AutoZone saved me today. My battery died in the middle of the day, and the manager came out and changed it for me on the spot. Super professional, knew exactly what he was doing, and made the whole process easy. I’d highly recommend going up there and talking to the manager if you need help. Those guys really know what they’re doing.

Long story short, car troubles with (allegedly) the battery this morning, get a tow to autozone and was helped out by Scott McDonald, he went above in beyond to help diagnose my vehicles issues and took extra time to chat with me, help install/assemble parts, and not upcharge me on any unnecessary expenses. Will definitely be doing all future business through this location, can’t speak highly enough of my experience here!

Tl;dr knowledgable and helpful staff. I went to get k seal as recommended for the leak on my radiator by an AI chatbot. When I asked about it most staff told me not to buy it as it would wreck my radiator and would not discriminate on what it clogged. I purchased it as a "just in case" since i needed to get home to okc but researched it after and found that it is mostly not recommended due to the mentioned clogging online as well. I didnt regret buying it as i needed to get to okc but luckily didnt need it. I am happy the staff tried to convince me not to get it, they helped me find it though and were clear in why they didnt recommend it. They obviously knew what they were talking about.

I spent my entire Sunday afternoon running back and forth to this location because they could not get a simple brake order right. Sold me rear rotors instead of front. Sold me pads that didn't match the receipt. Sold me replacement rotors that were the wrong spec for the car, then didn't have the right ones in stock. 0 for 3. Because of this incompetence, I couldn't fix my daughter's car before she left for school. When I finally gave up and returned the parts, they claimed the system couldn't refund it back to my card. I had to walk out with $100+ in cash—mostly in $1 and $5 bills.

This is a great place to visit if you need help with replacement parts, advice, or help with what to do. I recently stopped by for help with replacement low-beams on my Ford, and Scott, the store manager, and Nathan were both terrific help. Scott even installed and showed me how to install the replacement bulb. Definitely could not have asked for any better service. They rock!

Scott Mcdonald was super helpful during my trip to Autozone, he greeted and approached me as soon as I walked through the door- I wasn't sure if anyone would be able to service me here for what I needed, but he went and took a look at my car and got me taken care of and went the extra mile to do so. He was very friendly, and I can tell it's a pleasure for him in helping others which is both rare and admirable! It should be a given in customer service but let's be real, it's obvious when someone hates their job and many people in customer service do it because they feel they have to, not because they want to. He made my visit not feel like a drag- providing genuine friendliness and mutable banter that didn't feel forced. If you come to this location, ask for Scott because he will gladly assist you and make sure you get taken care of in a timely manner. Thanks for helping me out today!

My car struggled to start yesterday. I took it to this location and Scott McDonald diagnosed the problem as a battery going dead. He not only braved the cold to replace my battery, he tested to make sure it was then fully charged and checked to make sure my alternator wasn't the problem. He was very easy to talk to and thoroughly explained everything to me. Thank you, Scott, for going above and beyond for this gal.

9/24, I was overwhelmed and my day was not the best. After arriving to Autozone in Corinth, TX, I was greeted with a Smile by Matthew C. He provided Professional EXCELLENT customer service with patience, explaining the battery I will need and addressed ALL questions! THANK YOU Matthew for being an Angel of Blessings! I went in and in a matter of seconds had the privilege to meet Scott M. Got my battery tested and he thoroughly informed me of what the issue was. I ended up having to purchase a new battery and Scott went above and beyond by helping me install the new battery. He is a very kind gentlemen who you can easily talk to and he informs you of the stuff he’s doing during the install. We shared a nice little chit chat while doing so and ended the install with a firm handshake and a smile on his face. If you ever read this Scott, I really appreciate your help today and thank you for your help.

This is my neighborhood and favorite AutoZone. Unfortunately this morning I had a bad experience with Christopher, he can do better, not even opened for more than an hour and he looked and behaved as if he were at the end of a double shift. He did the job ?but next time I definitely will wait for someone else.

Monday morning, I got in my car to go to work, and found that my battery had died. I was able to jump start the car. I placed an online order for a new battery. Then I drove to the Corinth store. I got there right at opening, and the young man had the battery ready. He even installed it for me. I have always found Auto Zone staff to be very friendly and helpful, and this experience was no different.

I had jumped in the car with the kids and click click click… the car was dead. I got it started with a battery pack and drove it down to our favorite AutoZone. As usual, the service was excellent. The technician swapped out the battery, no charge and even cleaned the battery posts during the install. Friendly, reliable service. He even allowed my kids to watch during the install and taught them a few things about the car. Thanks again for the rescue Tyler, our family got to enjoy a drive to the lake afterward and they didn’t try to drown me this time! Win-Win!

Absolutely phenomenal customer service and just genuinely good people. My car battery died a few parking lots away, so I walked to this location hoping to find some help. The staff offered to let me borrow a battery jumper so I could drive to the store and buy a replacement. My battery is tough to access, so they couldn’t replace it themselves, but they directed me to a nearby shop that could. Unfortunately, it was already closed for the day. Since I live nearby, they offered to let me borrow the jumper again the next day so I could get there. What could have been a stressful, frustrating situation was completely turned around thanks to their kindness and support. I’m truly grateful. These folks will get you the help you need.

I visited AutoZone today to purchase a large order of brake pads, rotors, and a right passenger-side caliper for my truck. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by one of the employees — a tall gentleman with glasses and a bald head. From the moment we started talking, his professionalism, politeness, and in-depth knowledge stood out. He took the time to explain the “limited lifetime warranty” offered on their brake pads, which was something I didn’t know. As we progressed through the conversation, he also provided detailed explanations and troubleshooting tips regarding my parts, breaking everything down in a clear and easy-to-understand way. What impressed me most was his ability to share technical information while keeping the conversation approachable and engaging. Initially, I was a bit hesitant about spending $600 on parts for my weekend project, but by the time I left, I felt completely confident in my purchase and my plan for the repairs. This gentleman’s demeanor was not only professional but also genuinely helpful, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. To top it off, he even helped me carry the heavy parts to my car, which I truly appreciated. Employees like him are rare, and it’s clear he’s an asset to this location. I hope management recognizes his leadership potential because his level of service sets a great example for others. We stopped in Monday evening to purchase a battery for my vehicle. Samuel offered to help with the installation. Usually my husband refuses help, but changed his mind. Samuel worked very hard to release all the manufacturers clips and brackets. It turned into a 2 person job and thank goodness they were able to work together to replace. Samuel had such a great attitude and was very persistent. Thank you for going above and beyond!

My wife and kids smelled a rotten egg smell when driving the car. Normally we would think it was the kids or they would blame it on me but this smell was different sharper, not as pungent. We took the car to AutoZone and a very nice technician named Samuel identified the problem as a defective battery. Samuel switched out the battery at no cost, I even offered him some money for helping and he said no to the tip but that he was happy to fix us up and see that we were happy. Samuel was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Our experience with Samuel and AutoZone was pleasant all around and we are so glad that it didn’t turn out to be something expensive, like a catalytic converter. Thanks Samuel for your help the car appears to be working fine now. We appreciate you!
