Had my vehicle parked in a lot overnight with permission from the owner not even 8 hours till they towed it to a lot. I know it was them because Garland PD has records of them towing it. Also why was my vehicle in garland towed to a mesquite impound?
Terrible service and communication. Was told 40min. At 40 min was called and told 40 more min. Then after that I called and was told 15-20 they were at a location that was 4 miles from me. After 45 min i called back and was told 20 more min an then again 20 more after i called again. Everytime i called i was told they would have the driver call me and update me on the ETA. Not once did anyone call and update me untill I had to call back. On top of that I got a charge from legends and another towing company i didnt know. I called and they said sorry that was the first driver dispatched who couldnt make it. They did take it off but why charge if you cant make it. To top it off i was led to believe they are a towing company. They are NOT. They are a dispatch only. They dont have trucks. They are a middle man that chrged double what the towing company charges directly
