On a Monday evening while driving on 35E, my vehicle's engine siezed. I was stranded in a state I'm still new to. I used Google to locate a nearby towing service. The first tow service I called there was nothing but miscommunication. He lost my confidence, and I hung up. I then contacted Two Steppin' Towing. Within 10 minutes, Tom Jervis showed up. He made my safety a priority by having me exit my vehicle and get inside the tow truck all the while watching for traffic. He ensured my AWD vehicle was properly hooked up to the tow truck to avoid damage. He drove my vehicle to the repair shop of my choice and drove me home. He then went back to the repair shop to cover the driver's side window as promised, later texting a picture as proof.
Tom was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and very personable.

As an aside, being a tow truck operator is a dangerous job! Drivers need to be more attentive and courteous by reducing their speed and moving over to the other lane. Lastly, many thanks to the Denton County Sheriff's Office for dispatching an officer for traffic assistance.

My car broke down on the Lake Lewisville bridge. I called Two Step Towing and Tom was there quickly. Despite the dangerous traffic that is flowing on I35, he got me hooked up, dropped me off at work in Lake Dallas, then he continued on to the repair shop. 3 hours I waited on a towing company that never showed up. Called Tom and he was on site within an hour fantastic service well priced in comparison to others. In all honestly I will be using him in the future if I run into trouble. Definitely would give him a try!
They were quick to answer and patient. This tow was for my son who is learning how to take care of stuff as a young adult, so needless to stay mom and son didn't see eye to eye, but Tom Jervis was calm and respectful when I didn't think I needed him. I did have to call him back to get services. He communicated how long it would be and called back with an approximate ETA when he was done with a prior call. The car didn't have to be towed far, but he was quick. I appreciated everything he did. I know who to call IF I need towing services again. Thanks Tom for everything you did!!
Great help. My Daughter had car trouble and Tom helped quickly. Two weeks later she had yet another breakdown and Tom again helped quickly. Friendly service and very fair.
We were told since the car was not registered to us and it was towed for no insurance that we had to get insurance that showed we had insurance at the time of the towing to be able to pick it up (this is illegal) . They also would not give us a break down of the charges before we paid them, when according to the TDLR should be offered to the public (over $700 for 10 days). AND Tom told us he would meet us within the hour and we waited 3 hours before he showed up (also listed in the TDLR is that they will meet you within the hour if they are a 24 hour facility) . Tom was very rude over the phone and in person! I would never recommend them and would give 0 stars.
The only other dealings that I have had with them was them towing my car from a parking lot when we had run out of gas and returned within the hour. It was an illegal tow but we still had to pay to get our car. Pro Tow is a much nicer and economical company.
After waiting 8 hours for another company to show up, Charles (sorry if I’m wrong) showed up for us exactly when he said he would, treated our car with respect, and was, with great precision, able to back up his truck and unload the vehicle Into our garage! Not only did he save the day, but he also did so with tremendous professionalism.
My car broke down and I gave Tom a call. In less than an hour he was on the scene. He got me towed back to the house and even gave me a Lake Dallas resident discount. This is a class act business. 10 out of 10 recommend. Friendly, prompt, reasonable pricing.
