I normally don’t write reviews, but I had such a great experience at O'Reilly's this morning that I just had to share. I was having a hard time finding a battery for my car…found it at O’Reilly’s and was able to get it installed and go about my hectic schedule. Thanks to Luis – Manager for awesome customer service!

Hospitality is fine but they made a mistake involving a battery and although I do understand mistakes happen. This mistake ended costing me money and that unfortunately stops it from being a higher score.

Very rude service from an older woman or man im not sure her orientation but she didn't want to do her job and even gave my grandmother who's on oxygen bless her heart attitude! Went to Autozone and they answered all our questions and even helped my grandmother with what we needed. Highly recommend autozone its just across the street down the road!

Carrizo springs has the absolute best customer service! A thousand times better than the grumpy people with no respect for the paying customer in Eagle pass.

Everything you need for your vehicle is there. Store is relatively new, so it's clean. Staff is attentive and always willing to help. There s a big parking lot. Prices are fair and most parts come with a warranty of some kind. Parts are made in USA.

They were berry helpful and explained everything to the point u would understand even for a female. I recommend it.😃

Their employee was of no help didn't know much about trucks. Hummm you work at a "auto parts store"
