Since I know they read the reviews, I’ll just go ahead and say this. I haven’t gotten my belongings yet but I can ACCOUNT for where and what was in my car. From my Alexa in my window, to everything in my consoles, how the papers were in my glove box, to my air freshener, to the pair of shoes in my back seat, and my sun visor. Don't sign the release form until After you look over your car. Take the time to inventory what was bagged before you sign anything. How trashy are you to not only take someone's laundry soap and other less valuable things but to also go through someone's personal papers? I actually felt violated with this company.
Aweful customer service. When I went to pick up my car there was no one there to get my key out of the lock box had to wait over a hour. Not to mention they tried to charge me 75 for my personal belongings when there was none in the car on top of the 125 they already charged me for paperwork when I had already paid 750.00. Nothing but crooks and if you can't trust your staff with a lock box key when you're not there then maybe they shouldn't work there.
