This shop is top notch. I broke down not too far from their shop but I was able to limp in. High pressure fuel line busted. They fixed my line in a few hours and I was able to get back on the road. One of the best experience I’ve had in a while. Kyle the owner made me feel like family. Mike the mechanic was very knowledgeable and took good care of my truck at a reasonable price. Highly recommend them. Thank you guys.
I don't understand these negative reviews. These people are really good. Got me out of a very deep hole I'm a very friendly about it as well. This is my first interaction with people from Texas as a British person. And it made me want to move here
I should up there about 10 am on a monday.had 2 broke off bolts on my turbo.they pulled me in the shop.after I sat there all day they said it will be tomorrow before we start on it.so on Tuesday there finely got it done around 730 pm.were the charged me 1299.dollars
1100 for labor.after driving it back home there way oil blew everywhere. So I had to tear it back apart my self and fix it right. It took me a total of 6 hours to pull the turbo off fix it and put it all back together so stay away from this place they are horrible and they rip you off

The owners of Panhandle Road and Field Services came to our rescue in the middle of the night when we were stranded on the side of the highway—in a F250 truck pulling a 5th wheel. Darrell and his brother towed us to their business, allowed us to stay on their property while hooking up our RV to their electricity, and repaired our tire the next morning. The brothers and their employees were extremely kind, helpful, and professional. They were our angels coming to our rescue in the middle of the night! By the way, we found out the next morning another trucker had spent the night on their property for the same reasons—stranded in the middle of the night needing help. Thankfully there are still good people in the world! Thanks Panhandle Road and Field!
Been here twice, was taken care of both times. Wish these folk were closer to me in Dallas. They are punctual, friendly, service oriented, and fair in pricing. 10/10 recommend to the general public
This a family owned and runner business. I would recommend them. I took my truck to freightliner and after 8 days and thousands of dollars later I still had an issue. The owners boys are awesome and amazing. They helped me with having power to my truck over night and got me fixed really fast. I would recommend them to any truck driver out there.

