EDA was very helpful, I called to 4 different tows and they could not provide what EDA did. Not only did they tow me to a tire shop they also spoke to the owners and negotiated an amazing deal for me. Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.
I brain cramped while driving my car. It was a snow day and the ground was white, I ended up almost in a creek. It was ground NOT road. It was a near thing that I nearly parked the my car in a creek. EDA saved the day. They wiggled my car out of a tough situation. If you have a tough towing situation, these are the people to call. Great, great service.

Great experience, Danny was very helpful, very informative and knowledgeable, i didn’t have my key to start my car, and he went above and beyond to make it work. Edgar was so amazing!! I can't say enough good things. From the moment I called, they were professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Edgar arrived quickly, was extremely courteous, and handled my vehicle with great care. You can tell he takea pride in what he does. Just solid and dependable service when you need it most.
The guy was really nice, however when he dropped my car off at the dealership he left the lights on, the door cracked open, and didn't give me confirmation of the drop off. So the not only was the battery dead, the floorboard is soaked. I cslled him the next day because I needed it towed to a different dealership and he didn't apologize or try to make a better price.

Outstanding work. Nice and extremely helpful. I initially called for a tow thinking my starter was out. When Edgar arrived he worked quickly to get it towed. We decided to use his high powered jump start and the car started right up. I had him finish the tow and start it up again once we arrived. He helped diagnose a problem and get my vehicle home. 5 stars all day long.

Amazing Service. My old 2000 Jeep Cherokee broke down 2 miles from my house while I was on the way to work. I was stressed so called the first towing company on Google. Little did I know it was going to be the best towing experience I’ve ever ha (as weird as that may sound).
