I’ve been to this AutoZone location several times over the past couple of months, and I’ve been meaning to write this review. Juan Balderaz and Dillon Rawlinson are consistently outstanding.
Every time I walk in, they are professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They’ve assisted me with oil and transmission fluid fill-ups, run diagnostic codes, checked everything thoroughly, and clearly explained which parts I needed and why. They answer every question without hesitation and make sure I leave feeling confident and taken care of.
They truly go above and beyond. It’s clear they’re in the right positions because they know exactly what they’re doing and how to help customers.
With everything life throws at us, having dependable, respectful service like that really makes a difference. I appreciate their consistency and professionalism, and I wanted to make sure they’re recognized for it.

We were passing through back to Beaumont and needed some transmission oil for our 2018 and the guy behind the counter his name was Juan he was so very helpful with my husband getting the right oil and showing him were he needed it to go it's people like him that makes the business well worth stopping by. Had the worst service ever at this Liberty Autozone last Sunday. I bought a new battery and the said they could not install it for me. I should have left right then and went to O'Reilly's next door but I didn't. I Will be going there from now on. I am 64 and my 68 year old roommate installed it for me. We are super upset and will not return to AutoZone

I came in for a battery replacement for a 2023 F150. Madison assisted me in finding the right battery and even installed it while I waited. She seemed very knowledgeable and was very professional.
I needed a new battery RIGHT THEN! Landon found me some options and I purchased one. He put his jacket on and went out and put the new one in while I waited inside because of the weather. I couldn't have been treated any nicer or more professional.

, I walked in & asked Ms.Anna to help me find the bulb for my headlight being out, she went outside took the old one out and put the new one in without any troubles or issues and didn't even ask her to do that. She saw I was a single mom and helped me. She is truly so sweet and helpful. This location is really lucky to have her & so grateful she was there to help me today!( she needs a raise) 😊

Amazing service. We needed a bulb for a headlight. Had trouble knowing how to remove the old one. We didn't get the gentleman's name, but he was so helpful. He set us up for success. He grabbed his flashlight & had us on the road in no time. Thank you, to that kind sir.
Edgar was a tremendous help to my husband as we needed to change our windshield wipers as we headed towards bad weather into Louisiana. He was professional, friendly, and efficient. We need more workers like this!

Mr. Bobby is absolutely wonderful. He helped my mom with all of her questions and he even helped me understand a lot of what he was talking about. He was very upfront about everything and he did not try and sugar coat anything which was greatly appreciated, he treated me and my mom like we are people and we appreciate that even more. Mr. Bobby kept a smile on our faces by being himself and it was the most comfortable I have ever been in ANY Auto parts store. Thank you for hiring such and AMAZING man.

I was in this AutoZone the other day and this young lady named Madison K greeted me with a smile and was very kind and friendly. She helped me find what I was looking for. If there were more people in this world like her this world would be a better place.
I had accidentally turned into the parking lot are the auto parts store next door. I needed a tail light or brake light bulb replacement. I had a horrible experience next door when the Clerk was absolutely clueless and not helpful at all. I left there and came to AutoZone where Juan, in less than 5 minutes was able to determine what kind of bulb I needed, ring me up and had my bulb installed in no time. He was kind polite an incredibly helpful. The bulb at AutoZone cost half of the price the auto parts next door was trying to charge in the young man next door had no idea how to change a bulb in a tail light, or at least that's what he said. AutoZone is Head and Shoulders a better store than the one next door or any other auto parts store in my opinion
Today I went in to AutoZone stressed and worried about what could be wrong with my vehicle. I met Ms. Anna and she is the sweetest most helpful person. She made sure I got what I needed she also installed the products for me. She has an awesome attitude and very caring. SHE DESERVES A RAISE FOR SURE! Keep up the awesome work!!!!
I had a great experience at the AutoZone in Liberty, Texas two weeks ago. Store Manager, Mr. Bobby was awesome and I received the best customer service ever! I went in for an engine air filter and he changed it without hesitation and was very generous and polite. My visit was nothing short of amazing! Great job Mr. Bobby and keep up the good work!
Auto zone in liberty Texas was very helpful to me when i went 1 day melissa lazano helped me find some screws to put my license plates on and she actully put them on for me...i wasn't feeling good and she put them on and told me to sit down. .i tried to give her a tip but she adked if i would give her a review...she was very helpful..thank you melissa lazano...the next day my chech engine light came on and this very nice man checked it for me...said it was my catylic converter was going out and recommended me this cataclean oil that you put in your gas tank...hopefully it works...
