Worse customer experience I’ve ever encountered with. It’s already frustrating when my truck gets towed. But to have bad customer experience come with it, is crazy. You guys are already asking for thousands of dollars to get my truck out. When I have to talk to you to get the information I need to get my truck out, the least you can do is come to the door and communicate with me. We already have to talk through this little hole on the door. So you standing 10-15ft away from the door, yelling, trying to communicate with me is so unprofessional. Her name was Lauren. To top it off I don’t personally think she knew the exact documents that was needed for me to get my truck out. She kept telling me different things every time I would I ask her. Then on the last day, thinking I had everything. She added another document on top of what she already stated 10 times. Again, super unprofessional. Remind you, I’ve already been out of work for 4 days. And I get it, I could have done something different to prevent my truck being towed. It was the unprofessionalism that came with it. If Lauren was a little bit professional and understanding it would have been a smoother process. Then on top of that. Your card system goes down for more than 2 days? And you guys are charging people for those days? That’s out of our control? What makes you think it’s easy to get thousands of dollars off a company card? Like come on. This place is a scam, scam, scam. They made it so hard for me to get my truck out. I would have got my truck out 3 days earlier if Lauren knew the exact documents that was needed in order to retrieve my truck. It’s wrong, it’s wrong. I’m sure she/nor the company didn’t lose sleep or money. But I did. Hope you guys go out of business. I’ve never been this upset at a company. NO STARS IF I COULD
If I could give 0 stars I would. This place towed my car and kept it hidden for a month. By the time I found it, I was told one price over the phone and when I went to pick up my vehicle it was $300 more than I was told. Not only that, but they lied and said the car was sent to auction and needed to be retrieved. In order for a vehicle to go to auction the company must file a lean application which was never done. They lied. Don't worry it gets worse. Not only did they do all of this but once I over paid for their lies and got my car back, I found a lot of my stuff was stolen. I called to complain about my missing items. Originally Vannessa was helpful in retrieving 3 of the many missing items. Even admitted to having this person on video stealing my stuff. But once I begin to realize a lot of my stuff was missing I reached back out to follow up on the rest of my personal items that where taken but I was met with no help no answers and I'm still missing my stuff. The only way to deal with a company like this is legally. Please I urge you to contact the TDLR and document everything with police.
Place scam purchase a new car and can’t get it registered due to there website I called and dude on the phone saying he can’t manually add it. Instead of helping they rather take your money instead
The city of mesquite auto Impound is robbing people. The state law says that a toy is topped at $270, not $321 like they are trying to charge everyone I actually called the Texas department of license and registration to find out this information and file the complaint if you have paid over $300 to get your car out. Of pound, and it has been there less than 24 hours. I suggest you also reach out to them and file a complaint. They lie about who authorized them to tow the vehicle. My\nVehicle was told from a walgreens parking lot and had a sign in the window giving to me by walgreens , asking for the vehicle , not to be towed and they towed , anyway.
My daughter’s car was towed from the Walmart on Hwy 80 in Mesquite, TX, even though she was in the store for no more than 10 minutes. She received a notification that someone was inside her vehicle, walked out, and discovered her car was gone. After asking questions, she was directed to the tow yard.
When she arrived, they demanded cash only, even though she only had a credit card and was already running late for work. She ended up taking an Uber to work and returned the next morning. She arrived at 7:30 AM, but no one was there, despite the company claiming to be open 24 hours.
She called the police, and the officers repeatedly called the towing company, but no one answered. Eventually, someone finally showed up around 9:00 AM.
Once she was able to access her vehicle, we discovered significant damage. Her 2025 Lexus, which sits low, had the entire front end scraped down to bare metal. The door appeared to have been forcibly entered; the rubber, paint, and framing were damaged. She now has over $4,000 in door repairs alone, not including the front-end damage.
They also removed her firearm from under the seat while claiming they never entered the vehicle. However, her vehicle’s monitoring system shows exactly when the doors were opened, proving otherwise. She also had a handicap placard clearly displayed.
