Roland Tapia provided a tow service for my daughter and me for over 140 miles. He was very professional, made us comfortable, and handled my car with care. He gave great conversation that really helped calm me down during a stressful situation. He took our needs into consideration and would ask if we needed to stop to use the restroom or get a snack or drink. I highly recommend him!

I wish I could remember the name of the young Latin gentleman who came to my rescue when my work van suffered a driver’s side front tire failure while traveling at highway speed on one of the recent 110 degree heatwave days in the greater Laredo, TX, desert region.
He was not only personable and professional, he was confident and reassuring in his thorough, experienced approach to performing his service.
For me, personally, it was extremely comforting to discover that he is a person of strong Faith. Having a dangerous, vulnerable situation like this, in such extreme weather (he kept us both hydrated with Gatorade drinks that he had in a cooler) and to helped by a Saint such this. I almost don’t have words to express my gratitude.
BTW, I know that many businesses frown upon employees expressing their religious beliefs while on the job. Please thank him and do not penalize him. I firmly believe that he was an integral part of the miracle that prevented the tire blowout from having been a far worse, potentially fatal accident. MIRACLES ARE REAL.
Our stolen F350 was found and Ward's Towing was responsible for towing it. Upon calling Ward's Towing, Eric kept me updated on when they got the truck to their facility and provided excellent communication & pictures to us for our piece of mind. They worked easily with our insurance company and were sure to update me again. Customer service was beyond excellent! Thank you so much for your help with our unfortunate situation.
