Ridiculous nobody should go through an experience like this. This would literally push people to break in. The girl in the office needs to do better, drivers going in and out and she keeps saying they need to respond to another call, kept us waiting for about 4 hours, and has a very poor service, this place is not operating how it legally should be.

Terrible service no one is ever onsite that actually takes your payment just someone inside only taking calls. They’re not organized with scheduling over the weekends. It says call a hour ahead but the wait time could be up to 2hrs plus or days. S
Horrible service, I have been trying to retrieve my truck since Friday and there’s no one onsite. You need to call them an hour before and even when you do and you arrive an hour later they tell you to wait an additional 30-45 minutes! Very frustrating and such an inconvenience.
Customer service was above and beyond, Jennifer really took care of me and helped me get my truck to where I needed it to go. Definitely a great experience for having to get a vehicle out of the impound lot.
Horrible experience, broke my bumper and an axle seal on my truck while getting towed, only offered to pay for bumper to get fixed and customer service gave me an attitude about getting the axle fixed on my truck. Stay far away from this company they’re incompetent

Whoever works overnight has a horrible attitude, and didn’t give me all the information I needed to get my car back, imagine your new car get stolen and taken to another state, recovered by police then towed even though u had someone on the way to get it cause I’m 4 hours away and you end up having to pay 300 for less than 24 hours … but the girl who answered today I think her name was Tyler gave me more information about the form I need and everything I needed to know she was kind about the situation.
This tow company is very good for handling heavy duty equipment. I have relied on this company for years to service the needs of our parking lots. Highly recommend!
