Frank is awesome! I couldn't locate the new part I needed for my A/C anywhere so I sent Frank a picture of the part I needed. He got back with me the with a picture of the part I was looking for still on a vehicle in his yard. When I got there he got the part off the vehicle for me and it ended up being even cheaper than what he had quoted me originally. The part was just like new and had my A/C up and working in no time. I wish there were more honest and good guys like Frank in the auto recycle industry!

I called ahead and asked if they had any silver 7th Gen 4 door Accords. He said they had a few and welcomed me to come take a look and that they had a couple mechanics out in the yard and that they could pull the parts for me. I looked around and found what I needed then asked a man to help me. His name was Cesar and he was super friendly and got the job done in not much time at all. I ended up paying only $40 for a side trim and the top of a center console. Very happy with this establishment!

I didn't get to interract with these guys but they are nasty from the word go. Don't even bother yourself with them. I called in first time they didn't pick, they received it the second time and without listening told me they were not going to waste their time, and hanged up on me. Terrible!!

Frank is a saint. He used to be a mechanic and can advise you when you're worried shady garages are running you through the wringer. Inside: It's dusty and disorganized with no seating area and they take cash dollar money bucks ONLY (not even debit!) But you can't beat the prices. Has helped me pass inspection with mirrors and lights for just $10 each before!

smells bad lowkey (like dust) very cluttered inside the building. we were there to look at seats and he pointed them out to us, took him 30 mins to come ask us if we liked them. and then he told us he would find us bc he needed to check on a car so we went back to the location of the car we were looking at and waited another 30 mins then as we were talking working to the entrance we ran into him and he then said he couldn’t find us and asked if we still wanted the seats in the meantime tho we found another place that was willingly to sell AND clean the seats and were in much better condition. it wouldn’t have been a problem (as much) if we could take parts off ourselves but we were just standing around waiting for him to come do it and he just disappeared

I stopped in last weekend because I needed a steering wheel for a theater prop. Without hesitation, Frank reached under the counter and pulled one out as though he had been waiting for me. When I asked the price, Frank would not let me pay for the steering wheel because it was for a school play. What a super nice guy! Most honest guy to do business with, Frank is always fair and upfront....don't know what some of these reviews were talking about, maybe a bad day for them or something, but never had a problem. Fair and upfront - would definitely recommend. It's worth the drive.

Been here several times and always found what I was looking for at a great price no less. Owner is friendly and his staff was helpful in pulling the parts that I needed. Tried other salvage yards including the one next door and his prices are at least 25% higher. If you know what you need don't pass North Texas Auto Recyclers up. They have what you need, give them a try!

These people use fine print terms, hidden on a receipt that they only show you after the sale is done, to try to get out of keeping their verbal promises. They sold my son a transmission, and then later changed their story on what they would accept as a core. They tried to deny the warranty by backdating the sale but gave in when their bluff was called. They promised to give a refund if they couldn't find a good replacement transmission, but tried to weasel out of it at the last minute. Meanwhile it appears that they were advertising (on CL) to sell the same bad transmission my son had returned to them under warranty. They certainly did not repair the returned transmission, as it would have cost over $1000 to do so. The questionable automatic transmission came from a 2001 Grand Cherokee, and was returned mid-November. It can easily be identified. The owner/manager/whatever, Frank, first refused to give the refund and threatened to call the police to get my son to leave the premises. When my son showed him the police phone number already punched in ready to dial, and asked if he should just make the call on Frank's behalf, Frank suddenly changed his demeanor and gave the refund, but he required my son to take down his own bad review of Frank's business on G+ before he would fork over the money. So that review got taken down, but this is my own review. My recommendation is to stay far away from this business and advise others to do the same, so that neither you nor they have to suffer through the headaches my son had to suffer.

Tried to get a quote on parts. (Set of rims and tires) Guy asked me to come in because he was losing calls. All 5 lines apparently. Well now you lost this customer. Now months later he says robo calls. Yeah, rude and now lying to clean up google reviews. Nice. Glad that robo calls are more important than a quote.
