I was dispatched Pro Tow by Geico, and let me just say Jeff Miller is amazing. I hit a major pot hole that blew out my tire and he was there right away. What blew me away was just how nice of a guy Jeff is. His amazing attitude and friendly charm was really unexpected and honestly calmed me down when I may have been anxious. Jeff is a total pro with the flatbed. He made sure my car was protected at all times and absolutely thoroughly made sure no dings or dents could happen. Really appreciate the short drive to the dealership.

Jesse was absolutely PHENOMENAL! He was so kind. He called ahead and sent me his ETA. He offered me a call bone charger and even changed the radio station for me. I will definitely be requesting him if I ever need another tow.

We were stuck on the I35 service road at the start of rush...around 4:00 pm. We were originally told it would be 45 minutes. I kept seeing my life flash before my eyes as cars screamed off the interstate, totally disregarding the disabled vehicle and frequently jerking over at the last second to avoid us. Richard Jackson showed up in less than 15 minutes when he was informed we were in a highly dangerous location. He was very professional, assuring us he would have us out of the hazardous setting in no time. He was so courteous and careful. If I could give him 10 stars....I would!!

Cameron was great! He was originally called out to tow our car, but tried jumping the battery first and it worked! I appreciated him trying something easier and at a lower cost to us. Prompt arrival too and he put air in our tires before we left. Great service!

I had a very good experience with Jesse Brown today. He gave fast and outstanding service when my car stalled on hwy 121. He was quick, and fast to respond when I called Pro -Tow. Highly recommend Pro Tow for any towing service needs. Lance arrived earlier than the estimated time. He was professional, respectful and helpful. Was new to the area but Lance was knowledgeable and got me to my destination in a timely manner. My first time using their service and would continue to use them for any of my emergency towing needs.

Jesse was amazing with customer service. My car would not start and he did his best to get it going. He has towed two of my vehicles and always provided excellent customer service. Gets it done quick! Hope I always get Jesse when I call Pro tow!

Extremely Poor Customer Service I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Pro Tow USA’s Lewisville location, specifically with their dispatcher Tina. The level of unprofessionalism and lack of basic customer service skills was shocking. When I called needing assistance, I asked straightforward questions about their policies. Instead of helping, Tina literally told me “I don’t know and I’m not going to help you figure it out.” As a dispatcher, understanding and being able to explain company policies should be a basic requirement of the job. The situation got worse from there. While I was gathering information she requested, I politely asked her to hold on one moment. Rather than being patient, she started repeatedly badgering me with “hello, hello, hello” over and over again. This was extremely rude and unprofessional, especially after I had clearly communicated I needed just a moment. After dealing with her combative attitude, she then put me on hold for 20 minutes with no explanation or follow-up. Bottom line: When you’re stranded and need a tow, you deserve helpful, professional service - not attitude and dismissiveness. Tina’s behavior was antisocial, rude, and completely unhelpful. I cannot recommend this location based on this experience. There are plenty of other towing services in the DFW area that actually value their customers.

Jesse Brown deserves more than 5 stars. I attempted to go to work during the recent ice storm and my car ended up getting stuck on an ice patch. Jesse responded incredibly quickly and kept in constant communication, calling to let me know he was on his way and making sure I felt calm the entire time. From the moment he arrived, his main priority was my safety as well as my vehicle’s. He carefully helped reposition my car so I could continue driving without getting stuck again and even helped me walk safely to my vehicle so I wouldn’t slip on the ice. Since this was my first time ever driving in this type of weather, he went completely above and beyond by following me all the way home to make sure I got there safely. The level of care, patience, and professionalism he showed was far more than I ever expected from a towing service. Truly exceptional service — I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Front ball bearing broke and disabled my Toyota 4Runner while on the freeway. Jesse helped tow my vehicle with it only having three wheels safely and professionally onto his truck. Communication was clear and he did his best to help us figure out the best solution. While this experience of the car failure was not optimal he helped make it better by being friendly and kind. Thank you Jesse and police officers who helped respond to the event.

We recently blew our tire and the spare tire we had was so old that it went bald and fell off the rim 2 days later which is when we needed a tow. It was extremely easy to setup a tow for our vehicle and they were able to make it in time faster than what they gave for an ETA. Their Professional Tow Operator they sent out, Richard Jackson, was incredibly nice and was able to complete the tow correctly and efficiently enough that we made it home before our qouted time had passed. He even gave us a lift! Overall this was an incredibly great experience for a very bad situation that could have ended up with us being stranded for many more hours. 5/5!

I cannot overstate how great Pro Tow is - I won’t use anyone else. I’ve used them several times, and the customer service is top-notch. Driver Jesse Brown is a total pro - he takes great care of the cars he tows, is always on-time, and is so pleasant to work with. I’ll never use anyone but Jesse and Pro Tow to tow my vehicles. 10/10.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Richard Jackson provided excellent roadside assistance from Geico when I had a flat tire around 8:30 PM on Highway 380. It was dark and I was stuck in the middle of the road with no clear landmark to explain my location. Richard was extremely patient, understood exactly where I was, arrived quickly, and fixed the tire in no time. His calm attitude and professionalism made a stressful situation much easier. Highly recommend his service!

First of all, when you’re in need of a tow service you’re probably not having your best day. This company answered in the first call we made. There was no automated system to deal with. You were talking to a real person! They arrived exactly when they said they would. The gentleman that loaded up our car was very professional. He greeted me and my wife with respect and a much needed smile. His name is Jesse. He was a God sent for us this morning. He took pictures of our vehicle prior to loading it up. Then securely placed our vehicle onto his truck. Our overall experience with ProTow & Jesse was five stars!!! Thanks guys for doing it the right way! P. S. The price was also PLEASANT!
