Tow N Go JunkYard in Lewisville (TX)

People hardly leave good comments or reviews, but Ryan with Tow N Go Lewisville really provided some amazing service in 5 minutes. We had to get a tow from our place to the dealership, our roadside assistance called two others companies, that had horrible dispatchers and rude drivers that never showed up and then cancelled. Called the roadside customer service team to get another towing company out to get the car to the dealership, and as soon as it was confirmed, we got a call from Ryan letting us know he was on his way to pick up the car and to expect him there within 20 minutes. He showed up earlier than anticipated, cared enough to ask what info he needed to provide for the service center, he was helpful and informative and took good care of our car. Definitely requesting them again.

Bobby was excellent!! He called ahead of time to verify and obtain information about my car to make sure he was prepared and had all equipment needed for towing. He kept me updated on his expected time of arrival. He took the time to assess the situation to make the best decision on how to load and unload my car which had 2 flat tires and no key. He was very professional and wonderful to work with!! Will definitely use Tow N Go again if needed and will definitely recommend!!

This was by far the best experience I've ever had with a tow truck company. I've used many tow truck companies over several decades and the experience I had with Tow N Go was second to none. First of all, Bobby was a pleasure to speak with on the phone. The first thing he asked when we spoke was how am I doing, and then he went into asking about my vehicle. That level of care is rarely seen today and I appreciated that. Secondly, after knowing I was okay he then proceeded to diagnose my vehicles issue and offered several suggestions on things I may not have thought about. While on the phone he overheard I had two kids in the car and he was concerned since the dispatcher did not inform him there were kids in the vehicle. That caused Bobby to be even more concerned and he wanted to make sure we were taken care of quickly and the right way. So he hung up with me to check with another driver to see if they were closer and had a bigger vehicle to accommodate all of us. The whole experience helped change my attitude towards tow truck companies. Since prior to dealing with Tow N Go, I thought they were all about a money grab and getting the job done and moving on to the next customer. The experience with Bobby and Tow N Go showed me that my assumptions were wrong and good people exist in every industry. If I am ever in need again this is the only company I will reach out to for assistance and I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone in need.

Ryan was great! He was prompt, nice, well spoken, professional and thorough. It was on a Sunday evening and it could not have been a better experience. I called through my Roadside Assistance and they were a local company available. He called to confirm and was there in 20 minutes even though it was "within the hour." They have a flat tow fee if you need within Lewisville. And there rate was competitive but did not take advantage of me with rate gauging for a 42 mile tow. Kudos to Ryan at Town N Go! Prompt, professional, friendly. I called my insurance company Allstate for roadside assist, they sent Tow N Go, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the service. Alan was awesome, very thorough in ensuring that my cars carbon fiber front spoiler wasn’t damaged. My car was hooked without damage and transported safely and quickly. I highly recommend Alan and this company and will definitely be requesting them the next time I'm in need of a tow!

Hands down the best experience I have ever had with a tow company. I'm very impressed! I've used these people several times and will continue to do so. Customer Service: Everyone from the people in the office answering the phones to the people picking up my vehicle has been professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. On-Time & Reliable: the pickup driver has consistently been on time for all of my pick ups and the people in the office have done a great job at giving me accurate ETA quotes. Pricing: the pricing is fairly set below what most places in the area are charging. Trustworthy: this company has done an amazing job at taking care of my vehicle while in their possesion. The pick up drivers always handled my vehicle with care while loading and unloading. I haven't had any mysterious issues with my vehicle after having been in their care for transit. This is a great company! I highly recommend using Tow N Go. You'd be hard pressed to find another place like it.

Tow N Go was excellent! Dwayne was prompt and responsive and easy to communicate with. When he was having trouble locating me and my car, he stayed on the phone with me until he found us :) After being in contact with two other tow services who never showed after hours of waiting (and without exaggeration I do mean hours), this tow provider was at my car no less than 45 minutes after they were contacted by my auto club! Thank you once again!

5/6/19 Late last night I had blown two of my tires on the same pot hole and I was directed to this company. These guys are very professional and they were rather quick and kept me updated the whole way. Billy was very respectful and helped me take my car back home with ease. Would 100% reccomend Tow-n-Go and Billy's expertise. Thank you guys 5/8/19 As an update I just had to get another tow three days later and Dwayne was just amazing as my last experience these guys are genuine and really take something like having to get your car towed into a more positive outlook. Had no trouble at all with both of my experiences. Great company!

This was my first experience with a towing company and it couldn't have been better. First, the lady on the phone was super nice, helpful and attentive. Then, Bobby, the driver, was really really friendly, helpful and went beyond our expectations. Finally, they had a very fair price. Definitely recommend Tow N Go!!

Alan was great! He went way beyond the call of duty! As a female that knows NOTHING about cars, he took the time to open my hood and look at my battery and found the issue which helped me ALOT! Much better than having it towed to a mechanic. He took me to a battery shop and stayed until they installed it to make sure I was safe and ready to go! Very impressed!! Thanks Alan! :)

I have used 4 different towing companies this year and these guys are the best by far. The lady on the phone was very polite when I asked to move my pickup tie to 2 am. Driver, Dwayne Mills, gave me courtesy call as agreed, 30 minutes before arrival. Took time to load and double check everything on Land Rover as if it was his own. Drove very carefully (unlike other guys who want to be in a hurry) and unloaded it with out any problems. Dwayne is top notch! Will use his number to call him when needed.

