I only really deal with a couple of the kids in there.. but, Lance is my favorite... He's helpful and doesn't mind dealing with my smart mouth at times .. Besides, he takes his time and makes sure he's selling us the right part.. That's a plus in my book
I went into the store in Liberty today to buy windshield wipers for my Audi. Juan spent a good 20 minutes out there in the heat installing these blades for me. I wish every store had a Juan at it!

Really good service. You can ask questions about the parts and they will explain without an attitude, as though you're questioning their ability. If they do not have your part they can usually order it from the warehouse overnight. Whether it is on the floor or behind the counter. If you have to bring anything back, be sure you are already in their system. Therefore, if you do not have your receipt they can bring up your original purchase and reprint the ticket, so as to do the refund.
Shoutout to this Oreilys not only was the store neat and clean but the employees were beyond helpful and educated me on what the correct part I needed for my car was. My new preferred store ! Thank you again Brittnie
Bobby at liberty autozone got us out of a bind, we were stranded 40 miles from home. We initially went to O'Rileys, but they would not even open their doors to talk to us. We walked across the street to autozone and bobby helped us out, even tho the store didn't open for another 30 minutes. He made sure we got what we needed and back on the road.
Couldn't find anyone to help me but understood they were busy. Finally found what I was looking for and it was $20 higher than other stores which was disappointing. Had to make an extra drive for the exact same item $20 cheaper.
I went to this O'Reilly Auto Parts today needing a replacement bulb for my brake light. I told the young man behind the counter that I needed a light bulb and gave him my make model and year of my vehicle. I asked him if he would be able to help me change it. He said he did not know anything about changing bulbs and ask another guy if he knew how to change a tail light bulb in a Mazda. The other guy said he had changed bulbs and other cars but not Mazdas before but at least one out with me to see what it would take to change the bulb. The guy number two said the guy behind the counter should be able to help me change the bulb because it only took two screws removed to access the bulb. We went back inside and got number one looked up the part told me it was going to be nearly $30 and went to get the bulb. He returned a few seconds later saying he had forgotten what the part was that he needed and had to come back and look again. When he came back he showed me the bulb and asked me if that was the bulb I was needing. I had no idea what the bulb would look like that I needed for my vehicle. I said I have no idea. I came in here asking for help because I have no idea what I need or how to put the bulb in that I need. All I know is I need a new bulb for my brake light or tail light. This guy was absolutely Clueless to the point I finally said I need to go next door to AutoZone because I was pretty sure they would be able to help me. I walked into autozone, the guy typed in my license plate and knew immediately which bulb I needed. He went and got the bulb and walked me to my truck and had my new bulb put in in less than 5 minutes. The total cost was less than $15 and that included a little envelope of electrical Grease. I knew I should have just gone to AutoZone to begin with. I had accidentally turned into the O'Reilly parking lot and thought I would check with them since I was there. I won't make that mistake again. I am pretty sure people working in the automotive department of Walmart or just about any other Big Box store would know more than the clerks at the O'Reilly Auto Parts
This was 3 years back but as of 07/08/2022 I no longer use orielly's, I had same fella give me wrong parts 4-5 different times.
I figured he made a mistake first time gave another chance same results. Kept trying to hope he had a off day but seems to be a choice not an accident..
They chuckled said "Man, I'd be pissed" sadly they seemed more concered with tossing gas on a volatile situation... when I get that frustrated and everyone from district manager to store manager do not acknowledge and fix his incompetence, I am done..... bet I have over 100.00 I'm fuel costs not to mention my time having to always come back to get correct... Now an update, as of 02/14/24, had an issue with one of their AGM batteries failed, the liberty Texas store handled the exchange battery was within warranty was quick and painless and the gentleman that helped me had a great attitude.... if his people see this pat that fella on the shoulder he is a good employee.......
