Tow Dallas came in clutch, super quick response timing. And amazing customer service. They were a lot more affordable than half the flat bed tows I called. They are low car friendly and had a winch for my car which doesn’t run at the moment. They’re now my go to for emergency towing and transport. They do have race ramps for lowered cars as well.
Amazing, quick service! Very reasonably priced as well, and I did not get the name of the gentleman on the phone, but he and Ahmad who came to save us were so friendly and professional. Our car was towed to our preferred shop and Ahmad sent photos of its arrival and the key in the lock box. Thank you for making a bad day a little better!
Good people, fair price, very punctual. They utilize latest technology that makes things so much easier too. He rescued me from 75 at rush hour and was loading my truck in 20 mins. They were fast and the price was reasonable. That being said, the driver I got left oily handprints all over my fenders and doors. My car is old and doesn't have much clear coat, so now I have oil stains in my paint to deal with. I also watched him rest the whole weight of my two ton car on the transmission when he took it down the ramp. It was loud and violent when he shifted from park. Not a huge fan of that either. I understand my car is old and probably totaled after my accident, but I didn't appreciate the lack of respect for my property.
I otherwise have no complaints. I'd use them again, just maybe not for a car I really care about.

BEST TOWING SERVICE EVER!
When my car broke down in Rowlett I called a different tow company first and they took 1 HOUR just to call back and confirm so while we waited we called Tow Dallas and they answered the phone so respectfully and nicely and just made it seem like we were their top priority! They showed up in 10 minutes and got our car towed SUPER fast. The guy's name who answered the phone and came out was Eddie and he was so friendly and just made the whole situation so much easier!!! He's such a nice guy and I'm so happy with the service! DEFINITELY 100% recommend!
I had the most amazing experience all around. My car broke down this afternoon and I was urgently calling different businesses to get my car to the nearest shop. Eddie was the last one I called, and yet still managed to call me back first, arrive at the location quickly, and have the friendliest attitude during the whole thing. After calling three companies and being forwarded to voicemail, Tow Dallas was the only one that answered after working hours. They quickly found the location I provided, professionally loaded my slightly lowered vehicle onto the truck bed and successfully got my vehicle home. Highly recommend!