Nicest most hospitable people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with I was loaded grossing 134,000 lb they towed me and my load to their shop and put a new radiator in my truck they tended to all the little minute details of putting a radiator in I can't say enough about them except THANK YOU
These people came through when many others could not, we were stranded on side of very busy highway in 40' motor home. Expert arrived and safely got us moved to repair facility.
Paid more than $3,500 for a things that truck didn't need. They change oil suction tube and they had the truck for 5 days. We ended up picking up the truck with exact same problem. Took it to Freightliner and all they did it was change oil pressure sensor and that was it. I do not recommend this place. They will rip you off for sure.
Our diesel truck went into limp mode at 5:15 pm in Clarendon TX. We thought we’d never find service at that hour in a small town. We called Panhandle Road and Field Services and they not only answered the phone they helped us settle in for the night and had us on the road by noon the next day. The truck runs better than it has in months. EVERYONE there was friendly and very knowledgeable and explained everything they did. It’s harder to find places you can trust these days but this is definitely a business you can trust. Maybe all of this is why they’ve been in business almost 50 years! Thank you for the exceptional experience!
One of the best shops in the area . Prices are fair considering the area and all others around are higher and will take advantage of the hourly charge and do nothing to your truck . Panhandlers actually towed my truck to their shop from loves for about 525 usually they charge around 585 from Memphis . Once to the shop they hopped right on my truck, however had to order parts that came the next morning. I was out the door by 1:30pm . Four hours labor for doser injection valve. Great office manager great mechanic . Great over all ..
After two other companies provided roadside service on our Kenworth (and still didn’t fix anything!), we very slowly made our way toward this shop. They FIXED the issue for only a few dollars more than the first company charged just for the wrong diagnosis. The man that answered the phone was incredibly kind and knowledgeable as well as the mechanic that performed the work. Now we can finish our trip to California! Thank You a thousand times!
We can’t say enough good about this place. Our Kenworth was derating and nobody could figure out why at the previous 3 stops we made, including a Kenworth dealership! This place took us right in and had the problem diagnosed in a short amount of time and fixed in just a few hours! The people here are awesome, and the prices were fair! We highly recommend this shop and would give them more stars if we could!
My sons story
If you are ever in Clarendon and need a flat fixed or anything else stay farrrrrrrr awayyyyyyy from this company.. I needed 2 new tires and a flat fixed an hour and a half at most to do this little job.. I showed up at 11:20 am and it’s now 2:11 pm 3 hours in so far and he’s only got the 2 new tires on 🤦🏼♂️🙄.. on top of that mid way into replacing the 2 tires he stops and goes to lunch for an hour 🤬🤬🤬 like who does that!! This place is a complete joke and no telling what they are going to charge for this completely horrible service..
I have used Panhandle Road and Field for 6 years now and have never been disappointed. Everything from hauling Bucket trucks to engine overhaul. They have never let me down!!! 100% Best shop I have dealt with. We used them at Higher Power Electrical , BHI Energy and now with Transform Power Services and have always been fair , professional , and great guys to deal with. Being a small business owner I know I can trust them.
This places was Awsome Daryle went above and beyond. People on here complain about price haven't owned a truck long.
I called them at 3 am they had me picked up and brought to there shop by 7 diagnosed my truck and did it at a competitive price I just wish they were closer to my house so I could go to there shop more often. Thanks I appreciate everything.
Very unprofessional and rude... price gouging at its finest..They charged me 2 service calls. 2 fuel charges, 150.00 to go get a warranted power steering pump at Freightliner 5 hours at 145.00.. my price was 596 at first..Then 1300 the next day. we stayed overnight again because pump wasn't the issue. Issue was gear box which he stated he had...No parts and truck still not fixed.. He told my driver I was beside myself for asking questions about pricing and he didn't want to speak to me anymore... Tow your vehicle or truck a little further.. I read the reviews and thought I would still give a try.. BAD CHOICE
Had a piece of rebar stuck in our tires on a Saturday if all days! They got us right in and fixed our tire within an hour! Very reasonably priced and super friendly! Thank you for the amazing work.

Highest Integrity, Quality and Professionalism as well as reasonable prices! Cal, Sherrie and the crew went above and beyond to get my truck back on the road in good shape. I arrived there at 5:30pm...they worked until after 11pm. They understand how important it is to keep our trucks rolling. The owner and all the employees are absolutely amazing! Our big truck had to be towed to have an injector repaired. From the time we called them until they arrived was 45 minutes!! So impressed! They fixed our problem very quickly putting us on the road. We can’t say enough about these folks!! They are so nice and happy!! The shop was spotless!! Such nice and honest folks! We even had donuts and coffee! Cal thank you and your employees for all you did for us ! Such an amazing shop!!
Family owned. Everyone was great!! I appreciate how fast they worked. They did a great job on the truck. Towed us (truck & loaded trailer), maybe waited a little over an hour. He dropped us off at a hotel close to food & store. Got us fixed up and on our way. I'm very thankful
Dustin came about 15 minutes before ETA and swapped out our bad u-haul tire. He gave us a courtesy call a couple of minutes before arriving and gave us some excellent advice on our tires and their condition. I don't think our misfortune could have been fixed any faster.
I am responsible for fleet maintenance for a trucking company in all 48 states and this is the absolute worst shop I've ever dealt with. They know they are the only shop around for miles and therefore jerk you around and fill you with lies. My final bill was $2,000 higher than my initial quote, not to mention I had to have the job repaired the next day because bolts were missing and the "fixed" parts were leaking. No one made any effort to get back to me after several requests to talk to Cal. Very poor quality and I even got an "I don't know" when I was asking about a issue regarding oil temp that took my local mechanic 10 minutes to diagnose. This place has incompetent employees that do poor quality work accompanied by zero customer service.