Matt with Tow N Go just provided me the best experience I have ever had with a towing company! He was incredibly kind, courteous, and professional. From calling to determine cost to Matt picking up the car the customer service was top notch. I hope to not need a tow again, but if I do I will gladly give Tow N Go my business without hesitation.

My car quit in Denton and this company was the recommended tow service. I am pleased with Ryan because he provided great service and was quick! I usually have to sit for a hour for any roadside assistance but he was there way beforehand! I have NEVER had less than a hour service with any roadside!! NEVER !! I’ll be certain to use this company anytime I need anything. Thanks again for great customer !!

I initially contact Pro tow (named Daniel Tow on google) over an hour later and no call I decided to call Tow and Go based on the review. Receptionist was extremely nice and had someone over in less than 20 minutes or so. They we able to get my car out of the spot and also jumped the battery at no charge. I would totally recommend these guys 100% for any kind of roadside assistance needs.

Tow N Go was my savior tonight! I experienced a complete tire blowout in the left lane on the highway, then discovered my spare was not safe to drive on. I tried using AAA; they provided an ETA of 1.5 hours, then never showed. I called Tow N Go, and they rushed out to me as quickly as they could. They went above and beyond to find my car (I was in a hard-to-describe location), and they had fantastic customer service the entire time! I hope I don’t need to be towed again, but if I do, I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.

The driver was awesome, very thorough in ensuring that my car was transported safely and quickly. My husband broke down on his way to work. We called Roadside Assistance and was told it would be 65 minutes with some other BS company. After waiting almost 2 hours. We called Roadside Assistance again and asked for a tow company in Lewsville. They contacted Tow n Go and Ryan our hero was there in less than 15 minutes. He completed the pickup from and to less than an hour. He was very nice considering it was Midnight remained professional and efficient. We will definitely recommend and use their services in the future. Thanks again Ryan, you are a hero.

Awesome service! Very friendly and prompt. Bobby promptly showed up at the pickup location. He had a very friendly and professional demeanor. My truck had transmission problem and could only drive in reverse. He towed my truck to the shop. There was quite bit of traffic where the shop was located and there wasn’t enough space to turn the tow truck into the driveway of the shop. For safety reasons, Bobby had to unload the truck in the parking lot adjacent to the shop. He then proceeded to put safety cones to block the right lane and managed traffic for me so I could safely back my car into the shop. I call that going the extra mile! Thank you Bobby!

Had to get towed after my upper ball joint popped out. The insurance company sent these guys and they were by far the best tow company I have ever used. I wound up using their overnight lot due to where i was towing and both drivers that towed my truck were polite, friendly and timely. Great experience!

Yesterday upon arrival to work my right rear tire was flat. I called my insurance company and they referred me to Tow N Go Towing. The ETA was 2 hours but they were able to get here in 1 hour. Bobby called me saying he was on the way and called me when he arrived. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and informative. He even called me once he dropped my car off. I would recommend this service to anyone who is in desperate need of assistance.

I've been using this company for a very long time. They've towed a couple of cars for me. When I call, Ms Linda has given great customer service. Driver Bobby, has always been prompt and has called me during every step on his trip. Made me feel so comfortable, as if we were old friends. Bobby and his new assistant were so careful and meticulous about recovering my car, they made sure not to cause any more damage. My car was teetering on two wheels and needed to be stabilized first in order to prevent it from flipping over. They did a great job and made me feel very comfortable with them during the process.

Had my car towed a month ago and was never contacted about billing. I remember it was supposed to cost $75. I called to pay the bill, despite never getting contacted, and spoke with either the owner or the top of management. Began giving her payment info. She stopped me and told me that because I called proactively and was honest with her that she would waive the $75 tow. She said in 10 years not one person has done that. I was shocked and very much appreciative. This is how you run a business. Highly recommend this company!

My SUV got a flat tire in I-35E and I had to put my SUV to Valley Ridge Blvd. I called my Insurance for road assistance. They have sent Ryan and Travis of Tow N Go to fix the tire. They did change the tire in no time. They were very courteous and very professional. The Greatest Towing experience I’ve have ever had. Bobby is a very cool tow guy. And he even gave me an ice cold Gatorade to fight the summer heat. I definitely recommend this company. They are doing a great job.

After breaking down, our insurance sent out Tow & Go for the pickup. Eddrick and another driver (forgot his name) came out and got our van picked up and over to the dealership for repair very quickly and with very friendly service. Good experience overall even in a frustrating circumstance...no one likes to have to tow a vehicle in for repair, and it's good to have friendly towing pros to ease the pain a bit.

Tow n go is absolutely top notch and very professional. Jay jay came out to me earlier then I expected towed my car safely and took my car over to a 24hr tire shop at 130am on a Saturday nite to get completely fixed. I would honestly really recommend them when your stuck anywhere and need help, they will definitely go above and beyond to help you get back on the road safely at whatever time day or nite.
