Front desk lady is terrible and bitter. She should be fired because she is definitely losing the business customers. Long story short, I called for a tow and she gave told me a certain price. I said ok and would have it billed through the dealership. I get the invoice from the dealership and it's DOUBLE what the lady told me on the phone. The dealership told me to call Mcintyre back to understand why so that's what I did. The same front desk lady told me she couldn't discuss the cost of towing MY truck which made absolutely no sense. She also tried to lie and say that it wasn't her who told me the original tow price even though I recognized her voice and attitude. Big scammers and frauds!

Tried to call to schedule a tow, The lady on the phone acted like I was inconveniencing HER by calling her business?…. You know that’s how you make money right? People call you and you tow their stuff, then you get paid MONEY. That is, unless you’re capable of being so rude to a prospective customer during an only 52 second call that the customer chooses to just take their business elsewhere. I didn’t even get so far as giving them a pickup location because she was so vile. There are plenty of other tow places in town, good luck with that attitude lady.

We went to deliver food for Cheryl at this establishment of business. When we walked in to confirm that we were delivering the food to Cheryl she was speaking to the woman who was sitting in the window. Cheryl was rude and suddenly got silent on us, refused to acknowledge us, barely wanted to grab the order out of our hand. We were polite and simply trying to Dash her lunch. I have never seen this kind of behavior when delivering and hopefully customers in your company don’t endure this kind of abuse. It’s unfortunate really. I’m not sure if it’s racism or if it’s pure ignorance but just making someone in leadership aware of this poor behavior. Perhaps this is why your stars are lower than expected. Edit: No Cheryl, my spouse was with me assisting with the delivery because I’m a disabled veteran with visual problems so he helps me. He and I were in front of you, no one was speaking on the phone and there was no guest just you and the lady in the window. Me and my spouse attempted to communicate with you simply asking your name and anyone with manners would’ve said one moment in with a customer if that’s the case. You stared at us for several minutes without saying a word so we just handed you your food items and left. It’s not that I “feel” that way and you won’t minimize my feelings about the experience. You just have an issue with customer service if you can’t simply communicate to hold one moment. I would’ve politely did so and continued on my route, like I did. So say whatever you may but I have a witness who can confirm at the time we walked in that there were indeed no customers.

I can't believe this...... I booked a wrecker at 10:00 this morning and they said he would be out shortly...... It's now 3:00 pm and they still won't even tell me when a truck will be out. I would have gladly booked with someone else this morning if they would have been honest and upfront that it would be taking this long. I could have booked with a cheaper company and got my truck towed quicker. I won't be using these guys anymore, which is a loss for them because as a mechanic I tow a LOT of trucks and would have given them a whole lot of business.

Although difficult to see how one could be overly enthused with a wrecker service, it becomes easy when you understand the number of times I have been on “their hook”. A semi-truck driver and owner operator for over 30 years, I have needed to be towed on many occasions. 240 miles out of Dallas last Thursday, I blew my turbo making it one of those occasions. Knowing McIntyre Wrecker provided vendor services for many major trucking companies, I called them to get me to Dallas where I could get the attention such a major repair warranted. Suffice it to say the rate (which I personally pay) was very reasonable and only surpassed by the over all service performed. Jerry arrived in an appropriate time period with a quality (exceedingly clean both inside and out) piece of equipment. He dropped the drive shaft and hooked me up in 30 minutes, pulling my exceedingly heavy, fully loaded tractor trailer into town. The conversation was pleasant on the way, which was a real plus and I was unhooked and in a motel in no time. Thank you Jerry for making what typically is a very unpleasant experience tolerable!

In addition to needing more help, McIntyre Tow Service did us a huge service that day. With my first respond tow truck needing assistance in a 'black gumbo' pit of a nursery turnaround zone, McIntyre saved the day. The innovative thought process 'Cody' demonstrated with his 75,000 ton payload was by far very impressive. My car got stuck in a muddy construction site late at night and AAA wasn’t able to help me, so I called McIntyre. The guy and his sons were friendly and helpful and got my car out of the mud with some ingenuity and driven out of the danger zone! I thought I was going to have to pay hundreds because the situation was so bad, but it was a reasonable price. Thank you!

* Offer Towing if needed * Best Repair Shop and HONEST All I can say is that this shop was heaven sent! Let me just say this after being screwed by Chubs Towing $900 because we broke down .7 less than a mile from the TA. Getting towed to the TA for TA to say we can’t fix your truck the engine might have been blown because the computer does not read the motor. MC Intyre came to our rescue. They are a family owned business over 40+ years. Even though their computer could not read our motor they did not just shuuu us away to the dealer like TA suggested they took it down to basics mechanics 101. And I am forever great full for the entire team! Our truck was not fixed in one day it took them 2 days but with an unexpected overnight stay they suggested a motel and even dropped us off and picked us up! Words can not describe the gratitude. All I can say is THANK YOU and May God Bless your business with 400+ more years and millions of dollars in wealth because all your team deserves it!!

This business has no professionalism at all. Only care for themselves. I suggest to avoid this facility. Much better towing options in the greater metroplex for a more reasonable price, and you don't have to deal with the rude receptionist.

Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone let alone trust them with your equipment. I called for a tow for a Caterpillar and was quoted a price of $900. A day before pickup I was told the price went up to $5000 to cover any damages to their equipment during the tow THAT THEY WERE PROVIDING!!! Damages are not the customers responsibility! If you accept the assignment you accept the risks associated with it. $5000 is highly unreasonable for this type of job. I called Dallas Towboys and they quoted me ONE price and ONLY ONE price. I would highly recommend calling them for your heavy duty services. They obviously know what they are doing! Thanks Dallas Towboys!

HORRIBLE drivers. One of their tow trucks was driving incredibly reckless, not only did they almost crash into my car but they sped up and almost hit a truck and swerved to avoid the truck almost hitting the rail on George bush. Not sure if they are liable for whatever cars they tow if they get in a wreck, but if they aren’t then I hope you have great coverage.

This business allows their large truck drivers to park their vehicles in residential neighborhoods overnight with the engines running. It's rude and lacks any common courtesy. I have to listen to a tow truck parked across run its engine all night. As such, I will never recommend their business.
