They sold me a part as an assembly we agreed about the whole thing as an assembly they brought it broken and missing the top part of it and they wanted 85 dollars more for it. On the phone and car parts or was showing the whole assembly for 180 and they wanted 85 more and the dude at the front desk became so rude and his whole mood shifted and the lady asked me to get out just because I asked a very simple question which was: on car part it shows the whole assembly for 180 now you want 85 more? That’s it. They became aggressive and asked the owner which I believe Iranian he started saying somethings in his own language. Very rude very disrespectful and so unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend them to any one. Update: No Sir or Maam, I am definitely not a competition cause you and your rudeness will never get near me. No I am not going to call when you told me a week ago to get out of your business that was the response I got so why call when you kick me out?! This is an honest review and no it’s not fake. Called in to get additional information about a vague listing. Whoever answered the phone was exceedingly rude, and they didn't know a Saturn from a Subaru - so blamed me about their ignorance. They demanded I pay $20 before they would answer any questions or send me any photos about the transmission. When asked if I could look at the part to ensure it was the right one, they said I had to hork up the money for the transmission before I could see it. Entire thing seems like a scam, and I will be buying parts for my transmission swap project elsewhere. Edit: What I was calling about was getting more information about a transmission I'm looking for since their system lists the Subaru WRX STI and Subaru WRX as the same vehicle. It's also ambiguous if a transmission listed is the WRX STI manual, WRX manual, or WRX CVT. These three are very easy to tell apart with a couple of pictures of the front of the bell housing and the rear of the transmission, and of the three, the WRX STI manual is the only one that is capable of having 700-800 HP pushed through it. If they had the transmission, that would have opened up the discussion to also getting the driveshaft, axels, and rear diff. However, instead of addressing issues brought up by the problematic interaction, the owner shows the quality of their character by using personal attacks. This is not a business operating in good faith and you should take your business elsewhere. This review was written as a warning to others to avoid this business like the plague.

I don't recommend anybody. Merchandise was not the same as promise over the phone, When you Google website looks very professional and nice. After you show up at the shop, it's a completely different story.

Save your money and support a business that respects their customers. This people are very rude ,don't answer their emails and don't know the difference between a dash panel ,dash pad or dash vents ..very unprofessional and they hang up the phone when confronted .Probably this attitude works out well in Mexico but won't fly in TX.. Update : They call me back right away to ask me why I leave a bad review ,trying to blame me that I leave bad reviews for everybody and that I am a bad person that hates everybody ..lol.. One golden rule when you have a business is that you have to listen to your customers ,do what you think is right but listen to the customers ,the guy is telling me that he is paying $40 an hour for his people to check the parts on his cars when in reality probably he pays some poor illegal immigrants $10 per hour under the table.Not my business and I wasn't born yesterday to believe all the lies , maybe tell those stories that you pay $40/hour for your workers to someone who may want to believe you, definitely you lost my business ( but I know, you don't need my money because you have mucho dineros anyways , right? )

Lady on the phone was rude and refused to help out. It’s ridiculous that they want you to pay before you buy and won’t show you the part or tell you the color. I was trying to buy a bumper but needed to know if it was the right color and they refused to tell me. The bumber is already more than if I bought new at dealership so it would only be worth it if it was the same color I need. Only place I have bought parts that doesn’t let you see the parts before you buy not even a picture. You must be mentally challenged brother. Because you don’t make any sense. You want to change people to tell them the color of a part? I have my own business and I really don’t understand how you are still in business. I could never treat customers the way you do. I was not asking for a discount I was willing to pay full price if it’s the right color part. What part of that do you not understand? Luckily I went to another salvage yard and bought the bumper the color I needed. And guess what? They didn’t charge me to tell/show me the color of it.

The sale guy wants to think and analyze for you. Listen sales guy. I just need to know the price on several parts. You are a business and I’m a customer. How much you want for the part? Is the question. No need to get all opinionated. Nor philosophical as what, how, things should be. It was a very weird conversation with the sales guy. He actually hanged up on me. I call salvages all the time. This has been the most weird sales person. Advice: Keep this very concept in mind. Customers don’t call to get your opinion or what you think. We call to see if you have a part and how much you want for it. Simple process.

Asked about a subframe got quoted $600 😂(for a used part) then I asked again to make sure he heard me right. Afterwards I told the guy I can get it brand new for $375. The customer relationship is great ... the owner is a nice gentleman that is always ready to assist as regards getting the required parts at a very discounted price, he was able to give me a great price on the parts I needed and also he was ready to give me a great price as well. I recommend him freely to my friends and customers at any point in time . Also they have all the parts you can ever think of especially the European cars. Also they are always ready to change the parts and give your store credit incase they couldn't provide you with the required parts. They give you water and snacks as well if you do need one! Will recommend the place at anytime any day.
