact words were “ if my wife or daughter were stranded I hope someone would help them”. He really was our hero today! Thank you thank you thank you from Holly and Kalindi!
Absolutely wonderful people. We were stranded after our 5th wheel lost a wheel and had a lot of damage. They got us rolling again and worked late into the night

I live in Las Vegas but my daughter hit a Coyote somewhere between Memphis and Eastelline Texas around 1 am. I called and spoke with Neal who then was also contacted by our insurance company to possible tow my daughters car to Memphis. His crew arrived and took the time to remove the smash in wheel well so that she could drive the rest of the way home to Amarillo instead of incurring expensive towing charges.
Great service and care and gave me such relief being so very far away and unable to help. Thank you again Neal for your help, integrity and kindness. Won't ever forget it!
I am writing a 10 star review!!! At 3AM a deer decided to use our vehicle to commit suicide. We were on a pitch black highway, going to Dallas. Had been on the road from Phoenix for 13 hours. Neil showed upwhen no one else would. Not one Cop showed the whole hour we were there on the side of the road! But Neil did! he got out of bed and all, picked our car up and was extremely knowledgeable. Very helpful in such stress. We had our baby in the car and it was completely wrecked. We were understandably shaken, Neil knew exactly what to do. He asked who our insurance was, we told him, he said ok here's your options. We chose Him towing our car to his GATED truck yard, so whoever claimed they can steal from your vehicle is flat out lying. There are 2 big iron gates that stay chained up, you have to wait for his worker to unlock it. He took it there, to be somewhere safe until insurance adjuster comes... and then his wife gave us an hour and a half ride to Amarillo to get us a rental car. At 6 AM. They did not have to do this at ALL they are good genuine people. I would highly recommend if you are ever in this area and need a tow, call Neil! No one else!
