Had a flat tire. Needed spare put on at night. Called AAA and they scheduled Fast Tow. Tyler showed up 10 min ahead of the time AAA told me someone would be there. It only took him about 6-7 min to change the tire and I was all set. It was much appreciated, as I was not feeling my best and just wanted to grab food and go home. Tyler was super quick and nice. Thanks.
I do think there’s a miscommunication in between Fast Tow and the people that they’re contracted with because my tow truck driver didn’t have the right pick up or drop off address. However, Brayson took such well care of me. Literally felt like a breath of fresh air during a situation that could’ve easily ruined my day. Definitely appreciated his kindness and humor, please give that man his flowers! Can definitely tell he’s a team asset. Thank you again Brayson!!
I called for a car lock out service and the operator was kind and considerate. She dispatched the driver in about 20 minutes. The driver was Antonio. He was wonderfully professional, kind, and precise. He was in and out in less than 5 minutes and he went on his way! I appreciate him and the woman on dispatch for their great service!!! IF I ever need the service again- they be will be the only service I call!
AAA contracted to dispatch this Tow company to assist me with my flat tire. I have EXACT location/directions. The driver called twice and “could not find me” and then just ghosted me! Closed out the call without another thought. If only zero stars was an option.

Never made it to my location after an accident. Was told by my insurance agent that 60-90 min arrival time still after 90 min no show no call. I tried to call several times with no answer. Not until after I pushed cancel service on email did they call me. I made sure to let my insurance company know not to use them.
If I could give this company zero stars, I would.
OnStar dispatched this company to tow my son’s truck to the dealership. However, the dealership informed us they didn’t have my son’s vehicle.
After contacting the tow company, they falsely claimed the truck was left in front of the dealership’s gate and the keys were placed in the drop box. When I asked to speak with a manager, the dispatcher said the manager had gone home and promised to have him review the tow truck video footage and call me back. No one ever called back, and the company stopped answering our calls.
The next day, the dealership discovered the truck had been abandoned down the street on the service road, with the keys left in the gas cap! This level of negligence is unacceptable.
I left a voicemail message for the tow company, warning them I would report this to OnStar. However, they continued to ignore my calls.
Onstar also agreed this was unacceptable and contacted the towing company directly as well as assisting me with filing a formal complaint. Onstar stated that the manager Kenny said he would call me but he never did.
If you value your vehicle and peace of mind, avoid this company at all costs.
I’ve been connected with Fast Tow twice now through my OnStar roadside assistance. I’ve had Jesse as my tech each time and he takes his time listening to you while also applying his own extensive knowledge. Unfortunate that I have had to use them enough to leave a review, but I hope if I do have continued problems that I am connected with Jesse and Fast Tow.
Super unprofessional. It’s New Years Eve. I called at 5:45 at which point I was given an eta of 6:10am. Received a new eta of 6:30 after the original passed. After having 3 dispatchers attempt to locate him with no response, He finally shows up at 7:09 after passing us at the leasing office. He turns back around- and with an attitude, and proceeds to leave us at the site and refuse service. Tech name Antonio. Will never attempt to use them again.
I had a scheduled Triple AAA tow with this company. No one EVER showed up this morning. I called them and was told would be there in 30 to 45 minutes. I called back after 45 minutes and all of sudden Triple AAA got the tow back because they couldn't get to me on time. The tow was scheduled 24 hours in advance! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TOWING COMPANY!
Jesse was awesome on helping me fix my flat tire on my truck. As I told him I would give him a million stars. Very professional. Thank you again Jesse.
They need negative 5 stars. Waited 2 hours on a busy highway in the dark. They never showed up, called me or answered their phone. When I called them, It went straight to voicemail. I finally called another tow truck company who was very courteous and arrived in 10 minutes. Fast Towing finally called me 3 hours later. I just laughed and hung up.
Highly unprofessional interaction I had with one of one of representatives, Jesus (or Jesse H), while waiting for assistance through AAA. During our call, I was hung up on after a brief exchange in which I clarified the address for my vehicle. When I explained that I believed I had already included the address on the ticket, but must have been mistaken, I provided it again and the call was abruptly ended.