To make matters worse, they attempted to pressure her into signing documents stating they were not liable for any damages, which she refused to do.
I have filed a complaint with TDLR, with more complaints to follow, and the police are involved. This company is negligent, dishonest, and predatory. They should be shut down and held fully accountable for their actions.
On 12/17/25 I went to Supermarket Walmart at 200 us hwy 80 e Mesquite, Tx 75149 I think I was in Walmart about 1 to 1/2 hr getting my dad who is over 71 groceries once a month along with my left foot swelling and getting me some compressor socks that was told to me by my doctor there where no close up parking spaces and I parked in a handicap without a hanging tag or on my license plate but they also didn’t have a sign saying towing enforcement here in the handicap or anywhere on property and the balance was $324 to get the vehicle out plus we arrived at 9:42pm and didn’t leave until 10:38 pm which put me & the young lady who took me to get my car and risk with our safety standing outside in the dark and it took the longest process to get my car but it took a fast process to charge my card. I’m going to dispute this with my bank and with Walmart as well. And the sad thing about it all is I have parked in handicap before and no I don’t make it a habit because you do have to be considered of the people who are handicap but if I need a doctor note stated that my left foot swelling up and for me to have to stand outside and walk to get my car in the back of the pound didn’t make my left foot no better. And she was rude now if it one of her family members or friends I’m sure they don’t have to pay anything because your not going to charge your own relatives & your not going to be rude either. They are crooks. And I reported them to the BBB- Better Business Bureau
My daughter‘s car was towed from 1320 cheddars ‘s on Peach Tree and gross rd There are no signs saying no overnight parking. She was in another car with her friends because they just finished dinner on the other side of the building came out to her car gone and Mesquite towing does not want to give her a car back without paying $321 to a college kid with a part-time job so I reported the car stolen but the cop said it’s a civil matter the manager, said he does not have cars towed and he wanted to know who told it so he can tell them not to come back on private property, but the cops won’t help me in this situation after they literally stole the car. What the hell!!!!!
You guys are really sick people! I cannot believe that you would tow a handicap vehicle minutes after the mother and her 4 children walked into the store!! The mother's daughter is literally wheelchair bound so of course she has a handicap sign!! I really cannot believe this is how you make your money!! I hope you get sued!!!
They towed my car from Walmart, I do have a blue and white handicap parking permit.I guess some kind of way it must have failed on my dash or whatever. I feel like this if i'm registered with the state of whomever would right.Do they have a toe vehicle in charge?Me a hundred and ninety one?Dollars I want my money back. Oh, so these people need to be regulated. I'm fight, but in Congress to be regulated. Because this not makes sense.
These people just go around taking cars for any reason. Walmart had no handicapped spots available and since I can't walk from the back of the parking lot in 102 degree heat, I put up my placard and parked in one of the EIGHT EMPTY pickup spots.
I was in the store for 12 minutes. All the spots were still empty when I found my car gone. Towing a handicapped person's car when you have plenty of pickup spots available is bullshit.
And be aware, they will try to make you sign a liability waiver before you actually see your car. Don't. It'll piss them off, but be absolutely certain there's no damage before you sign anything.
I drive trucks and have been safely parking here for 6 years off and on . They put this sign up some time . With the plan to still a 2020 car . I was parked in the first row by the dock . The signe is on 3 on another store propety .They were very rude . On 07/08/2024 The Kroger had no parking restriction posted . They now have this sign posted . You can see this sign is new . Don't park for 24 hours here. Kroger Manger was not told of parking restriction on their property .I was at Kroger on 07/08/2025 . Their was no restriction posted at that time . The tow company say the Manger is not informed about the restriction .
Bunch of conniving thieves!!!! Towed my car illegally and damaged the suspension.Made me drive for an hour and half and closed the location asking me to return next day. They know you are at their mercy so the person on the phone just hangs up when asked questions. Beware of these guys,l!!!
