  This dude came out for my totaled wreck that had been sitting in my driveway for years. He came out as promised but I way overslept. So this dude waited an hour.... patiently, then when I woke up he came right back out. He wouldn't even hear an apology. Proffesional, personable, and objective in his approach. As honest as they come. Highly recommend.
