3 minutes ago I was in a situation where my phone and wallet were still in the car. I was allowed in to grab my personal belongings that was a great help. But then things started to become strange when staff became very unhelpful. The people at this location has forgotten what customer service is. I had gathered the funds and fully paid my ticket to leave. As I was walking to my vehicle I was approached by a very immature and unprofessional woman who insisted on starting and unnecessary argument. Mind you at this time my car is no longer your property I have paid in full. If I have completed my part in a professional manner I'm confused of what her problem was. I hope no one ever has to go through my same experience. Next time I hear the name Hesters Truck Wrecker Service I will run the other direction. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!
They were a life saver to me. Friendly and helpful in a completely stressed situation. Their cost was totally reasonable. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!

The driver James was very professional and efficient. Very obvious that he has years of experience. Wayne was very helpful and assured us he would get to us as soon as possible.