Man do I wish zero stars was an option. Absolutely money grab. A bunch of thieves. Towed my 86 year old father in laws truck for not having a handicap placard. He has one and it is always displayed. Then you call and some drunk guy screams at you and hangs up on you. Reading these reviews it looks like a pattern with these people. Review after review of towing people with handicap placards. Fortunately for me I have nothing better to do and the money to take them to court. Drunk employees, illegal towing, very shady. How are these people still in business.
This place is nothing but a rip off and thieves. They send out their tow truck, drivers patrol the parking lots in mesquite just to tow cars that have handicap stickers or plaques. Then have the audacity to charge 400+ dollars to get a car out. When u ask to see proof that a handicap sticker was not in the window they say they can't show the photos because it's for their records only. They're are nothing but a scam and need to be shut down.
I’m giving 1 star only because you have to give a star. They deserve 0 stars. They illegally stole my car. They lied about not having it then got busted in a lie and said oh yeah. They lied about who authorized them to tow my car. Then they have the nerve to charge $75 a day if you don’t pick your car up , but couldn’t pay me my money back the same day. The owner continues to send my calls to voicemail even though he had a judgement to give me my money back. Then gave me a check on Thursday but said I can’t cash it until Monday. What kind of business are you running that you can’t pay back $375 but expect for you to be able to pay right away. Take they but to court because they are frauds.
PLEASE BE AWARE……Illegally towed my car from my place of employment…when call to speak to someone says they have a contract with Galloway plaza and my car was not registered(been working here for 8 months)…demanded I pay $320 to get my car back called and talk to property manager at Galloway Plaza and she informed me that she has no knowledge about any contract with them to tow cars! They are going around illegally picking up cars…i am glad I did my research before paying them.
Illegally towing vehicles from restaurant area we were still at. They claimed car was abandoned. We were still at restaurant.!!!!! They want Cash money..... They will not even make change. One night cost $321. 51¢. You have to give them exact change through a metal door with a tiny window in it. Probably not claiming all that Cash. They deserve - 5 stars. Towing vehicles illegally. This towing company illegally stole my car out of a parking lot that had no signs, everyone who works for them are rude and my dad is a veteran we will be taking them to court. They went inside of my vehicle stole things out of my car after lying saying they have no authorization to go in my car. Illegally had me waiting for hours for my vehicle. Tow my vehicle illegally and the man who owns this company alresdy had a kidnapping case from taking cars with children in them just being careless if you are in the mesquite/garland area be on the lookout for them and also be prepared to get disrespected
Towed my car in a parking lot where other cars were, yet they decided to tow my car. I parked in the lot and there was no sign saying “ you must be in your car in the this parking lot. In order for your car to not be towed.” But there was, as I said, no sign. Called and asked questions, the person who answered, answered a few, but while I continued to ask questions the person then hung up on me. He said and I quote “ ok ma’am, goodbye.” As I was asking a question. One of the answers he gave me was “ there was people in the cars, but what I saw, there was no one in the cars. So yes, I would rate this one star, would rate this place zero stars but it is not possible.
They illegally towed my truck. I have witnesses that saw how he drug my truck from the back with my front tires not moving, then turned around and towed it from the front. All because he claimed my disability placard was not visible when in reality it was on my dashboard. My witnesses went to catch up with him and the tow man was very disrespectful to them and cussed them out, stating to one that he would’ve towed his car too if he saw it. My daughter tried running after him but once he saw her he started speeding up. This is very unacceptable. I had to pay $188 to get my truck back and he didn’t offer my a drop charge. They were towing cars all day at any cost. This is all just a money scheme. My truck was still new, a 2024 Ford Maverick Hybrid. This happened on 5/16/2025.
This form they get you to sign is illegal in the way they give it to you. They have you sign it before you ever look at you vehicle. This will be in your so called release paperwork. This is a damage waiver that makes it where they are not responsible for any damages that happens while being towed. Do not sign it until you look at your vehicle. This is not legal by TDLR. TDLR is who handles all the licensing for tow companies.
