If i could give this place zero stars i would. i called to get my vehicle out. And they tell me that they are not there right now come back later ....and If you go back later or they dont answer and you go back the next day they charger you for your vehicle be being there . I paid nearly 600 to get my vehicle out and I asked why so much .I was told there insurance has to cover our vehicles ... this company is a joke and some thieves and they know they can get away with it cuz they're the only towing company in town
This place is a joke! Whoever answers the phone there has no education whatsoever! I don't know how they even stay in business! THIS place just sucks! Stay away from them if you can they are bad for business!
Hereford Wrecker has been extremely helpful to me in my situation and I am very thankful for them. They were prompt in answering my calls and requests, and no problems were had. You can always trust the Lopezes to get the job done!
Very bad at working with customers horrible attitude I called to complain and the lady just hung up the phone the city needs better people than these scammers
This establishment gets only 3 stars because it's twice I've called them and both times was turned down for service. The second time I called I spoke to 2 different people the first person turned me down the second person made sure I was taken care of and quickly.
Absolute the worst unprofessional people I have ever encountered. We were 600 miles from home and needed help turning over a forklift that had turned over. The person who answered wouldn’t even listen to what we needed. He was a complete jerk. We were not asking for a tow, just a helping hand. Was willing to pay for them to come out and see if they could even help. We called twice and both times got told no. They were the only people to call in a 65 mile radius. Needless to say after several hours we managed to help ourselves. Someone else should open a wrecker service in this small town. You reap what you sew. Call the people 65 miles away and don’t give these guys your business!
I got my work truck stuck in the mud outside of Hereford, they showed up fast, got me unstuck and were very professional! I could not recommend a business more than this one, they really saved the day!!

This wrecker has you by the balls and knows it. $550 for 96 miles roundtrip. Gas, vehicle upkeep and salary probably cost him $150 for this trip. There's a special place in hell for this owner.