I attempted to return the call, thinking I had been accidentally disconnected due to service issues, but received no response. Upon contacting AAA directly, I was informed that Jesus (or Jesse H) had documented in his notes that I was being "rude" during the call. My husband, who was present during the interaction can confirm that no disrespectful interactions occurred throughout the conversation. Why would I want to be rude to the individual helping me tow my car in a time in need. It is especially concerning that a representative would behave in this manner.
While I understand that everyone can have a challenging day, it is unacceptable for this to impact the level of service a customer receives. I hope that this feedback will be taken seriously to ensure that future interactions are handled with professionalism and respect.
I just had a GREAT EXPERIENCE with Fast Tow and their amazing driver Kavonte. My car was in the garage and the right rear tire was completely flat. Kavonte was able to air it up, load it on his flatbed and we dropped it off at the tire shop. Kavonte made my stressful situation completely painless. He is very professional and a great guy. I give 5 stars to Fast Tow and if I could give Kavonte 10 stars, I would. Thank you Fast Tow. Robert H
This people are not professional and not honest what they told to you the price up front they knows you going to argue when the driver ask you to pay him before take down your car because he going telling you the different price what they told you on the phone when you order it, I didn’t recommend this company for your car tow or record the conversation when you order otherwise they going to deny and make you pay more than what they told you the price before. If there was 0 star they deserve
I called AAA because my mom's hybrid car battery was dead. AAA said FastTow would be there at 1qpm Tyler got there 30 min ahead of schedule! He was great! The hatch was unable to open and he crawled thru the backdoor, uncovered the battery and charged it enough to unlock and open the hatch. After he jumped the car, he made sure everything was running properly, shook our hands and thanked *us*! Kudos to FastTow and to Tyler!
Our driver, Jamal, was excellent. He Arrived before estimated time, he was extremely courteous and helpful. Fabulous experience in bailing us out of our roadside breakdown.

I had a tire come apart on I35N. I ended up stopped between a traffic lane on one side and an on ramp on the other side with cars speeding by on both sides. My roadside service sent Hector from Fast Tow. He was awesome! He got my spare on in record time. I’m so grateful for such wonderful service and thankful that we made it through safely. Way to go Hector and Fast Tow!!

I live in Terrell but work out in Carrollton. My car began overheating as I was leaving my job on my way home. Called AAA and they sent Tony my way from fast tow. This company did everything in their power to make sure that I would be able to make it home. Tony was a very cool dude and we talked the entire drive home. I was very appreciative of the ride back home and would recommend them if anyone is ever needing a tow.
Terrible service. Called AAA to tow my car. Fast tow said they would arrive in 1 hour, but that I could leave the keys in the car and they would pick it up and tow the car to the shop. Assumed that was what would happen. Visited the shop the next morning, no car in sight. Fast tow would not answer their phone so called AAA dispatcher and the call had been canceled. They told AAA that we got the car started and we canceled the tow. Fortunately the car was not stolen or towed away by chevron station owner. Had to drive back to the location to meet a new tow truck company. The cancellation excuse allows the company to get paid even though they didn’t try to tow the vehicle. Terrible service!
My children and I were in an uncomfortable situation with a flat tire. Fast tow came fast and updated me through the process. The gentleman name was Marcus. He came out and was very professional. He did the job speedily, yet gentle and informative.
If there was anything less than 0 stars, I'd select it. I called AAA when my car stalled and this was the company that had been dispatched. My call to AAA took place at 5 PM. The incident was opened at 5:22 with an expected arrival of a tow truck by 6:22. By 7 pm, there was no sign of a tow truck nor contact from AAA OR Fast Tow to let me know of the new ETA. After MULTIPLE calls to Fast Tow and AAA, it was discovered that the individual who was supposed to come decided to go home! AAA then "expedited" my call. By 9 PM, there was still no tow truck. At 12 AM, 7 HOURS AFTER the call was first made, I receive a voicemail asking me to call them. AAA then assigned someone to come by 5 AM. At 4 AM, I get a call saying that's not happening. I requested a new towing company. They continued to insist on Fast Tow being the closest. Clearly, they're also the most useless. Am I angry? Yes. Am I frustrated? Yes. Is this acceptable? ABSOLUTELY NOT! What kind of service leaves a woman and a child stranded for HOURS without ANY concern for their safety and well being? What kind of company does not have the courtesy to CALL to update them??? I do not recommend them. I think they were unprofessional. And I really hope they close down.
