We were extremely satisfied with the towing service provided for our car. Despite having three flat tires and being stuck in a tight space, the operator demonstrated exceptional care and expertise. He was truly professional as well as courteous.
I called them to get a quote the guy was being nice at first but when he was talking to my husband & I was trying to give him the address the guy started being rude and told me to stop talking and hanged up in my face so I called back and a lady answered than she wanted to give me an expensive quote and plus she told me to hold on so I think the guy told her to charge me a lot. Remind yall I was trying to move my tahoe that was at the stop light right next to my apartments and they want to charge me a lot. No I will take my business some where else!
I have called all over the Tristate area looking for parts. Although B & F Towing and Salvage Company didn't have the part they looked up which company in the area did. This company has my vote as exceptional; the associate went above and beyond his duties...Thanks!
