This location checked my battery said it was fine. I went to have my dad check it out and the battery was completely bad and smelt horrendous. This location also doesn't keep files here… I’ve bought a battery with them before and they have no record of it so I was unable to see warranty. They also didn’t date the battery or anything also so there was truly no way to check that. Tried calling personally to see and no one would answer. They seemed to answer just fine when it was another interstate location calling them. Very disappointed we’ve only ever bought batteries from interstate.
Came in for a replacement battery that was 4 years old (another interstate battery). Josh was super helpful in providing options for my vehicle. He helped me replace the battery and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Thanks Josh, you’re a great guy and a hard worker!
After class, my car would not start. I was parked on a street that’s not on campus, which campus police does not service. Officer still came out & immediately knew it was my battery. He noticed it was purchased from Interstate Batteries & suggested I call them. I did. Zach answered the phone- told him my situation cliff not version; he confirmed they had one battery left & they closed at 6:30pm. And that they don’t roadside/delivery - which was fine. I called my insurance roadside service and it was a 40 minute wait; luckily a fellow resident was passing by, gave me a jump. I high tailed it to IB’s. Called Zach to get directions (never been to Corinth) to let him know I was On my way!, he said you are good we stop service at 6:20pm., and you should make it. I did. I called Zach from outside, he saw me and came out; he checked my battery, confirmed it was dead & it was still under warranty. He replaced it in less than 15 minutes. No charge. I offered to tip him, and he said I was good; he refused it. I was persistent; he refused.
He assured me that it was all me that did all the “work” and all he did was replace the battery.
Zach thank you for being helpful, patient and teaching me about Corinth. I’ll be back.
I have a battery for my RV less than 6 months old. It bloated and doesn’t hold a charge. They would not warranty it saying that it didn’t fail any of the tests. It doesn’t matter. It’s visually bad and doesn’t hold a charge. All they need to do is warranty it. I would not recommend this store at all.
It doesn’t take super powers to tell if it’s bad or not. The kid that says he’s the manager is not a manager. A good manager would’ve tried to help. He tried to sell me another battery because I didn’t have time to wait. I’m leaving tomorrow and needed it today. Walmart has better customer service and batteries.
Watch out for miss stated warranty.
I bought a 12 volt deep cycle AGM battery end of last summer with what I thought was 36 month warranty. It failed and went to 0 volts. Returned to store and was advised out of warranty. $160 dollars down the drain. Next battery will have the warranty and it will not be Interstate.
Great place to get batteries - they have a great selection (and much more than just car/truck batteries) and their customer service is awesome. Came here to get a new car battery - they swapped out the old battery with the new and took care of disposing of the new battery. Also came here to get a new battery for my car's key fob - they offered to swap the battery out for me. I've also bought rechargable AA batteries here. It's become my go-to place when I need batteries - I just wish they were open in the evenings.
I was treated so good by Don and the staff. Don came out and offered to pull the 2 batteries out of the back my vehicle. He went over and above and took time to answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend them and buy from them!
I needed an indestructible battery for our van that would last a long time and be reliable, these guys found a great one for me at a totally fair price. Also bought a Micro-Start portable battery to jump start the van in an emergency- great products and good place.
The morning I left for Lewisville from the Austin area, my battery was dead. Thinking I might have left something on, we jump started it and I went on my merry way. Next morning, in the hotel parking lot, it was dead again. (06-19-2019)
After getting it started, I went to the Corinth location where I was in and out in no time! David came right out, tested my battery (dead!) and replaced it like a pro! He was professional, respectful, and just plain nice. Thanks David T!
Great service! The young man installed my new battery in the parking lot and got me back on the road in 15 or 20 minutes. Thank you for such wonderful service.

My Iphone lock button all of a sudden stopped working so I was unable to open my phone or switch between screens. Thanks to Interstate Batteries now my lock button finally functions.

Awful....I would not take a vehicle or any other item that I was not looking to destroy to this place....literally caused significant damage which rendered vehicle that was driven in for a replacement battery appointment inoperable....further they seemed to spend weeks denying and defending rather than making it right....literally had to have the vehicle towed from this location....IMO too risky to do business here...