I am a AAA member and needed a tow last night. My car died in the middle of my ubereats shift. I am SO GRATEFUL that Jamal was dispatched as my technician. He was kind, empathetic, and tried everything he could to jump my car before it was towed. He went above and beyond. I had an injury that made it hard for me to get in and out of his truck. He didn't blink an eye. He pulled up to the curb. jumped out of the truck and physically helped me in. He acted like it was no big deal. I wasn't embarrassed. That kind of kindness to help people is amazing. I wish I had my own business so I could poach him from yall. Thank You Jamal!!

I hardly ever write a negative review of a company, but after what just happened with this company, I feel compelled to make others aware.
This company was hired by AAA to tow a car from our home to a dealership.
The gentleman (Jose) who came to tow the car, was reminded three times (before he left with the car) of the name of the person at the dealership he was supposed to ask for and hand the key to.
The dealership is only 20 minutes from our home.
An hour after the car was taken, I reached out to the the person at the dealership to see if the car had arrived, and he said not that he was aware of. It is a very large dealership and he began his search for the car and the key.
I called Fast Tow, and asked the dispatcher if the car had been delivered. She called Jose on the radio ( I could hear their conversations over the phone). He said it was delivered but he just handed the key to the person at one of the desks. This was not a big deal but I was now trying to find who actually had the key and where the car was placed on the lot.
Of course, I questioned why he did not ask for the person he was told to ask for, but before I could even finish the sentence, the dispatcher hung up on me.
I called back, and asked for her name, and she told me that "I didn't need her name and that all I wanted to do was argue". I explained that all I was trying to do is find the car. Her exact words were, "All you want to do is raise Hell over nothing, and you just want to argue, so go do that with your husband". and hung up again. What? What the heck just happened?
I could not believe what I just heard. I called back again asking to speak to a manager and she told me that she was the manager, and I asked for her name again, and she said "Uhhh, it's JoAnn, and you need to quit calling we delivered your damn car."
Throughout the calls, I never used profanity. I never raised my voice, yet this lady talked to me horribly. She actually was laughing when she said these things, as if she was proud of herself and her behavior. I can not believe that any company would find her behavior acceptable
I will also be filing a complaint with AAA to never use this company again. This lady definitely needs to be fired! This was a simple matter ( actually just a question) that could have been handled maturely, and if the driver had done what was asked of him in the first place, there would have been no question to answer. The behavior of this employee - no one should ever be subject to, she truly she needs some to find a different profession.
Had a flat tire early this morning on my way to work, 4/5/23, and called AAA to dispatch a tow truck. The status of the driver estimated an arrival of 5:23 am, driver was Jamal.
Not sure who screwed up here, but I ended up calling AAA customer service at 6:40 am when the status was not updated. The CS agent told me he couldn’t get through to Fast Tow, but I received another call from AAA a few minutes later claiming that the driver attempted to call me. I received no calls nor any attempt at communication from Fast Tow.
Not sure who the problem is, but this entire business seems to be content with wasting customers’ time and blaming their own customers when they fail to meet their standards. Expect over two hours wait for service from this unprofessional business, if you’re lucky to even receive that service.
I called AAA for battery service. There was speedy response. Andres was the technician who was amazing! I was notified twice that he was on the way and he called. He was so knowledgeable and efficient. Super courteous! If I ever have another issue, I would work with this company again and ask for Andres!
I got a flat tire, called AAA and they assigned Fast Tow to help me. I received no updates from them about when they were heading over. About 10 minutes before the projected arrival time, I called AAA again; they tried to get in touch with Fast Tow, and I was placed on a roughly 10-15 minute hold while AAA tried to reach out. They got nothing. This happened before 7:30pm when the place is supposed to be open until 10. I was parked less than 15 minutes away from their location. This was a terrible experience, would not recommend.
