I’m recently moved to this area and coming in from San Antonio 11/18/2025 I struck a deer outside of Westoff. Long story short I spoke to my insurance guy and he recommended Bobby’s Auto Body for tow and repair . Bobby couldn’t come that evening but he called another tow company who came and picked my truck up off the side of the road and took to Bobby’s. I have never dealt with anyone with his level of integrity or customer service . He truly cares about his customers and has gone above and beyond any expectations I had in getting my truck fixed . He even helped me out with a rental car during this time when my grandson was born 12/18 so I didn’t miss being there.
I hope I never have to do this again but I will not ever use anyone but Bobby’s Auto Body in Yorktown. This guy and his team are the very best!!

Right at the beginning of deer season I was heading home from Victoria. I feel I made pretty experienced and defensive driver, but you never know when one of those deer will appear. Long story short my insurance company let Bobbys Auto Body send in an estimate for deciding whether or not my car would be a total loss etc. I can’t tell you how great it was to work with accompany staff and employed with local folks, who are knowledgeable personable, most importantly, trustworthy. They help me with the entire process from start to finish, and I was able to receive my total loss check in a reasonable amount of time. Thanks to their thorough assessment of damages to my vehicle

I was stuck on the side of the road, due to car trouble. I called Bobby and he came as quick as he could. He was very friendly and professional. He had to tow my car over 50 miles. Once he dropped my car off he gave me a call to let me know that the dealership had parked it in a safe place. He then sent his bill via text and I was able to pay for it with a credit card over the phone. Great job Bobby!! Thanks again!! -Wendy F.
Bobby provided me with some of the best customer service I could have ever expected I could tell right away when I called that He takes pride in taking care of his customers. I've never had any work done at the shop personally but the work I've seen and courtesy of the employees and Bobby himself and how great they are to interact with is fantastic highly suggest stopping by and seeing them
I'm from MO. Hit a jack that was dropped by a tanker truck, and it poked a big hole in my oil pan. Bobby towed my car the next morning, ordered the parts and got me back on the road in a couple days. Can't say enough good things!! Greta, the Dane puppy, is adorable!
Bobby has been helping our community and serving our area for years he has always been reasonable and very kind they do a great job on paint and body repairs on our vehicles thank you to him and all the guys and gals that work there.
This is the absolute best body shop in Texas and maybe the world. Bobby is a perfectionist and it shows in all his work. My hail damaged new car came out if this shop looking better than the day I bought it off the showroom floor. Bobby has a meticulous female employee who is the bomb! Don’t let the ambiance of this old shop fool you. These folks have high integrity and are extremely skilled individuals. The office gal is on top of your paperwork, too. When you come to this shop be prepared for hard working quality oriented honesty..,.thats synonymous with the name Bobby!
Had a wreck (not my fault) on 183 south of Cuero, TX. DPS called Bobby, who towed my truck to his shop. He and his staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The body work took a while due to parts availability and his backlog, but my truck is back in excellent condition and I'm extremely pleased. His service after the job is also excellent. Both thumbs up for Bobby's Auto Body!
