Amazing experience at this location tonight! Tony and Jose are wonderful caring men who helped me sure I was back on the road quick after I realized my headlight was out and had to come over at closing. I called and Jose was very welcoming and said it wasnt a problem and go ahead and come out and theyd fix it after I gave him my car info. I got there just as they closed and Tony was there and sweet enough to come out and change the light out for me! I know they really didnt have to do this and also with then being closed but he told me he didnt mind. Please do something nice for these great men! This made things feel even brighter a few days away from Christmas! I'll make sure to come to this location for all my car needs. Thank you so much!!

Been hokng there 11 years and today an employee named Jose can barely understand me I asked him to help me he says he'll be right there.. I waited 5 minutes the guy goes in the back and starts munching on a bag of chips. So I asked him are you going to help me and he said yeah go over there it's over there and I said you're not going to help me out he said haha it's right there I said well I'm expecting you to help me and you kind of laughed and I said you think it's funny he says yeah. So I left and I will never go back to that place again. And the manager was there too. But that Jose guy needs to be trained correctly and speak clear English as well as customer service issues

Started with one person replace with a new person then told me my battery was good. Had a warranty on it. Round up at dealership just to find out that the battery was bad

Good service with good parts availability. There are cheaper online options, but the shipping time and return hassles negate the value of purchasing with them.

Two incompetant employees working today With two female customers without saying I'll be with you in a moment. 2 female Customers on the phone while at the register trying to figure out what she needs The female employee should have asked them to step aside to ck the rest of us out The male employee trying to figure out what 2 guys need. Ser.s they know each other so no one else matters Phone ringing& no o e answers Been waiting for 35 mins Ridiculous Are the incompetent employees made to work the weekens?.??

I am VERY GRATEFUL for O’Reilly on 423 in Little Elm…I dod not get the man’s name that helped me… HOWEVER… let me say he went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! He changed my Battery and Headlights on a day that was 108 degree’s outside… I am so thankful for him… I am so upset that I did not get his name because he deserves a personal THANK YOU!!!!

Ruben provided excellent customer service. He was extremely knowledgeable and made my experience a very pleasant one! Anytime someone has car issues it is typically very stressful, but today was the exception with Ruben. He got me the right part, told me to bring the old one back for a refund, and I forgot to bring my receipt with the part, but he went the extra mile and pulled up a new receipt and refunded me for returning the old broken starter. I really appreciate Anthony’s help and he deserves kudos. He went above and beyond when my Fiat wouldn’t start. He gave me numbers to a local shop and mobile repair services. He also replaced the battery in my key fob. I had a really nice tech come out and replace my battery. My car is back up and running. Thank you!!

Very rude counter clerks - 3 with nobody in the store and a 4th person at the end of the counter. When I told them one of my running lights was out. I was from out of town and had no tools so I asked if someone could switch it out for me and he said nobody was available

I write to recognize and thank Cesar for his help a couple weeks ago. He helped me understand an issue with my engine overheating. Honda service at my dealership said I needed a new engine and A/C, totaling $8,000-$10,000. Cesar referred me to a local, skilled mechanic that repaired my car for under $400 for part one and about $400 for part two. Fixed for under $1,000! I Really Appreciate Cesar (and his referral). Thank you, Cesar!!!

I want to share this review for the guy who works at this store.( Forgot his name)He is the most honest and genuine guy i have ever meet over the last few years in car parts. He helped me out of the way in fixing and guiding for my driver side mirror himself. Whereas other guys try to rip you off by selling their parts. God bless you brother!! Nice work! Definitely recommend if anyone wants to have a fair customer experience.

Great place for car needs, part accessories, air filters, hydraulic lifts for tailgate, wiper blades. Best part is they put them on for you. Awesome and they are so nice. Caesar is the best.

I would like to request, please remove the FREE CHECK ENGING light test and FREE BATTERY testing as a false advertisement. If it is true, train your employee to do so whenever a customer requests it. Been there twice, noone wants to help. There are 5-6 guys behind the counter and the guy who i asked for help said, it is just me everyone else is getting off so i can’t come out. Never coming back!!!

This is the one auto parts store that I actually enjoy going to. They are always helpful and go above and beyond to help you. It's not the same down the street, I refuse to go to them because it's a circus EVERY TIME. These guys are professional and know what they are talking about... keep up the good job.

Love this place. Everyone always knows what they're talking about and can point you in the right direction. They always offer the military discounts, any day of the year. Great place to rent/loan a specialized tool that you would not othwise have. On my last visit I was looking gor OEM headlights. There were about 5 to select from and each were priced fairly. I love the convenient location and accessibility.

I can't say enough about the assistant store manager Rhonda. She was so helpful and knowledgeable and did a great job helping us find what we needed. She is amazing this store is lucky to have her. Go tell her hello and she will do a fantastic job of helping you find exactly what you need

The dealer wanted roughly $350 to install an emergency brake release cable that you release with your hand after you've engaged your emergency brake. And they wanted $159 to diagnose it when I can see it snapped in half. O'Reilly Auto parts got me the part and the plastic piece that you pull to disengage the brake for $40, and recommended someone who could install it and he gave me a quote of $20 or $30. I have an older car a 2005 Chevy Tahoe and there's no way I'm paying dealer prices for that kind of quick simple inexpensive work. O'Reilly's great very helpful save me a lot of money.

RHONDA, the assistant “manager” is CONSISTENTLY rude! She is always snapping and has a demeaning tone with all of her customers. She claims they don’t price match oil with Walmart, even though other o Reilly’s do. We get it, Rhonda, you hate your job. It’s very clear to your customers and co workers. I feel sorry for the company to have such a horrible liability to their business. 4/4 occasions we have had nothing but horrible, terrible “customer service.” Please, O’Reilly’s get a better manager who is actually inviting and welcoming and helpful and PLEASANT to deal with. She is setting such a negative standard on how customers should be taken care of.

Yuri G. provided excellent customer service going above and beyond and stayed past closing time to ensure I was back on the road with both my battery and alternator charging properly before I left on Sunday. I had a big issue on my 2014 Ford F-150 where the battery terminal was pretty much desinigrated and he spent much appreciated time cleaning, repairing and providing great info. I’ll definitely be back in the future for parts ect. I’ve only been here three times but every visit has been great. I’d rather support our local auto part shop rather than save a few dollars at Walmart if I get service like this. Thanks!

Great customer service walked to show me what I was looking for instead of just telling me what isle. Made sure I had everything I needed for the job and even had some extra info to share about the product, that I wasn't aware of. Best experience at a auto parts store so far.

I went to this location from a different one to get my rotors turned. I was told it would be about an hour. Two and a half hours later they were ready. I made no complaint about the time. I was told there was NO CHARGE since it took so long. I wasn't expecting that. They had gotten busy and it just took longer. Service like that is why I prefer O Reillys to the others.

I will never go here again. After waiting 3 hours for a part to be transported and being told 3 times that the part I needed for my car was en route only to be told at 5 pm on Saturday evening that it would not arrive until sometime the next day after 12 pm. I was now stranded with no car and no way to get it repaired due to the late hour they decided to inform me that the part would not arrive. I will never be a customer here again. Their employees need to learn what customer service is.
