They came and picked up my vehicle the same day. Gave me the same amount they said they would when they gave me a quote. The guys who came to pick up the car were friendly and fast. I will say it caught me off guard when they asked for my fingerprint. Then even more when they asked for a picture of me with the vehicle while holding the cash they just paid me in my hands.. can't say I've been asked to do that before and honestly if I was told that up front I probably wouldn't have went with them in general. But what can you do after you've already signed the paperwork and recieved cash for it. Kind of felt like they blind sided me. They sould be required to disclose that information up front. But besides that the service was professional.
Driver was very kind and polite. He got the vehicle quickly and efficiently. Everyone I spoke to was helpful, friendly and professional from tje lady that answered the original call to the tow truck driver!

I had a vehicle sitting in my driveway for 15-years, and decided to donate it. I called and the driver called before arriving. I assisted the tow driver in getting my vehicle loaded, but he was very knowledgeable in what he was doing. He loaded my vehicle with little effort and I signed the paperwork, he was on his way. I really appreciated the service that were provided by “The Junk Car Girls” strange name for a company, But an even better service for the customer. Their tow truck guy “Ed” was a gentle soul. Super helpful. After our transaction finish, and I thought I had cleared all the contents from my old vehicle. I remembered I didn’t get my garage door clicker. I immediately called “Ed” back to tell him. He waited for me to get to where he was to give me my clicker! In a time when being nice is nonexistent. It’s good to know companies hire guys like Ed. I had an awesome experience with Junk Car Girls. I was hesitant about dealing with auto recycling/parts suppliers businesses but was pleasantly surprised. I spoke to both Karlina and Melissa over the phone several times and they were very professional and answered all my questions patiently and very politely and provided all the information I needed to make a selling decision. Javon the tow truck driver was VERY flexible and courteous and did not rush the process (despite being after 5pm) and was professional and very nice; he knows his job and I was impressed with how he catered to my requests and suggestions towing my car from where it was located on my property. I highly recommend this company to those who need their services!
I love this company. I had such a positive experience with them the first time I sold a vehicle to them, that I looked them up first when I needed to get rid of another vehicle the following year. Same as before, their team were very courteous, showed up on time, and made the entire experience easy. I hope my next vehicle holds up for a long time, but if I find myself in this situation again, I will, again,..call them first.
