I cannot say enough great things about this company and Keethan ( I hope I spelled that right)! I’m 5 hours away from my daughter who had car trouble and needed her car towed to an auto shop. In less than 15 minutes of my call to him, he was there for my daughter and took care of her car and towed it to the auto repair shop! What a relief it was for me to know that his professionalism and caring customer service attitude was first and foremost and for that I am extremely grateful!

They have gotten in automobiles and have stolen property, and give owners the run around, make an appointment, but drive off when ppl pull in. No one knows who's in charge, who is running this business. Our Lawyer will be called and everyone will get answers for what or whom is taken personal property from automobiles? Who is scheduling false appointments, I've called twice to schedule appointments, and twice I've wasted my time and gas, just to be told to come back in AM. Gotten now three employees to answer my calls, ITS bad enough my car broke down in Richardson 5 days ago, to have Mesquite tow it, and now to be deceived and told, come back in 8 hours, 4 hours. I Was polite, and respectful, and treated like I was nothing.
Super helpful and polite. Quick, careful and efficient. Worked hard despite the extreme heat of the day and my old place being up a really steep drive. Expert driving! Highly recommend and would use this company again :)
James showed up at the agreed time and was very professional. He took my vehicle where I needed for it to be dropped off and did a great job at parking it right where it needed to go.

Had such a pleasant experience with James. I've dealt with a few tows and he was by far the most caring driver. He took his time with the whole process to ensure the vehicle had the best care possible. Even took a different route than we obviously would have because it was "safer". Made perfect since. I would definitely recommend this company. From the moment I called to book until I paid, these folks stayed in communication and were very professional.

Had to get a tow at 10pm and was stuck in the left hand lane on a busy street. He came and helped us and was very nice. I unfortunately do not remember his name but whoever helpes the blue escape on centerville tonight I just want to thank you.

The worse towing company out there. They don't deserve one star , they deserve negative stars. They told it was going to 30 minutes for a tow, Wait three hours for a tow never showed up. Don't believe the good reviews, its them writing them
I was driving home with my mother and son in the car when something flew and hit the side of my car and ended up in the tire. The hole in the tire was big enough for two fingers to fit in. My car was only equipped with a compressor and patch kit and this could not be patched. I called Around the Clock towing and James showed up within about 15 minutes and took my car to my house. He was extremely nice and helpful and I was so thankful I didn’t have to wait long in the rain. He drove very carefully in the rain. I would highly recommend them!

I called Around the Clock Towing at noon on Saturday to have my vehicle towed from a fast food restaurant. The dispatch told me the driver would be there in an hour. I repeatedly called the driver until 2:30. When he finally answered, it was 3pm and he was at the WRONG location! He then told me he would be there soon, didn't show up until 3:30, ON METH! He towed my car home, but shortly after, I noticed a leak from underneath my car. GEORGE HAD CRACKED MY OIL PAN WITH A BALL TOW HITCH! No wonder he didn't leave a receipt (trust, I asked for one). When I called the company to inquire about how they handled situations like these, the dispatch got into a screaming and cursing match with my husband and said "GOOD LUCK GETTING ANY MONEY WITHOUT A RECEIPT!" I don't know what kind of business they're running here, but this is NOT the customer service they should be putting out! Horrible experience, horrible people, I hope this business is shut down!
We called to get a tow because apparently the insurance line we would normally use was not working. They told us it would be 30 minutes tops. The tow truck driver was there in 10 to 15 minutes. They were very friendly, professional and fast. Highly recommend.