This is the best O'Reilly's I've ever been to. The commercial part of them are very helpful and good and I was glad to be able to meet them and be able to get parts in a really reasonable on prices my suggestion to any driver is check with your O'Reilly's before going to the dealership
Mark provided excellent service. He replaced two headlight bulbs as well installed a battery terminal shim. What made his service especially remarkable is that he needed to remove the battery to get at one of the headlight bulb locations. In removing the battery, he notice the positive terminal connection was not really tight. Hence the shim which he installed. Can't thank him enough.

I ran in about 10 ‘til close, frantic because I was sure I needed a new battery and going without it TONIGHT would have put me in a TERRIBLE bind… Not only with getting myself and my two children I had with me home and in bed at a decent hour, but even more-so tomorrow while trying to carry out our busy day… And I was DREADING being in that position again when I’ve been SOO down on my vehicular luck recently!
Mark tested my old battery and rung me up a new one with mere seconds left in his very busy day, and without hesitation, offered to put the new one in knowing it would keep him there after close.
He worked happily and diligently, was a pleasure to talk to and is the reason we got home safely and in a timely manner. I could not be more grateful for his time that he was technically not obligated to give.
Anytime I’ve walked into this location, I’m greeted immediately by happy, knowledgeable, friendly faces. The store is easy to maneuver, clean and organized and everyone is always more than willing to help, even well beyond checkout if need be.
There employees are so helpful and kind. I had to bring something back and I didn't have my receipt but since I had put it under my phone number they were able to pull up my receipt and give me all the money I spent on a wrong part.
My Wife’s car broke down passing through Liberty, we got there they were closing in 20 mins. The guys stayed after closing to make sure we were good to go! They went above and beyond what they needed to do! Thanks Guys!
This place has gone downhill. The service sucks compared to a few years back. Needs new management. Brad the manager is arrogant and Lacs customer service and I believe it shows in the training of the other employees. I've always tried to keep my business with O'Reilly's but lately find myself going to AutoZone instead.
If I could give 0 stars I would! Gave the wrong coil pack twice! Gave the parts to us without a box called cooperate they apologized for the inconvenience. Also this store would not give us a full refund. For a 283$ part! They stated they would only do a exchange when they don’t have the part we needed for our issue. They stated the coil pack had to be programmed by GM to work in our car which is nonsense. Finally got my refund not through this store. But I will never go back to this store in liberty! They don’t follow policy and don’t have good customer service. I had to jump through hoops such as cooperate ect to get my money back! Justin and Mark the manager is who helped us.
Remember the old days of customer service? They were nonexistent at O’Reillys today. My daughter needed help changing a headlight that she had purchased from them. Thankfully Autozone is right next door. We’ll keep the pair purchased from O’Reillys as a spare and a reminder that customer service is a rare commodity.
Worst service ever! Body part from them two days ago I never received it yet came to pick it up which was supposed to be here the next day at noon and they cannot find it and they can't figure out where it is but yet in the computer it says that I never picked it up I haven't touched the part but yet still I cannot get a refund per the night manager his name is Mark but he had his T-shirt says James. So I was told to come all the way back here in the morning time sometime and speak to somebody named George who's the actual assistant manager not the manager to see if I can get a refund. I'm reporting this place it better Business bureau answer to the corporate office I've never had such service from anywhere out here in Liberty everybody treats you with the best hospitality and service you could imagine except for this place.
Battery warranty > honoted without gassles. Had to batteries to undergo a liad test. Rep. called me as soon as results came back on condition of batteries. Got 2nd battery at at suoer discounted price. Awesome experience. Highly suggest shopping at O'Reilly's in Liberty.
Huge thank you to Geri <3 at this O'Reilly location on 01/16/21! Had just bought an Airstream trailer in Gulfport, MS, and travelling back to California when I needed to replace a clogged fuel filter for my diesel truck to get me back home. She helped me quickly, and was super friendly while getting the filter, and helping me locate another part I needed. Will definitely go out of my way again to Liberty, Tx, asap. It's an Auto Parts store. "Knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive" bests describes the O'Reilly Associates at this store. They can ard will reach all heights to specific needs of the customer. I appreciate the "one on one"....uninterrupted and complete service. If they don't have what you want, they will get it for you!! Low Prices are Gaurenteed !!!