First, there is no sign warning not to park where the car parked, second, after they towed the car and flattened the tire of the car in purpose not drive out because to charge another night. They did it on purpose to steal innocent people's money. I reported to the police but non of them cared about how they sucked people's money for nothing. Charged $344 plus I had to tow the car after midnight because a flat tire cost $250. Evil!
The city of Mesquite must get commission for sending cars here because it is practically impossible to get your vehicle back. They won't even let you pay them with half cash and half card so don't go thinking you can you split the payment. The people working there are swindlers who don't care about you in the slightest and know what they are doing is wrong (finding every little loophole to keep your vehicle), but again, the city backs them apparently so this will never change. I would complain to the city but what good would that do...The fact that a place with only 1.2 stars is still able to be open and operate says a lot...and the fact that they don't even have a working website or pick up the phone...
I parked in a Handicap w/o a sticker so my car being towed is appropriate. The issue is the poor customer service and decency to other human beings. They spend a minimum of 30mins per customer just for simple paperwork. Instead of asking for everything up front they ask for one thing at a time, while walking away for 2-5minutes after each request/question. It appears their priority is eating and conversing amongst their co workers. They do not accept cash and you’ll have to wait 1hr in line to find that out. Everyone that works here lacks customer service and does not speak properly to even the nicest person. There’s no chairs or anywhere to sit at during your 1- 3 hour wait. You all will inevitably and collectively receive the energy you put out, God Bless!
My Jeep was tow according to the tow company for not having a tow plate or placard. I have my card and it was placed on the dash in plane site. When we picked up the Jeep the card was found on the door in the pocket nicely placed behind our ice scraper. We found Black Marks on the door jam of the jeep on the upper right side of the jeep closest to the roof and black marks on the upper right side on the post, there was also damage to the weather stripping on the post looks like it was done using a lockout bar. Proof they wedged an air bag to pry open my door and used a lockout bar to unlock it. When I went up to the door to get my jeep back prior to noticing and seeing my jeep the guy behind the door yelled at me stating I didn't have a placard and it definitely was not on the dash. That's the only place I store it, even while driving. My wife being the registered owner was the one who signed the papers and didn't sign the first page and under duress from the guy yelling she did so any.
They towed my car for having a low tire. What type of nonsense is that. The owner of the property never sent them to tow it either. They just took it on their behalf to tow it. Then, the lady on the phone was extremely rude just because I was asking questions. If you can't control your emotions, get a different job. This place needs to be shut down.
Surprised this company is even legal and still running. My car got towed Dec 7th. They towed it improperly and snapped my gear shift. To file a complaint they have one email taped to their door saying someone will get back to you in 3-5 days. It’s been almost 3 weeks. I’ve paid for a towing company to get it off their lot or it would be reimpounded (another almost $400), I paid for a mobile mechanic to come out and diagnose it and I’ve paid for a part for this guy to fix it and I’m praying to God my vehicle starts running. This absolutely ridiculous.

Will take anyones car even if parked legally, literally scamming poor people out of $321 dollars. And on top of that they only take cash, probably so people can’t dispute it with their banks and so they can steal more. Sickening Edit: They tried to lie over the phone and say I parked somewhere I clearly didn’t. The property landlord of the place I work stated that this company DOES NOT WORK FOR THE AREA THEY TOWED ME IN. AND WAS NOT AUTHORIZED TO TOW MY CAR! NOR DID SECURITY CALL FOR MY CAR TO BE TOWED. They will tow anyones car apparently, even if illegal.(and by the way will not notify you!) Look at the better business bureau website and see how cars they steal from people a year. I can’t believe these people aren’t shut down by the police. Thank god my boss was generous enough to demand a refund for me, imagine how many low income people they rip money off and are out $300. And by the way Jason- if you tow a car without signage it is ILLEGAL regardless if it’s “”taken down””” which it wasn’t because there is not a single sign in the area and I know that cause I’ve parked in the same place for 3 years. You’re lucky I didn’t take you to court and demand the money it took me to drive to mesquite and the money I lost from a day of work.
